The plumbers where prompt and very professional. They did a good job reconnecting my kitchen sink and faucet after a countertop upgrade. They also replaced three bathroom faucets. I thought their price was reasonable and definitely would use again in the future.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. They even double checked for any water leaks and came back to adjust the gas line. They were very professional and did the work requested at a very reasonable price. If the need arises, we will use them again and have already referred to others.

I called first thing that morning after I got a text from my tenant that there appeared to be a leak and the carpet was wet. I spoke to Roland on the phone and he made a u-turn (as he was already close to the address) and cut the water off outside until he could get a crew on it. That was a good thing cause nobody was at home. Met the guys there at 1 p.m. sharp and they went right to work. Found the leak in the wall. They could have patched it for a little less, but I preferred replacing the old galvanized drop as long as we were messing with it. The horizontal in the attic was already CPVC. They did it in no time at all. Had to cut out a little section of drywall on the opposite side, but Russell just taped the cut-out right back in place until I can get it fixed later. All in all it was a fairly painless and inexpensive as repairs go. Russell and his partner (didn't catch his name) were great!! And thanks again to Roland for taking the initiative that he did. He didn't have to do that and people really appreciate the good will! I'll put it like this. I saved them in my phone and next time I need plumbing work, I will definitely call them first!

He called before he showed up to let us know that he was on the way and when he got there he was very friendly and very professional and explained things as he worked through them. We would/will definitely use their services again.

Very well. They were reliable and did exactly what they said they would do. The team was courteous and tried to minimize damage to the flower beds and lawn. Though the price seemed high, it was on par with a second bid - believe the job was that labor intensive.

Friday afternoon around 5 pm I ran into a leak problem in the kitchen at work that provided water to the dishwasher and both ice makers. I have used A-Better plumbing Co. for residential services in the past and they have been exceptional so i thought I would try and give them a call for our commercial business in the Galleria area. It was late on Friday but Roland answered the phone at dinner (sorry about that) and was glad to help schedule the appointment for early the next week. I explained the problem to him and told him I would be out of the office but sent the contact information. His crew arrived on time and our office manager sent me a message telling me how much she appreciated their work - "Bert - really nice guys; will definitely use them again...thanks for contacting them; coffee pot will be working when you return." As a bonus, we needed an industrial coffee-maker installed so they did that on the spot. A-Better Plumber Co. definitely provides excellent service for both residential and commercial. Again, I highly recommend this company, Thanks again Sandy and Roland!

Excellent service. They arrived as scheduled, and went right to work. We tried to just replace the valve first but decided it would be best to replace the entire line. They were very careful and checked to make sure everything was working as it should. Very professional and pleasant. They cleaned up the area they worked in. I would not hesitate to call on them again.

Excellent service! Prompt and professional from the free estimate all the way to disposing of the old heater. The initial estimate was $900 for replacing a 22 year old leaking heater and drip pan located in the far corner of our tiny attic. I anticipated that the work was going to be tough and although it took them way more than they expected to get the old one out, the total bill was only $100 more than the estimate. The whole experience was very good. I got honest advice up front and they were very accommodating with scheduling. The installers were very professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company and will call them for all my future plumbing needs.

At the outset there were delays in getting someone to look at the job. The owner kept me informed about those delays and was very apologetic. Once the job started they did a very nice job of repairing the problem.

2 man crew came 1 hour after I called them and repaired the break in my outside pipes.

It went well and he did a good job. He did what he promised and within the time-frame he promised.

A-Better Plumbing Co. were very knowledgeable, they were prompt, and did the job very quickly. They even added a little value. They noticed one of the drain lines from the dishwasher was not positioned correctly to drain good and they rearranged it. It wasn't a big major project, but it took them a couple of minutes and they didn't charge for it. They just offered it as a freebie and that was nice. The people were well attired, professionally dressed and clean. They were very nice and knowledgeable. They did everything in about twenty minutes. They arrived when they said they would arrive. Actually they were about ten minutes early. They had the parts that we needed, which doesn't always happen when you get a plumber. I was very impressed and we have some other projects coming up with our house changes here and we are going to use them again.

I called A-Better on Saturday night shortly after lightning struck our home and burst a water line on the 2nd floor. We turned off the water at the main until they could come on Monday. They showed up as promised despite having a full schedule before I called. The plumbers got right to work and inspected the area for further damage and repaired the leak in the copper pipe. They were professional and courteous as always. I have come to depend on A-Better Plumbing for all our plumbing needs over the past couple of years. I found them on Angie's List and will continue to use them.

They completely ripped us off and have been unresponsive in settling the matter.

Joseph and crew came out very promptly, gave me an estimate. The estimate sounded very reasonable so I told them to go ahead with the project. After rerouting the plumbing to accomodate the new location for the washer and dryer, I was under the assumption that Joseph would physically move the washer and dryer to the new location and vent the dryer. Joseph said they only do the plumbing part of it. I asked who could do the rest of the job. Joseph then said for a nominal fee they would come back out, hook up the washer and vent the dryer. Joseph and A-better Plumbing went out of their way to to make sure I was totally satisfied with their services. I highly recommend A-Better Plumbing.

Philip was very honest and polite. He didn't try to sell me something I did not need.He got right to work and solved the problems easily. Other plumbers wanted more. I am very happy that I have found myself an honest company.

The plumber found the leak quickly however he didn't remove the contents in the cabinet and in turn got everything wet. When I asked why they didn't remove the contents first, the lead guy said it was already wet. I know it wasn't.

Super great guys. Were there on time on a Saturday, when called on Saturday. No extra charge for the weekend. Did all repairs quickly and went above and beyond. Very nice and professional. We will ALWAYS call this company for any plumbing repairs.

When I called I initially spoke to Felix and I explained that we were thinking of purchasing an older home and wanted the plumbing checked out. He said he either recommended a hydrostatic test or putting a camera in the line to see the actual condition of the line. Two of their guys showed up on time for the job, one being Joseph and I am unable to remember the name of the second guy. The home did not have a t- trap and so Joseph explained that they would be unable to perform the test. He then found a small trap in the kitchen line. Upon opening the trap he found standing water and he suggested putting a line in the trap to see what was causing the problem and the charge would only be 85.00. They worked for about 15 or so minutes before I heard them holler they'd found a major problem. Roots in the pipes. An indicator of major issues. We were incredibly grateful that such a serious problem had been discovered and it only cost us 85.00 to find it. We will definitely be recommending them to friends and family and using their services again. They checked out the entire house and answered all our questions. Cannot say enough about their service.
