Description of Work: I had to have a sewer line cleaned out. They came out the first time and determined that it was a city problem and not my line. They didn't charge for that visit. After the city cleaned out their grease in the big sewer line my toilets still wouldn't flush. These plumbers came back again. They tried to clean out my main line but that wasn't the problem. The thing used a tool to go through the toilet and cleaned it out. They charged for both the attempted clean out that didn't work as well as the charge for the toilet approach that did.

Description of Work: A-Better Plumbing gave us a courtesy call while in route. The plumber arrived on time and greeted us with a very pleasant attitude and personality. He explained what was going on with the single handle faucet not letting hot water come through. He pulled the part and replaced all in about an hour. Thank you Joseph. If I ever need a plumber I will call A-Better Plumbing and request Joseph.

Description of Work: They quoted me a price, then would never give me a date to do the work. Finally after several calls to them, they told me to find someone else, that they were too busy.

Description of Work: They just came to see a spot on the ceiling that looked like something was leaking. The spot was dry and didn't need to make a hole on the ceiling.

Description of Work: The two plumbers arrived on time, diagnosed and explained the problem causing the leak, purchased the needed materials to complete the job, completed the repair, and tested the results of the repair. They were courteous and helpful throughout the process. I would not hesitate to utilize A-Better Plumbing again.

Description of Work: We used A-Better Plumbing Co. They had to replace extensive pipes, the tub and shower in our bathroom. They came out last Monday to give an estimate, and then came to do the work on Wednesday, and finished on Thursday or Friday.

Description of Work: leaky kitchen ceiling ...had to cut a 3 ft hole to diagnose. ..95 hour to diagnose. .usually other companies charge 200 up front and 150 per hour. ..eventually the leak was located at the hot tub area ...I will definitely use them next time.
