.I called A-Better Plumbing around 9a.m. on December 6. Sandy was very nice and said someone would be at my home around 12:30 to give an estimate. I fourgot to ask about payment and the Angie's coupon I had and called back to ask if any payment would be due at the time. Sandy assured me no payment would be required at that time. The plumbing crew arrived in a timely manner, assessed the situation and gave my wife the estimate. The following morning, I called again to authorize the repair. Sandy said a crew would be out between 12 and 3:30. The crew arrived around 12:30 and had the repairs done within a couple of hours. My daughter discovered a problem with the hot water in her shower and with the dishwasher, which wasn't a problem prior to the repair. I called Sandy the following morning and a plumber was out before noon at no further charge; checked the water heaters, must have said some magic words because the hot water and pressure was back after he left.

Saturday morning we had water gushing up, shut it off and called A Better Plumbing. It was before they opened and they called soon after. Scheduled a truck, they showed up, ALWAYS courteous, professional, and quick! Found the problem, fixed it right away, and our weekend was not a disaster! They are the BEST!

When my water supply burst in the garage, there was a minor flood. The hose and the faucet behind the washer had to be replaced. The technician was prompt and courteous and the charges were reasonable. Two days after the garage flood, the air conditioner started to leak through the ceiling in a bedroom. They tried to help me but could not fix it, so they recommended an a/c company that I was very happy with. I am now a repeat customer and had them replace 2 bathroom faucets and the kitchen faucet. I am satisified with the work and will continue to use them in the future

They came when they said they would. They replaced the part quickly and finished the job within 15 minutes. They answered questions I had about future work on the house. They were very friendly and polite. I want the same workers for the next job.

I checked Angie's List and called A-Better Plumbing and requested for repairing the shower. The phone receptionist said the technician will call in 30 minutes, but didn't receive a call after 1 and 1/2 hour, so called back to the company and asked that i didn't receive a call yet, and she told me that the technician is already on the way and at the same time he showed up. The service technician was very friendly, and did the job very quickly and FIXED the problem! and the price was very reasonable. Previously we hired a handyman from Sugar Land and he took forever to do his job and he even charged $120 without fixing it, so I was very pleased with A-Plumbing company's service. We'll hire again for sure. Thank you so much!!!

Russell did the work for us and was prompt and did an excellent job. He was friendly and professional and very fast.

The individual who came over to my house was punctual, and professional. He told me that I should call the authorized servicemen for the heater so that the warranty does not get voided. However the issue that I had was that they never mentioned there was an hour minimum charge. The work was finished in 20 minutes, and I still had to pay for an hour. It was okay, but I should have been told before hand so I would have had more things looked at to get the value for my money.

The men were courtesy and the work was professional. A few particles of debris were left behind, but nothing a hand vac couldn't clean up.

I called for an appointment and got one the next morning at 8:30. They called when they were on the way, were on time, did everything I asked efficiently, the only snag was a quick trip to get clear caulk for my black sink. They installed a new sink, faucet, and garbage disposal I had purchased at Lowes and replaced the rusted hot water valve for my washing machine. They were courteous and friendly and the charge was reasonable. I am completely satisfied and will recommend them to others.

THEY SHOWED UP EXACTLY ON TIME, COMPLETED THE WORK QUICKLY AND DIDN'T CHARGE ME ANYWHERE NEAR WHAT I THOUGHT IT WOULD COST. I'M VERY HAPPY AND IMPRESSED.

I called yesterday morning about a small job and was given an appointment for the next day between 1:00 and 2:00 pm. This house is not occupied and is being made ready for sale. I showed up early and waited for them to arrive. I hadn't heard from them by 2:00 so I called the office and was told there was a misunderstanding and they would be there closer to 3:30....... So I continued to wait. No one showed up, no one called. I called them at 6:15 pm and left a message. I fully understand how a schedule can get crowded or you run into an unexpected problem on a job that caused you to be delayed. But to be HOURS late and not have the courtesy to call your customer is beyond my understanding. I received a call from Sandra (after I left her a message) with an apology and an offer to reschedule for the next day. Had I received that phone call earlier in the day I would have been more than happy to reschedule. But since they don't value their customer's time I'll find a plumber who does. I won't be waiting around on this company again.

It went smoothly and efficiently. Very impressed.

Can't say enough good things about Roland, Sandra and crew. Very professional, answered phone calls, patiently answered what were probably very basic questions, and overall very easy to reach and communicated with. They will be the first I call with any future plumbing needs.

They re-built the outside water assembly while it was raining outside. They not only worked in the rain, but in the mud and flooded back yard. And the best part, they only charged $200. If I called John Moore, I bet they would have charged over $500.

My drain was clogged in my kitchen. The owner had already quoted me a price of $125.00 to clear it. After over an hour, more intense equipment, and 75 feet down the drain, and lots and lots of hard work by the service men, the drain was cleared.

They got in touch with me immediately. They came out that same day. They were very professional and they did great work.

While our AC was being checked, the tech noticed a gas smell in the attic. I called Cavazos, they came out quickly and found the problem, fixed it in no time!

The guy was really quick but they charged $85 for something that should have been $20. I was frankly apalled. He originally said $125. I understand a trip charge and stuff, but this was ridiculous. I should have called my local guy here.

They were very prompt in scheduling the appointment. They were nice about it when I cancelled the appointment too. I have not got anything negative to talk about them. They were very professional. They were very quick to make an appointment and come out. It just turned out that I didn’t need them to come out at the end of it. They were nice.

I first spoke w/Sandy (thanks for being so efficient) who promptly took my information for a bad water leak under a cabinet. Years of build up in the pipes had caused water to leak into an old sink pipe no longer in use under the cabinet. What a mess! The guys were earlier than the scheduled time, unheard of nowadays and fixed everything to my complete satisfaction! Will definitely use again!

They came when they said when they were going to come. They took care of the work and cleaned up after they were done. I was very pleased with them. I would use them again in the future.

Repair was completed quickly. Discovered a small leak in the same area a few days later, and they came immediately and repaired it. No problems since.

Cavazos Plumbing arrived promptely, analyzed the stuation, showed me the leak they found, quoted me a fair pirce. After I gave them the go-head, they set right to work and fixed the leak quickly. I have had no further problem. They were professional, courteous and the price was right.
