Description of Work: They were supposed to clean, polish and seal my granite countertops. My husband was home but working outside with another contractor on our roof. He sent me a picture of the bar top and I thought it looked good. We even paid more for our bathroom counters. But... when I got home, I looked at the final product and was not happy. I couldn't even tell they had been there. There was a dusty film, and they didn't even seal the granite. The polish was left on the counter and not even buffed out. I was disappointed to say the least. Originally, I liked speaking to the owner, she seemed friendly enough, but she is not the one who came to my home to actually preform the service. Needless to say I will not ask them to come back out again.

Description of Work: Did not clean along walls or corners. Did not move any furniture are small stand alone lamps. Very poor service. They were also to stretch the carpet. When the service truck arrived they said they were too busy to stretch which was agreed upon before service was rendered. Never use!!!

Description of Work: |plumber overflowed bathtub while alledgedly unstopping a toilet while I was asking a neighbor to be w/me while plumber was here. The company refused to pay for cleanup, & I called Pathfinders who came promptly and got water from carpet, cleaned & sanitized it.
