I was happy with them. He did a good job. He didn’t get the stain out, but he said if he couldn’t get the stain out no one could. He did everything else fine, he got the stain out partially, just not all the way. I guess the price was good, I didn’t really compare. Somebody had given a good reference for the company, so I just called. I felt the price was fair. I don’t know what to rate the price, because I don’t know how much it cost to do one room. I just hired them and paid them. He did a good job on the carpet but he didn’t get the stain all the way out, but maybe it can’t come all the way out, I don’t know. I didn’t call them or anything, when he left we both knew that the stain wasn’t coming out. He did come out right away. He arrived on time.

It was flawless. I had small things moved. Andrew and Lance were very professional and are a great Team! Definitely Recommend them for all your cleaning needs.

I called yesterday and the techs, Chris and Marvin, came out this afternoon. It was a relatively small job, to stretch some carpet that we'd had replaced after damage from hurricane Ike 7 years ago. There was one major hump and one or two others. They stretched where necessary and opened a seam to trim, then re-made the seam. The result is excellent and the price was very reasonable, especially with the senior discount.

I found Pathfinders on Angies List. They were very prompt and very professional. I was pleased with their quick work. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Price was very reasonable.

We purchased the Pathfinder Deal through Angie's list for $429. We had used Pathfinders before and already knew they were a very good company. The two men were very polite, professional and extremely careful with all of our furniture. They were here on time and started working after we talked about what pieces of furniture not to move. Because we have pets they spot cleaned and used a pet enzyme which I paid more for but is well worth it if you have pets. We are very happy with the way our carpet looks and would definitely use Pathfinders again.

They did a very nice job. The price was a special and I think it was $99.

They did a really good job. They did the carpets in 5 rooms. They were able to get our most of our pet stains and it looks a lot better. It took them a couple of hours. Two guys came out and they were safety conscious and I appreciated that.

I called Pathfinders Carpet Cleaning after a referral from a carpet company. The people that I talked to on the phone were friendly. While most companies charge by the room, this company charges by the square foot; this makes it kind of hard to know what you are looking at paying price-wise unless you know the square footage of your areas. Anyway, the 2 man crew showed up on time and I think they did a thorough job. They were not able to remove all the spots on the carpet, but the carpet is white, so that may have made it harder to clean than other colored or patterned carpets. I would use Pathfinders again.

I had a very large two person chair that was in desparate need of cleaning. The guys were early for the appointment which was great and did a very through job.....getting out the stains and took the job seriously. They were friendly, courteous and I will definately use them again and highly recommend this company to everyone. I paid a little more than the price quoted me for the cleaning but I wanted a stain guard put on it and that was extra. It is understandable why they have been in business for over 30 years.....they are great!

I called on 10/11/2011 and spoke with the receptionist. She told me how long they had been in business and how long their employees had worked for them. I made an appointment for the next day. I requested they call before coming, and they did call. They were polite and professional. i was very pleased with the job they did and will call them again. I had heard of that company for years but wanted to check them out, as I have had bad experiences in the past with other companies.

Everything went fine and they did the job that we wanted.

We've been using them for 15 years. They got out all of the stains and they always do a good job. They charge by the square foot and the charge was reasonable. They check for spots and treat them with an infomatic treatment, which prepares them for cleaning. They have gotten out some tough spots in our apartments. They have gotten crayon and fingernail polish out. They clean with a steam cleaner that is attached to their truck. They will scotch guard it if you want. They do a good job. They are good and I would vouch for them.

When I called to make the appointment, I was interrupted at least 4 times and put on hold. It took so long to make the appointment, I almost hung up. But after I made the appointment, all went well. I was pleased with their service, arrived on time, returned the rug on time. The pet stains did not come out of my couch, but so far the oder is gone. That was really the most important thing for me. Carpet look great; again, the oder seems to be gone.

We were very pleased with Pathfinders as they were on time and polite. They worked efficiently and quickly and there were no surprises on cost.

AAA Pathfinders did a great job. The stains have been totally removed. Everything looks great. They had moved some of the furniture for us. They put the furniture back as well. I am very pleased with everything. I am not sure if I would hire them again. Not because of their work, only because I like to shop around a bit before I settle with one company.

They were real prompt with their appointment. The price was a little high but the work was great. I would use their service again to clean the carpet. The person cleaning the carpet was above average with his work performance. They did a terrific job.

THE CARPET SPRANG BACK TO LIFE AFTER THE CLEANING. NO STICKY RESIDUE WAS LEFT, AND THE STAINS WERE ALL REMOVED.

THEY ARRIVED AND DID THE WORK, BUT DIDN'T GET ALL OF IT PERFECTLY CLEAN. THEIR PRICES WERE A BIT STEEP.
