did not make sure spa operated properly. Needs more work. needs to come back and repair control or something else. I am sure they will. The pump is operating at high speed and the control does not turn off the spa periodically.

Miller Pools is professional and reasonable. They replaced the pump basket, cleaned the DE filter, and the pump worked without tearing it down like they first thought would be needed. After the service was performed and I also changed my cleaning and chemicals to them. They are extremely thorough, spending a good deal of time to clean, check chemicals. A previous company I had spent no more than 10 minutes per service. Miller is at the house at least 30.

received estimates from at least 4 companies to remodel my pool. I eventually went with Miller Pools because the owner, Michael, seemed dedicated to providing the best product for the best price. They were not the cheapest, but Michael seemed extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the project and was intent on providing a pool that was very low maintenance both in cost and time. The remodel took the expected 4 weeks even though there were several torrential downpours that required stopping work for several days. There were a few glitches and unexpected problems along the way, but I was forewarned that this would likely be the case since the remodel was of a pool built in late 60?s to early 70?s and had been modified several times. Every issue was brought to my attention immediately and was resolved to my satisfaction. His workers were there every day and if not there, I was notified why. Michael made a point of meeting me at my convenience either before or after work, or on the weekends and communication was never an issue. Shane, his superintendent, made sure the pool start up went as expected. All chemicals and labor were included in the pool?s original cost which was a very nice surprise since someone was there almost daily until the pool was up and running and the plaster properly cured. Other pool companies charged several hundred more for this service and I am surprised that Michael doesn?t list it on his pool quote. We chose to have all 3 layers of plaster removed, all the plumbing and equipment replaced, and a very large concrete deck (that frequently caused our patio to flood) removed. We had a smaller walkway installed that looks and functions much better than was originally there. Michael?s crew was able to handle the entire job except for some electrical work that was completed by a very reasonable contractor recommended by Michael. We are at the end of our first summer with this pool and have used it almost daily. The amount of time saved in upkeep is phenomenal. Previously, we were skimming leaves daily, brushing very frequently along with constantly adjusting chlorine levels. Now we rarely skim unless there was a storm and have only shocked the pool with chlorine twice all summer when the chlorinator ran out of tablets. Michael designed the pool to have excellent circulation so that all the floating debris is caught in the 2 skimmers and even threw in a motorized pool cleaner to collect all the debris on the bottom. We also followed his advice and DID NOT go with a salt water pool. Instead, he used a borate water harmonizer product that conditions the water and gives a much better feel to the water without the extra expense and maintenance required of saline systems. The ozonator has performed flawlessly and has almost completely eliminated the need to shock. If you have ever had a pool, you can imagine the difference in use of chemicals. I have a 30,000 gallon pool and add 4-6 chlorine tablets a week. I brush once a week and check chemistry on the weekend and add acid if needed and that is it for maintenance. I would recommend Michael and Miller Pools to anyone wanting their pool done correctly and especially to follow his recommendations.

Our pool pump motor was broken. Home warranty company sent Millers pool. Due to the peak season, we waited 10 day for repair. The owner of Miller pool explained remedies during the waiting period. The pump motor was replaced with a service call of $60.

They came in a timely manner and performed their services on his pool.

They did an outstanding job for me. They live next door to me.

I had them out to check my salt cell. They showed me how to clean the cell and when that didn't fix the probem, they said I didn't have enough salt in my pool and brushed in more salt. They were very nice, but the problem wasn't fixed. It took the fourth company I tried, Leslie's Pool to figure out that the cell was clean but faulty. the problems was then fixed.

They are very consistent and I would continue to use them. They took care of issues in my pool and it never came back.

Knowing of Miller Pools for years, it was a no brainer to engage Michael to do this work. I knew that it would be thoughtfully planned out, and executed. It was. Workers arrived as scheduled and completed their work in a timely and professional manner. Cleaning up after themselves. We had some problems initially with the DelOzone, and if I had it to do over again I don't think I would get the DelOzone. But Miller Pools worked with me, and wouldn't give up. Shane Baker (Michael's right-hand, go-to guy) fabricated a needed part on his own to solve the problem. If that isn't going the extra mile, I don't know what is. Miller Pools stayed in touch throughout the project to ensure that it was going smoothly. This was by phone as well as being on-site. I have frequently recommended this company to friends.
