Description of Work: Did a great job cleaning my filter and identifying the cause of a pressure problem that has plagued my system for about 2 years, and that 3 other pool service companies had failed to identify.

Description of Work: Very helpful right from the start! They replaced the check valve, fixed lights, worked on polaris, replaced filters and got the control panel to work again😀 Gary was very knowledgeable and did a excellent job.

Description of Work: Replaced outdoor and indoor control boards to pool. Works now very well. He programmed it for me and explained how it would work.

Description of Work: We used Miller Pools to drain and clean our pool as well as fix both the booster and main filter pumps. They were very professional, courteous and responsive to our questions and concerns. They were there when they said they would be and after they finished they made sure to clean up any debris from the job. We were very satisfied and plan on using their services again in the future.

Description of Work: The technicians from Miller repaired a leaking pump and serviced a DE filter. The technical work was top notch. There were some issues with them not calling when they said they would, but they were very responsive when I communicated these issues.

Description of Work: Mike and his team came out to bid on my backyard remodel. Among the 5 pool companies I had bid the job Mike came in with more detail than any other. Not only did Mike come out EVERYDAY WITHOUT ME CALLING him to do so but he was professional and timely. I since use Miller to do any maintenance on our pool and to do the monthly cleaning. I would refer anyone I know to Miller pools....and have!

Description of Work: I stopped by Miller pools in Pasadena needing help with my pool light. We recently purchased a home with an older pool and the light nich was missing. I inquired as to how to replace it and or repair the pool light. The person I met with was extreamly helpful and spent time assisting me, I was directed on how to remove the light and what to look for. In addition, I was given a few sources of where I might find the replacement. I now have a working light thanks to Miller pool and their helpfulness.

Description of Work: I've used miller pools for 7 long years. I have several family members who also use them. The positive things I can say... the kids show up every week to clean the pool, pricing is fair, I know nothing about taking care of a pool and miller has been my only experience. The service was awesome until 2/3 years ago. The kids that clean the pool do not take any extra steps to communicate when items break or need to be replaced there is zero explanation or advice given, I have to call to set an appt for a tech to come out to give me a quote on what needs to be fixed only to discover after several years of paying for parts to be replaced and repaired over and over...my equipment is so old they don't even sell the parts anymore. Well no wonder the repairs don't last very long. Frustrating to find out from a stranger rather than the company I have trusted for so long.
