It is not the roof. The wall is not sealed (?) properly? |I did email him and call to tell him his year warranty on labor does not start until it does not leak. Regardless how long ago he attempted to repair the wall! I was told a repair would last 6 to 7 years maybe, but it has not been fixed yet. They were in a rush to start another job they had going in Bentwater. |I will consult a lawyer. |I am very displeased using the info I got on how great his work was. "

Work was performed well and professionally. Crew missed caulking one spot on top of door frame, but offered to correct that promptly.

Description of Work: Owen and his crew did a fabulous job repairing the stucco on our 95 year old house. The repair needs were extensive. There were many cracks and areas where the stucco needed to be removed and completely replace. Poor repairs done over the years by previous owners were fixed and the texture matches the original beautifully. After painting, the house will look like new! Description of Work: We had some areas on our stucco (EIFS) that needed repair and found Owen's Custom Stucco Repair on Angie's List. We were getting our home ready to be repainted so, at the same time, I had them remove two old and faded intercom boxes that were next to the front and back doors. I cannot even tell where they used to be! A lot of contractors promise a lot, but Owen delivers. His crew also removed old sealant and resealed numerous areas. My husband and I were both very pleased with the work of his crew and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Description of Work: Owens came in to fix a leak near my front door where the stain was showing through. Initially he thought there was just a little bit of damage. When they opened it up it was ridiculous. The quarter support beam for my balcony was completely rotted down to the nub and termites were loving it. |Prior to starting the work, Owen had warned me this could happen. I had also mentioned to him that I had guests coming in in 5 days and he promised to get the work done. Even though the job turned out to be twice as much, he kept his commitment, added additional crew and got the job done. |I really appreciated his honesty and straight talk. No, the job was not cheap, and I might have gotten a cheaper contractor but for some reason I really trusted Owen and his crew. |Hopefully I won't need to get more stucco work done anytime soon!

Description of Work: I needed to have new caulking applied. Owen was very quick in getting a team out to perform the work once we agreed to complete the job. They arrived when they said they would. The job was done pretty well but they missed a couple of spots that I did not notice that day. Once I let Owen know he had someone come out immediately to complete the missed spot. | |Owen was very knowledgeable and friendly. I gave him a "B" on price since he was 15-20% higher on cost. That being said, he made me feel comfortable and was responsive. As long as the work holds up it will be worth the extra money. Time will tell.

Description of Work: He came to give us an estimate on repairing stucco on our (3) town home units. He was very straight forward, honest and knowledgeable. We had 3 other contractors come in and we definitely saw the difference with the professional assessment we received from Owen. He had no problem suggesting we went back to the builder to get the job done under their warranty due to the age of the homes. Hopefully we will get the builder to repair it under warranty, but if we had to repair it ourselves, we would definitely call Owen! Kuddos

Description of Work: After reading many of the positive reviews on Angie's list, I called and talked with him about mold issues that arose after a pipe break in a wall of our stucco home. Owen came out the next morning to assess if there was any damage to the stucco. While there was no damage to the stucco from the pipe break, Owen did find several other areas of the stucco that needed attention. We agreed to pricing and his team was on site the next morning and sealed the exterior and repair minor cracking. Also important for me, was that Owen showed me how to identify problem areas in the future. I would highly recommend Owen to anyone.

Description of Work: I highly recommend Qwen Lassister.He bids and performs the work himself. He replaced an entire panel of stucco on the front of my home. It was a difficult job to match 35 year old stucco and he did a great job. He worked redoing the pattern until I was satisfied with the appearence. Before he left, he offered to leave the scaffolding so I could safely paint the job. He goes above and beyond to satisfy his customers. It was a very refreshing expereince. Don't look anywhere else if you need any type of stucco work!

Description of Work: Mr. Lassiter made a number of repairs on the house stucco as well as the stucco wall surrounding our property. He answered my initial call and came within 3 days to make the repairs. He's not only good at what he does but also an artist in putting on the final touches. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him, and he's a very nice person too!

Description of Work: Owen repaired minor damage to my stucco - nicks, cracks, holes, dents - around the entire house, chalked around a window where water was leaking on to my stucco, and fixed two columns by my front door where the stucco was not properly installed. He was courteous, cheerful and punctual. To a non-tradesman homeowner's eye, he did very good work. He also left me a jar of the stucco "paste" to patch any new nicks on my own. The entire job took him just over 3 hours so the price did seem a bit expensive. However, I do know that it is hard to find someone to repair stucco.
