I am amazed the fact (1) quite responsive, (2) clear commitment, (3) done as committed. Day 1: submit estimate request, got contact for assessment/estimate Day 2: Owen visited, give me assessment and estimate. Agreed to do job since it is rather urgent and the team available tomorrow. Day 3: Owen and team arrived as planned, and job done in 4 hour.

Owen and his team was fast and efficient. I am satisfied with the repair works. I highly recommend this contractor and would use them again in the future.

I wholeheartedly recommend Owen's Custom Stucco Repair because of the excellent work the company does. The stucco on the chimney had to be removed and replaced due to rain damage caused by rain entering the chimney cap/chase cover. Owen was present each day of the repair. He is professional and very knowledgeable in his field. He's honest and doesn't try to pad the bill with unnecessary work like some contractors I interviewed. The work done by his crew is top-notch. There is no other stucco company I would hire. Great work!

Owen and his crew were remarkable from start to finish. Owen came out within about 48 hours of request to look at the job and sent a quote within 24 hours with a fair price. We scheduled the job for the following week. Owen and his crew completed the job in 2 days and they were all hardworking, professional and courteous. Our HOA hired Owen to work on eight townhome units. The work was done exceptionally quickly and blended in beautifully with the existing stucco. Was thrilled with the result and will certain hire Owen again should I need further stucco work.

Bad. Never came to work sight. Did estimate over phone based on photo. Kept delaying. No communication till I already found another vendor.

Overall, no complaints. With any stucco repair, you do not know what extent is until you begin removing the damaged stucco. It was a bit larger than originally quoted, but the increase was legit. Company did very well in addressing all my questions and explaining what they were doing. Any information / clarification regarding the day's activities, they responded at first opportunity. They were conscientious and the crews were experienced which was my main concern - I do not want to repair again. (I have learned that not all stucco companies in Houston are equal.) They did what what it took to make all repairs as required. We agreed to a price and that was honored. Work was done thoroughly and no short-cuts were taken to get the job done fast. They made very good effort to match stucco color to existing paint to avoid need to repaint house. Clean-up at the end of the job was professional. They did a great job and I would not hesitate to recommend / use them again.

Owens Custom Stucco replaced 7 panels on a 3 story townhouse. The stucco was bulging and at risk of falling off. The townhome was 37 years old and had never been repaired. Owen had a crew of 6 with Joe as the foreman. They arrived each day at the allotted time, did the required work which entailed scaffolding to be erected. They cleaned up each night and left the property completely cleaned. As this job required matching an existing pattern, they did an excellent job. Numerous cracks were repaired and waterproofed which did not require replacement. The crew were professional, polite and worked diligently under Joe’s leadership. Owen and his crew were wonderful!! There was a lot of weather delays but that was not their fault and completely understandable. The work was done efficiently and very well. The crew was polite, friendly, and very professional. We did run into extra costs when additional existing extensive damage was found but we were warned ahead of tie that this was a possibility and it is par for the course when doing any kind of home repair/remodeling. They also communicated with us every step of the way. I couldn't recommend Owen's Custom Stucco Repair high enough! A+!

Working with Owen was effortless and he instilled confidence. We have little tolerance for drama, bravado and upcharging due to our inner loop location. Owen is a straight talker, highly professional and has realistic prices regardless of geographic location. (Some contractors have "special" upcharged prices if you live inside the loop). Not Owen. He treats everyone fair. He also had excellent communication. We knew we needed extensive stucco maintenance to get our house ready to be listed for sale. Owen gave us a detailed explanation of necessary work and cost, with contingencies. During the process we received photos thoughout the day of the condition of our sub structure and the remediation plan. We had to make some difficult decisions for more extensive work but we wanted the house done right. We could view the evidence and the charges were in line with material and labor cost. He also started and ended on schedule, with minor rain delays. We also wanted the whole house painted with stucco sealing paint and we wanted to replace our rooftop deck. Owen gave us a referral for two additional contractors who were every bit as quality as he is. His score on Angies List was what prompted us to contact him. We weren't disappointed.

They came on time & completed the job quickly. They protected the area they were working in & cleaned up so well that you would not even know they had been there. A 1 year Warranty was given on the workmanship, which is a big plus. They were very professional & did what they said they would do.

The job went extremely well considering it became a much bigger job than anticipated. Owen went above and beyond to help us get the work done as quickly as possible. The crew were all very courteous and thorough. I would absolutely recommend them for any stucco repair.

Very good experience. The quality of the work was excellent. Scheduling was hard--rain and their other jobs delayed the work. This was hard for my work schedule, but things happen. To make up for it, Owen sent two crews and got a 2 day the job done in about 6 hours. They left the site extremely clean, worked around some outdoor plants very carefully, and caught stucco cracks we hadn't even noticed. Wouldn't hesitate to work with them again, but likely we won't have stucco issues for a long time thanks to Owen.

The entire crew was awesome. Owen came out promptly to give me an estimate on repairing the area around my garage that had been damaged. He surveyed the entire house and found an area, hidden by my AC units, where the root system from my ivy had grown under my stucco and was pushing the wall out 2-3 inches. The job was extensive and took a week to complete, but they did a fantastic job! They notified me each morning when they arrived and kept me informed through the entire process. They even took the time to custom match the new stucco to my old stucco. My house looks brand new. Thanks Owen!

We had to wait a couple of months to have Owen's Stucco do the repairs. They were worth the wait. Owen was in constant contact with us regarding a delay in starting our job. His team was courteous, professional and very prompt. We had interviewed several contractors prior to meeting Owen. We felt confident that he had the experience to do the job. We were pleased with the results. We just wish he did more than stucco repair!

Owen and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. I feel like we have fixed the problem where water had been entering our home for probably eight years. They correctly identified the structural issues, replaced rotten structural framing and liaised with another general contractor seamlessly to have a patio rebuilt to avoid future issues. The work was complete about four weeks ago and everything look great and hasn't had any problems.

Owen's Custom Stucco were very honest in the way they approached the job. We had sent a detailed list of repairs for an initial estimate, but upon inspection Owen explained to us what the problems were and advised us on how to best address them, bringing the costs down considerably from the original estimate. They did a great job. The price is at the high end of the range, but the quality of the work they performed along with their communication and professionalism warrants paying that little extra money.

Needed some stucco repair done based on a faulty inspection ordered by a rellocation company. Owen was great. He came out and pointed out what really needed to be done and what was not required by code at the time our house was built. He said that he could accomodate our short timeframe, and true to his word, all the promised work (and more) was done on time. HIs crew found more cracks than he saw during the estimate visit, but reapired all of them anyway. Could not be happier with Owen's Custom Stucco quality of work, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism.

He was very nice and even did his best to get out to the house during the flooding rains. He could not make it at the time scheduled due to weather but was very prompt at next set appointment date.

Overall, the process went well--his staff is amazingly friendly and easy to talk to. Answered all my questions and were very courteous. Definitely NOT guys you have to keep an eye on every second. Owen himself is a very nice, down to earth guy--easy to talk to and explains everything in detail. His crew came back two weeks after the job to address some minor areas that were left off the first time, which I appreciated. The total job took 2 full days, with anywhere from 3-5 guys on site. Not cheap by any means, but the results were great.

I've been struggling with a "balcony" leak for a while and couldn't figure out to stop the darn thing. Had 3 other companies come out and they all pointed to the balcony and told me it needed to be replaced. Called Owen and he said he didn't think it was the balcony, but the caulking all round the windows above the balcony. He ended up caulking the entire house for $2500 and voila... no more leaks! So glad I did not tear out the balcony as that was so much more expensive and worst yet... would have still leaked! Thanks Owen!

Owen fit me in on short notice to get my repairs in before my house closed! This was awesome. He was nice and punctual, oversaw the workers/did it helpful. It was great.

Owen was prompt and responsive. He delivered on his scheduled promises. His workers were careful to protect the landscaping adjacent to the worksite. A week later Owen's crew did similar work on our neighbor's adjacent townhouse. The removal process produced considerable dust which gathered upon and was ingested into our exterior A/C unit clogging our system. When this was made known, Owen immediately offered cash compensation to us for commercial cleaning of our clogged A/C unit. His workers tarp covered our unit for the remainder of the job. Owen took responsibility for his crew's oversight and paid to ameliorate the damage. Our A/C is properly restored. In our dealings with Owen he was forthright and by his actions proved himself and his workers reliable and trustworthy.
