Description of Work: Outside A/C unit over the years had sank in the soil and when it rained it would flood the bottom of the unit. He removed unit, rebuild the foundation and reconnected it.

Description of Work: Another company told us we needed an entirely new AC for $5500. So on a hot summer day, we got 2 other bids. Harmony came out and in 5 minutes replaced a $10 part and all was well! Then Jesse spent another 45 minutes checking everything out and giving us some good advice. Cold AC working great. Very honest and saved us thousands!

+ -1 moreAC wasn't cooling, making this the fourth year in a row its stopped working. I was fully prepared to replace the entire system and had said as much when I called. Within 10 minutes of arriving Jesse had found a pretty obvious leak outside near the compressor. He could have easily sold me on a system, but instead he did the honest thing and pointed out the leak. After fixing it and charging the system it's cooling like a champ, and for 1/10th of the amount I was expecting to spend. In general the service was great. He explained everything he was doing in a lot of detail and seemed a lot more knowledgeable than anyone else I have had out to work on my AC. I got the impression that he takes pride in doing a quality job. I'd highly recommend his services, and though I hope I don't have to, I'll be calling him in the future if I have any further issues.

+ -1 moreThe tech and I had a mix-up on the date/time of the original appt so he came out as quickly as he could to perform the service. Arrived on time, asked questions about how the HVAC was operating, then started his checks. Found and fixed, as best he could, a very sloppy original installation of ceiling unit. Changed the upstairs filter then hosed off the compressor. Unit has been working better since then. Very polite, prompt, and attentive.

+ -1 moreJesse was very upfront and worked with us to come up with a plan to address faulty coils in our AC system that had been installed in our new home less than 4 years ago. He did a great job explaining our issue and how he would address it. His price for labor was substantially less than we had been quoted from another company and we felt much more at ease that he would get the job done right. We scheduled the repair for two days after the initial visit and Jesse and his team couldn't have been more professional or thorough as they completed the work. Everything went according to plan and our unit is fixed with no more leaks; ready for the summer! He even readjusted the ductwork to our son's room that has been an issue since we moved in and other companies had not found. A 1-year warranty comes with the work, but we are confident we will not have to use it. We would highly recommend this company and will use them again if we have any HVAC needs.
Description of Work: Came out for an HVAC tuneup and confirmed an issue with the coils in our AC. His team checked for other leaks in the house, confirmed problem (leakage) from coils, removed defective coils, got new coils from warranty and installed new coils. Thorough in checking for success in installation and no more leakage after installation.

And they came and worked all day Sunday and put in the new unit. AMAZING They did great work and cleaned up ever thing. Removed the old unit you would never even know they were there except my house was nice and cool with a new unit

+ -1 moreJesse came by at 8 pm on an emergency call because I smelled “burning odor”. He identified the issue and called the warranty company. I have an invalid one in my home so filing this was essential. Jesse replaced the furnace, they cleaned everything up and it is finally all good !
Description of Work: I had 10 different people in here to check my furnace and they did not identify the issue. I needed the furnace replaced due to faintly wining and fan issues. 7 damaged furnace.

+ -1 moreWe called Jesse out for an estimate to replace our downstairs unit. We knew the compressor had blew out and it was time for a new system. We have lived in the house for 13 years and had a crappy builder grade unit. Jesse came and spent a lot of time with me reviewing my options for the new system as well as we discussed issues we were having with certain rooms upstairs not cooling due to bad duct work design. We knew it was a matter of time before the upstairs unit quit on us too. Jesse gave us several options for the duct work, and replacing both systems. He also warrantied the systems for 10 years parts and labor We decided to go with replacing everything except the upstairs furnace. Jesse also gave us different options for the brands and price points of units/systems we could use. Installation took all day which was expected and the workers were courteous and on time. We couldn't have asked for better experience. Our house cools so well now and we have piece of mind knowing we dont have to worry about this for a long time!

Description of Work: Had Jesse come out because upstairs AC unit wasn't working at all. Unit is 11 years old so I figured it'd have to be replaced and was ready to be told that. Jesse looked at it for about 5 minutes and found the problem--a condenser needed to be replaced for $75. WOW. So I had him go ahead and do the full Spring maintenance care on both our units. Then, I told him that our Master bedroom had been 10+ degrees warmer than the rest of the house since we bought the house new in 2001. The Master bathroom and the hallway outside the bedroom were always significently warmer than the bedroom. The HVAC company that had installed the HVAC system in our house tried 3 times to correct it. They couldn't fix it and basically said that it was due to the "heat from your computer setup" in the bedroom. Well, we had computers set up in 3 other rooms w/o this problem. We thought we'd just have to live with it. But, Jesse took about 25 minutes checking the house and said he knew the problem. The warm air wasn't being pulled out of our bedroom by the return air that was just outside our bedroom as the hallway way 10' high and the bedroom is 14' high. He installed a return air in the ceiling of our bedroom and the room cooled significently within 10 minutes. AMAZING! Total cost for replacing the condenser, adding 1 1/2 # of coolant, doing routine service to both upstairs and downstairs units, installing the new return air and ductwork was approx $500. He even offered to take down the grills over the other 4 return airs and wash them off with Simply Green for no extra cost. He was polite and very informative. He was timely and very efficient. You seldom expect to rave about an HVAC man but Jesse's truely a diamond.

He offered to come complete the work on the weekend at no extra chg just to keep my house cool. I just said mon is fine, by 8 am he was on his way, did the whole job and then went around checking the system more than I hoped for, he cleaned up behind himself as if he was never here He is now my ac man and i will highly reccomend him to anybody with the up most of confidence His prices were fantastic and over half of what the big guys (Airco) tried to stick me with Thanks For The Great service my friend. Description of Work: He replaced my control board ( after doing everything possible to make sure it was bad) and he pulled and replaced my fan motor all with oem parts he even told me things i did not need so to save me money but at the same time pointed out things i should do to save me money. he was very quick and thourgh afterwards he checked all my vents for proper and maximum efficency they went out side and checked my freon levels and entire unit
