I don’t think I have gone so far as to write a review but the experience I have had with Harmony Environmental Solutions was outstanding. A couple of years ago one of my AC units was making really loud noises, I was concerned and asked a friend in real estate for a recommendation. Jesse the owner came out that day and thoroughly checked it out, I am not sure if he did anything to it it was so long ago. Anyway, he said it was completely fine, did not try to sell me a new unit like I would have expected. Fast forward to this past month. Both units were icing up and occasionally shutting off. He came out, spent time inspecting and cleaning them. He said I still had some time with them both but one may not last that much longer. Well that one just went out. He replaced it with in a couple of days and basically educated me on leaving the upstairs one on a certain temperature etc as both kids are at college and I don’t even go up there. He is hard working, honest and reasonably priced. I have found finding someone trustworthy when you don’t know the mechanics of the repair whatsoever is rare. Highly recommend this company! Outstanding service; honest, competent, professional technicians! I was fearful that (like so many other service companies!) they would have tried to up-sell a new HVAC to replace our 20+ year system, but they did only EXACTLY what was required to correct the problem. They simply replaced a faulty capacitor which corrected the issue, and insured that the system was operating in accordance with proper specifications. In addition, we requested that they check our duct-work to assess it's condition, where they reported that such was in excellent condition and not in need of any additional repairs! It seems so rare these days that a company puts the customers interests ahead of their own and does only what is ethically AND morally expected. This company very clearly believes in the concept "do unto others" ... I very highly recommend this company to EVERYONE!

After another HVAC company had given us three different diagnoses they were asked to leave my house and I called in Jesse at Harmony environmental and one other company to see if any of the three were true. Both companies recommended a new system and I went with Harmony. He installed it the day after we agreed to the work. Him and his assistant showed up at about 7:45 am and were done by 1 pm. Our new system has been humming along well ever since. Jesse did a great job of showing me what he was seeing and walking me through my options. He installed a great system with a 10 year parts and labor warranty and we couldn't be happier. Use this business!

Excellent product, prompt arrival, great crew and installation. Jesse did what he said he would do and is a consummate professional. Went with Bosch Inverter System, as recommended, and am amazed at its quiet performance. Glad we made the switch as this system is exactly what I was looking for.

Follow inspection revealed sloppy work ( door not seal resulting leaks and high bills)

Coil leak causing compressor to stop was repaired by replacing with new coil.

We were very pleased with Harmony Enviromental's service and professionalism. Out home had some unique constraints that took some time to figure out, but Jesse found the perfect solution and performed the installation of a new 4 ton high SEER heat pump himself while his assistant took care of the plenum and ductwork. Jesse went above and beyond what was required for a standard installation and took extra measures like reinforcing the struts supporting the air handler, raising the outside unit off the ground, and adding a surge protector for the delicate electronics so as to ensure that the system would stand the test of time. He even offered to add an extra year of labor warranty to match the manufactures' 11 year parts warranty - a huge testament to the confidence he has in the quality of his work. Both of them labored well into the evening to ensure that we would have air conditioning in time for my wife's baby shower the next day. There were some issues with the dampers installed by his assistant, and the cramped attic space combined with a larger air handler meant that the ductwork didn't attach as smoothly as one might hope. Other then that, everything has performed above our expectations. Thank you Jesse!

I called up Jesse for a HVAC quote and he was he was at our house within 15 minutes. He gave me his opinion of what we needed and listened to what I wanted. He was not pushy with his sales at all as he will sell you whatever you want as long as it's American Standard. As soon as my unit came in, Jesse was installing it less than 24 hours later. Jesse and his assistant Josh did a professional job with the installation and completed the job in 5 hours. Jesse gave a detailed walk through of the entire installation and and clearly answered all of our questions. This is a true grade A+ company with tremendous quality and value.

I can't say enough about the blessing that this company was for us. Jesse was very professional and honest about every aspect of our service needs. He saved us over $7000 that another company was quoting us for work. Repairs that we were told by another company that was needed were not necessary. Jesse guarantees his work. We will definitely use him for any future AC needs.

It went well. They showed up on time, worked diligently to remove the old system, stalled the new system, and cleaned up after themselves - all at a reasonable price. I was happy.

Jesse, the owner of Harmony, was diligent, professional, friendly, thoughtful and provided a new high quality system at a lower cost than all other bids. I realize the lowest price isn't always the best, but Jesse and his crew performed beyond expectations. The system works flawlessly. I will use them again when one of my other systems is in need of repair or replacement.

He checked the AC and found it to be unrepairable. We discussed a couple of options and he left and emailed me an estimate for replacement after he explained in detail the problems and possible remedies. He did not charge me for the visit.

EXCELLENT!!! I called numerous contractors to get price quotes and equipment recommendations to fix or replace our 20 year old unit. So I decide on Harmony Environmental and chose to replace our system and I'm so happy I did! Jesse (the owner) was fully involved in the entire process from initial phone call through completion. He was on time, couldn't have been nicer, and is an authorized licensed installer for American Standard. Most systems include a product warranty but then labor is extra and half the cost. Jesse feels confident enough in the product and in his installation that he, at no charge, includes a 10 year labor warranty on him. Did I forget to say he also had the best price! During installation he noticed several things involving wiring that were not up to his standard. Even though a previous electrician did the shoddy work, Jesse fixed the incorrect things at no charge to us. Best of all I now don't have to stress about who to call when we have an A/C emergency on our 20 year old second unit. I know I will get an honest assessment and a fair price. Thanks Jesse.

Jesse came to look at my current unit and find out if it was fixable. It was, but it would have cost $900 and I figured it probably would have needed to get fixed again pretty soon. He gave me a quote for $4530 for a new 14 seer American Standard Silver series HVAC unit and said he could install it on Monday. (The price seems a bit high to me, but this is my first house, so I've never purchased an AC unit before.) He said it would only take 3-4 hours to install. He told me that he'd have three guys over here working on it, but that he would be here supervising because he wanted to ensure that it was done properly. That gave me confidence in him and his company, so I hired him. On Monday, he actually showed up a bit earlier than originally planned, but the one guy he brought had no idea what he was doing. Jesse had to leave to do something at another job; meanwhile, the guy he left kept taking breaks because he didn't seem to know what to do next. The installation started at about 2:30pm and finally ended at 9:30pm. I understand that you need to train your employees, but at least stay with them and do it properly. The guy had to remove the door and doorframe to where my unit was located and after he was done he put them back, but very poorly. (He just put the frame back on with the nails in the existing holes and that's all. Plus, he accidentally cut parts of the frame when he cut the caulking in order to remove the frame.) The frame is barely hanging on and I'll have to repair that myself. Also, I had just painted the wall next to this area and they left black fingerprints all over it. I hadn't realized this at the time, having been so grateful to finally have AC in my house again, but I think they should have looked and fixed that prior to their departure. Thankfully, the fingerprints did come off of the paint. Jesse contacted me the next day to see how the AC unit was working out, which was appreciated. He gave me a ten year parts and labor warranty and sent over a certificate. Overall, I'd use Harmony again, but I would ask beforehand that Jesse actually be present. I think if he'd been here the entire time perhaps total completion time would have been what he originally stated.

On Sunday, we noticed our A/C wasn't performing quite as well as it should. We called another company on Monday morning to come out later that week to tune it up. Before the other company arrived, the A/C had quit cooling the house completely. The other company came out and told us the compressor had failed, that the A/C had previously been "patched" with a repair kit of some sort, and that a new unit would cost us from $6000-$9000. We have a home warranty because we just bought the house last summer, but the home warranty company was not going to perform any repairs because the previous owners had not provided maintenance records for the A/C. So we called Jesse at Harmony, aka the "A/C Whisperer". While we were waiting for the warranty company to find someone to come look at the unit, Jesse arrived about an hour or so after we called and started checking the unit outside. He said he saw no sign of a repair kit that the previous company had noted. He tried a new capacitor and was going to try installing a "hard start" kit, but he eventually agreed with the other company that the compressor was not going to work again. Early the next morning, Jesse and Andrew arrived and immediately began working on the evaporator in the attic and on installing the new compressor/condenser unit outside. Jesse and Andrew were both very friendly and professional. Jesse was great about explaining what he was doing and eager to answer my many questions. Instead of going the easy route, he took extra steps to make the installation of the outdoor unit aesthetically pleasing. Jesse and Andrew cleaned up afterward and left everything as clean or cleaner than when they left. They finished the work a bit after noon and we were cool again in no time. Jesse tried everything to help us avoid buying a new unit, but the old unit appears to have been a used unit that was probably on its last legs when the previous homeowners installed it. I would highly recommend Jesse to anyone who needs A/C work done. He is honest and fair, and if he can save you some money, he will.

See above details: However, the issue is that another HVAC provider stated that I had a hole in the coil and/or compressor. Harmoney inspected the system found a loose cap, tightened, and re-charged. Harmoney (Jesse Williams was professional, prompt, and most importantly . . . HONEST). I had asked Harmony to come out and give me a bid on an American Standard system . The aforementioned request was based on the previous HVAC inspectors statement that I needed a new system. Harmony stated that I did not need a new system, only a cap to be hand tightened and freon re-charged. Harmoney charged me $200.00 for an entire AC system inspection, and freon re-charge. The Trane system has worked like a champ after Harmoney completed their work.

Fantastic service and excellent response time. My AC unit started to malfunction when I arrived home from work. I contacted Harmony Environmental Solutions around 5:30 pm and they were able to perform the service that evening. I was completely thrilled with their responsiveness and ability to work us in to the schedule. The technician, who happened to be the company owner, arrived and was very courteous. He identified the problem and completed the repair promptly. I was pleased with the entire experience top to bottom! We will definitely use them again!
