I did not want to write a negative review but finding the best service for the price is the purpose of Angie's List. ADT painted a dining room for a special price of $99. The office called very timely and set up the appointment quickly. The only downfall was the painter. I think I could have done a better job myself. He used plenty of blue tape but still left paint where it shouldn't be and didn't clean it up. He was very slow, taking forever just to move in a bit of equipment. The experience was only OK.

They did a great job repainting our large Master Bathroom and Toilet closet. Very professional and timely. Would definitely use them again.

Talk about a major difference in our outdated oak cabinets, they are so beautiful, and we are thrilled! Rachel from ATD came and gave us an estimate. Jeff the owner, came a few days later to get a better idea of the scope of work. The estimates were very reasonable. Jeff made samples to show us within a few days and from that we were able to make some great design choices. They worked with us on the timing of our remodel needs and began work quickly. The painting crew were very professional and thorough with the prep. Covered all floors, walls, light fixtures, and cabinet interiors. We were unable to use our kitchen for a few days but at least I was not without cabinet doors for weeks. Jeff and his crew came back for touch ups after all the other remodeling crews had done their jobs. There again he responded quickly and had his crews come out promptly. We had them do one more bathroom cabinet while they were here, because of the quality of work. Rachel and Jeff were both easy to get a hold of and very courteous. Will definitely use again and refer to family and friends.

They were absolutely excellent. The review and estimate of services involved the actual business owner who went over everything with me, including some options on additional carpentry work. I had removed 2 old satellite dishes that were mounted on the side of my home and had them replace 2 and a half masonite boards. They were absolutely perfectly matched and you could not tell repairs were ever needed. The work was done to perfection; no paint drips, no missed spots. Everything that could have had paint on it (and shouldn't have) was covered with paper. The paint job looks great and my wife is happy, so of course I'm happy. They did the entire job over the course of two days when the rest of our estimates involved 3-4 days. On top of that, they were around 10% cheaper than the closest estimate, and $1200 cheaper than the highest. I would recommend to anyone asking for painters.

They were excellent.

The service is great. The owner, Jeff, was very prompt. His guys came out when they said they were going to. We were very happy with it. They cleaned up very well after. We got a couple of other quotes and it was pretty reasonable.

My experience with them was good. I had no problems. They were on time. They did a quality job. There were a couple of problems and they addressed them. I have no complaints. I would give them a solid recommendation. They weren't the least expensive quote that we had.

They painted this week. They were sloppy. They were receptive to fixing errors.

We've been using Jeff and ATD Painting for well over a year now and have always had an excellent experience. He'll be painting two rooms for us on Monday (6/17/13) and I believe this will be the fourth or fifth time we've had him out. Jeff is always punctual and polite and he has always provided us with fair pricing. Moreover, Jeff has a good eye for colors and has made good recommendations for color selections. My wife and I consider him "our" painter and will always turn to him for our painting needs. We would also gladly recommend him to friends and family in need of a great painter. Josh, a representative from ATD came out to bid the work to be done. He was very professional and friendly. We had 3 other bids on the exterior painting and ATD was not the lowest nor the highest, but the presentation along with a booklet describing their work, and a 10% discount on exterior painting went a long way to helping us decide who to hire. The crew from ATD Painting arrived promptly and went straight to work. They furnished the paint and other materials within the quoted price. They acted in a professional manner but were also friendly and happy to answer any questions. They worked diligently and completed the job within 1 day. Our house is a 2 story brick with wood trim. Later in the day, when the work was complete, Josh came by to do a final walk around with us. When the work was completed, the painting crew cleaned everything up and left our yard like they found it. The price bid on the job was the same as the final price we paid. They did an excellent job matching the paint to our new gutters and our home looks awesome!! We would definately hire ATD Painting again to do the exterior of our home. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

We were impressed at the willingness of Jeff, the owner, to meet us after my husband got off from work at 7:00 at our new house. He went through the house with us and discussed everything we wanted to have done. He was able to quickly give a detailed estimate and we decided to have him to our work. We had already used ATD to do our exterior painting and knew they do quality work. The crew Jeff sent out to do the work were excellent. They were all professional and courteous. They covered all floors with paper and taped areas not to be painted. After prepping the house for paint, they got to work. They completed their work within the time Jeff had promised. Jeff came out and walked through with the foreman and pointed out any areas of concern. When work was complete, Jeff called me to let me know he has visited the site and that the house was ready for us to walk through. He said that if we saw anything they had missed to let the foreman know and it would be corrected immediately. Sure enough, we did our walk through and if we saw any little imperfection it was immediately fixed. We had agree with Jeff that after our floors were finished, they would come back and touch up and paint the baseboards and shoe mold. About a week later, he called to find out how the floors were coming along. We set up a date for the touch ups and he sent one guy out to do the work. Around midday, a second person came to help finish up. We are very pleased with out experience with Jeff and ADT Painting. We will use them for all our future painting needs and recommend them to friends and family. One additional note: We had a pretty complicated color scheme which was completed to perfection!! I've just driving through and I've seen their work done and I like what I saw so I called over and I actually went with them. Their price for everything that Phillips have price was substantially more competitive. They did a good job. They are really caring people. They were very responsive. I like this folks.

The owner, Jeff personally takes responsibility of the job and contacts you before, during and after the project. He visits often to ensure everything is going as planned. They came back a couple days later and even offered to touch up imperfections that we caused because the Cabinet Armor paint takes a while to cure. The gloss paint on the cabinets amazingly had no brush strokes. We had taken the cabinet doors off and had them in the garage because we had intended to paint them. ATD painting paints them while they re attached. Since they weren't, they also re-installed all of our cabinet doors. They are very professional, courteous, kind, and priced right. Call them! You won't regret doing so.
