Moved large backyard shed from one side of my yard to the other. They also made sure that that it sat level in its new location.

Tim and crew were very professional and responsive to the overall project. They worked very hard to ensure that they met our desires as far as the layout. They cleaned up well after the project was completed.

They did alright. There was a couple little areas where I thought they could've done better with the concrete.

Excellent service, and work. We had some rain delays, but Tim kept us informed. He is a professional, and had good advice as we were planning. His crew was on time, did a great job, and cleaned up the worksite before they left. A very good experience. We'll call them again for concrete work.

The patio turns out to be nicer than I have expected. Tim and his crew was on time everyday. Tim took his time to make sure anything is done correctly. The job took a few days longer than planned to finish but I did not mind. I just wanted it to be done correctly and the patio turns out to be nicer than I have hoped. Tim and his crew are very professional and willing to work with you during the whole process. I got a total of five bids and Tim's bid was the second lowest. The lowest bid I got was from a guy that does concrete job on the side. He was one of the Whitestone builder contractor's worker that was working on the driveway when I found. Tim and his crew went far beyond their call of duty. They helped me move my super heavy out outdoor kitchen that was on my driveway to my new patio without a hesitation. Would not hesitate to use Tim again and will be highly recommend to all my friends.

It went fine. Of course the yard took some damage as it had rained but that was to be expected. They left the area clean and graded where excavation had been done and removed all excess materials.

Tim arrived when promised for the initial visit and project review. He provided a bid which was exactly the price paid for the completed project. I would use T.C. Construction again in the future.

The work fit within both the estimated time and cost initially provided. Tim was consistently responsive throughout the job. He inquired about our future plans for the room so that he could be sure that his work fit into our larger remodeling goals and suggested some future work that would ensure the stability of the slab in the future. He even offered specific advice to give to our flooring contractor that would help ensure the integrity of the slab. Tim also saved us quite a bit of money by noticing symptoms of an underground water leak. Had he not seen it we would have surely ended up wasting quite a bit of water had to deal with damage to our lawn.

Because this was a small job and with the building boom going on in our area, I thought it would difficult finding someone who would accept constructing the parking pad. Mr. Marlar came to my residence the same day that I called him. In a thunderstorm, he took measurements for the project and a few days later he gave me the estimated cost. About three weeks after accepting his estimate, the parking pad was constructed and in use. I was very impressed with the time and attention to detail Mr. Marlar and his crew gave to the project, including the cleanup of the work site. The quality and appearance of the finished product is very impressive. Without hesitation I will use T-C Construction again for my construction needs.

Went great, showed up when he said and even moved the concrete pour up two hours earlier than original. Work was professional and finished product was great. All this from the lowest bidder.

The whole process went very well. From the time I called Tim for a estimate till the time he was done was about 6 weeks. This was done at work where we see heavy traffic all day. We run our forklift over this area and tore the asphalt up badly over the last couple of years. Since we had to avoid this area while they were working and slab was curing I was clear with Tim that once he started I'd like him to work on it diligently until it was complete and not drag it out because of other jobs. He scheduled me in and did what we agreed too. The job took about a week and his guys were there 100% of the time and I bet he was there 75% of the time making sure things went well and pitching in. He did excavate a FULL 10" and replaced with 4" compacted base and a FULL 6" of concrete over the entire grade. He used 1/2" rebar like he said he would, NOT 3/8". When it came time for the pour you could tell they have done this many times before. He graded everything properly with a transit and finished it with a nice broom texture finish so its not slippery. I will say that Tim was not the cheapest but he was reasonable and I am a firm believer that you ultimately get what you pay for. Cheaper guys said base was unnecessary and 3/8" rebar was sufficient. What impressed me most about Tim looking back on this project is that HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO DO every step of the way. After he started we had a little hiccup with a water line that they hand dug for to me replace at no extra charge. Other guys could have taken this opportunity to add a little change order saying this was unexpected and it would cost $$$ to do. I most certainly would use him again in the future.

I contacted the company on 6-9-13 no answer just voice mail so I left a message with my contact information. As of today's date no one has contacted me back. It was a small side walk I needed repaired and I stated that in the message I left. So I am assuming since it wasn't a big money job that is why they never called me back. If that is the case they need to state that in their company description that they are not interested in any jobs under a certain $$ amount. That way consumers like me do not waist out time with companies like this. Our time is just as valuable.

Tim is awesome! Its so great to have a contractor that communicates with you an responds to texts and calls promptly. His team has been with him for 10+ years and they work like clockwork....8AM until 6PM until the job was done! He is flexible to make changes as the project develops and their craftsmanship is flawless. I would definitely use them again!

Tim and his crew did an excellent job. They showed up as promised and cleaned up when the work was finished. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

Took a couple of calls to get Tim on the phone. He sounded like a nice guy and he did mentioned that he had two big projects scheduled for the next 2 months. We scheduled a Saturday morning time to get a quote. Unfortunately, he stood us up with out calling or answering his phone when I called to find out if he would make it. :(

Tim provided a detailed price quote after stopping by to review the back yard. He gave me a detailed description of the work and the amount of time expected to start and finish the job. The start of my project was slightly delayed due to the weather. We also experienced a slight delay with starting our project due to waiting for my HOA and City of Cibolo requirements to be met but once he and his crew started the work, it was complete in a couple of days. His crew worked hard and did an excellent job. We were kept well informed of the work in progress. We will definitely contact T-C Construction for any other projects.

We were very pleased with the services. The cost estimate did not change from beginning to end and the time estimate was accurate. T-C and the team worked diligently until the job was complete. Also good clean-up and left the area clean. We had a couple of requests during the project which were addressed. I would recommend Tim and his team to anyone interested in concrete work!! As with any service, it is important for the buyer to maintain regular involvement and be assertive about any requests you have as the work is being done.

Came out in mid-summer and September, as I recall. Made an estimate that seemed very high. Was going to call me back but never did.

Tim and his crew were very friendly, but professional. Tim kept us informed of the process and timeline. Each day the crew cleaned up the area. Some areas of the grass were disturbed during the process, but the crew were careful to re-grade those areas. Through absolutely no fault of his own, while taking up the old sidewalk the crew hit a water line. They repaired it quickly at no extra charge. We will definitely be using T-C Construction to do other projects.

Tim and his crew were prompt and professional. They broke up a very thick concrete patio in the backyard that had cracks from tree roots of a large oak (which had recently been cut down). They broke up and removed the existing concrete and prepared the 12x15 area for a new concrete slab. Tim was very good at keeping us informed of what was being done and when. His crew worked very hard and did an excellent job. They cleaned up nicely afterwards. We would definitely use Tim again and highly recommend him.

I emailed provider via Angie's list asking for an appointment for an estimate. I never received any response.

Tima and his crew did a great job. Tim kept me informed about when and what they would be doing. They were quick and cleaned up after themselves. Even filled the tracks left in the ground by the front in loader and washed off my driveway were the base was unloaded. The patio looks wonderful and I'm looking forward to them coming back to do the stain in 2 months!
