T-C Construction

The project went very well! Tim, the owner, was 100% hands-on, and the quality of the work certainly reflects it. He met with us, answered numerous questions, made changes to the original proposal to incorporate our concerns about a very steep and problematic driveway, and was the project through to the very end.

Perfect. Every part of the concrete construction was done perfectly, and I couldn’t have been happier. Hearing the many compliments from the neighbors I definitely picked the right contractor. Tim was great.

Very good craftsmanship from Tim and his crew. They openly communicated often and clarified requirements often. They ran into the house with bobcat but fixed all damages they caused. Overall great work.

Everything went great. Always showed up at 8am and knocked off at 4pm. All work was accomplished and it came out better than I expected.

Working with T-C construction was a pleasure. I did not have detailed drawings, only a sketch of the finished product. T-C construction provided a reasonable quote, started when committed, managed the subcontractors and progressed diligently on the project until completed. I am very pleased with the end result. I would welcome the opportunity to work with T-C construction again.

Tim did a great job. We had several issues with weather during our project, an he was constantly in touch with me, or visiting the worksite and checking on ground conditions. Once the weather started cooperating him and his crew came in a knocked out my slab. Concrete turned out great, and the finish is perfect. Would hire them again without a second thought.

They were great. There everyday they said they would be. Finished quickly but paid attention to all the details. They were also very clean. They cleaned the site everyday before they left which was great for me with two dogs and a 6 year old running around.

Tim and his crew laid a cement pad and a walkway on the side of my house. Turned out just the way I wanted. Would definitely use them again.

TC Construction was a great choice. Tim is very professional and a good hometown guy. They take pride in their work, and did a great job. The steps and patio look great. His guys are hard workers and professional as well. I would defiantly hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking for concrete work.

Tim came out to give us a quote right away and we had him return several times as we kept adding to or changing the scope of the work. I could tell he was very knowledgeable about the work we wanted done and T-C Construction did a great job. Our patio looks fantastic and I am glad we ended up choosing them as our contractor for this work.

Amazing! Time was very responsive and answered all my questions. I sent a message around 7pm requesting a rough estimate and he responded within about an hour. When he came to survey the site, he not only gave me an estimate for the work I asked, but also took the time to size up the bigger picture and tell me what I needed. In the long run, I'm sure it saved me several hundred dollars. Very thorough and a great product.

I was extremely impressed from the start by Tim and his workers. He was responsive with a bid, and once I was ready to proceed his crew had come off a job and were ready to start a couple days early. He was with his crew throughout the entire project which lasted about 9 work days. The guys were here each day by 8:30 and worked until 4:30 or after 5:00 as needed. At the end of the day they cleaned up the area they were working in, including throwing out trash, picking up tools, etc. The workmanship is amazing and I am so happy. I would definitely use them again!

outstanding, better than I ever imagined when I was planning this project

Came out for estimate and provided drawings and cost. Explained there would be a difference in color between our existing driveway and new pour. Showed up on time the day job started. Professional and knowledgeable. Even pressure washed entire length of driveway and sidewalk. Would definetly hire again.

Mr. Marlar and his team were a pleasure to work with, and I am so pleased with the final result. We found many unexpected problems as we went along including an extra concrete pad underneath the top one and a concrete border against the house that was so thick that it took a day just to demolish it. Demolishing that thick patio finally took three days that changed the time allotted for the job, but there was never a complaint from him. It naturally raised the cost of the job considering the unknowns in the beginning and what he actually had to do, but I think he was very fair in his pricing. He and his team always arrived on time, worked steadily to get the job done during the day, and cleaned up behind themselves before they left each day. Mr. Marlar was present most of the time to make sure that the work was done properly which made me happy because I have not had that experience with many contractors. Mr. Marlar designed the deck with heavy flashing in place to manage water flow and to prevent any return of the rotting problem. He then graded and prepared the ground where the deck was to be built. He repaired the rotted siding after the deck was completed. I think with confidence that my drainage problems are gone forever, and I don't expect any more rotting to take place. The deck is beautiful, and I have already shown it off. I am including pictures, but consider that with my poor photography skills that they really don't do justice to the quality of the craftsmanship and underpinnings. Since I am so happy with it, I plan to have a wooden balcony on the second floor of a house on my property that has dry rot and possible support issues examined and repaired by Mr. Marlar. I consider it high praise that I would hire him again. I would recommend his company for any construction needs. UPDATE: I just wanted to add to the final paragraph whe I talked about my poor photography skills not showing the craftsmanship and u derpinnings of the deck. I would like to add that 'It also doesn't show just how large this two level deck is. I think I received good value for my money.'
