He was prompt and professional and cleaned the area up afterwards. He answered many of my questions about plumbing in general and vacuum breakers and backsiphonage.

We decided to get a water softener installed. One plumber came and looked and said he didn't have the right tools for our pipes. Another one said he would get to us when he could. My husband called Cowboy Plumbing and spoke to Jared. He came and looked at everything that evening and the next morning he was here to install it. He installed everything and explained things about the water softener to us. While he was here, my neighbor across the street called to see if he could come over and put some salt in her water softener. He also did that for her. He had completed all the work before noon and we felt his price was very reasonable. He did a fantastic job and we will definitely call him again if we need more work done.

We had 2 separate issues: a water heater that needed replacing and a leaking faucet. Jarod of Cowboy Plumbing came and gave us an excellent quote. We hired him and we're so glad we did! He showed up on time, did great work, and was really pleasant to have in our home. Great plumber with super customer service. Root cause was difficult to diagnose - symptoms were flooding behind dishwasher, but nothing was wrong with dishwasher hoses or connections. When wall section behind sink was removed, found the plumbing contractor has neglected to install the air admittance device (island prevented a soil stack) and simply left the top of the drain completely, open inside the wall. When the drain stopped-up, the drain overflowed into the wall cavity, eventually melting the wallboard at the bottom, and flowing behind the cabinet and escaping underneath the dishwasher. Genesis Homes chose a poor (but cheap) plumbing contractor for this house, as this is the second major repair required due to shoddy plumbing work. The first was neglecting to clamp a water pipe onto a manifold, causing mold and wall damage to an exterior wall and two interior bathrooms. That fix was over $12,000 - at least this fix was only $1200.

I had planned to call Jarod to install the hose but when it came I gave it a go figuring that if I messed it up, Jarod is nearby. I managed to install it successfully without causing any problems. I contacted Jarod to at least pay him for his service call since he did come by the house, check things out and tell me what part I needed. He told me to just remember him next time I need to call a plumber. I certainly will.

Jarod did a excellent job. He took his time to explain everything what needed to be done. He was very professional, very knowledgeable, very courteous and always on time. We can highly recommend him and his employees.

My sister's plumbing was plugged up. Had a previous plumber out and he never could solve the problem so I called Cowboy Plumber and Jarod came out the next day and determined the problem. We had a root growing in the line close to the septic tank. With his nifty camera, he was actually able to show me the problem!! There was also some other issues with faulty pipes, etc that needed replacement. He had a pretty full schedule and didn't think he would be able to do the job until the end of the week, but had a cancelation and got right on it 3 days early which was great! He finished the project up way ahead of the projected time, so the charge was a lot less than anticipated! He is cheerful, professional, honest, punctual and his prices are very fair! I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Evaluated what was wrong and then took the tank off for further evaluation. He determined what parts were needed. He had to go get the right parts for the tank. He worked on some of the other parts in the tank. After putting it back together he checked and made sure that there were no leaks. All together he was there for about an hour. Have not had any problems since.

My sister was housesitting while my family was out of town when the hot water heater stopped working. I found Cowboy Plumbing on Angie's List and gave him a call in the morning. I spoke to Jarod who said he could come out that afternoon. He showed up on time and found that it only needed to have the reset button pushed. He checked it over to make sure there were no other probelms and called me back as I asked. Since there was no apparent cause of the problem, he asked about the history and age of the water heater and discussed possible causes. Jarod was very courteous and professional on the phone and in person and the same day service was definitely nice. I will definitely use him again.

Fantastic. Same Day service. Arrived promptly. Assessed the problem and repaired the garbage disposal and faulty toilet in less than an hour. Rates very reasonable and the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Will use for all plumbing problems in the future. Highly recommend.

The job went perfect. The new fixtures look great . The panel door in the closet looks very good and will now allow for complete access to all plumbing valves in the future. All work was professionally done and the work was accomplished quickly. I highly recommend this plumbing company and will always continue to use this company.

The floor drain in my laundry room was back up after my washer over leaked. We could snake it out, seemed like we were hitting a brick wall. Called Jarod and over the phone figured out the problem and advised me what to do. No Charge. Turns out the drain was hitting a brick wall! It should drain directly out through the slab, but got covered up by the slab when it was poured. He advised us how to fix it ourselves, but we couldn't. He came out to take a look, and spent a good time to try and fix it. Turns out the pipe was most like cut a foot too short and unable to open it with out chopping the slab up. He would not charge me, because he couldn't fix it. Will definitely call him again!

I contacted them on Father's day for a minor emergency, and they were the only people to call back, and he said he couldn't do it that day, but he would do it the next day. I didn't use him, but he was really trying to help me. I found him on Angie's List. He did call back and offer to come out first thing in the morning, and I think that was very good. He is the guy I will call, if I need a plumber.

I called on the morning of 7/1/2013 and left a message. Within about an hour the owner called me back and thirty minutes later he was at our house giving us an estimate. Jared took the time to discuss the situation with my husband and they agreed on the price. Jared left, promising to return that same afternoon. He called at 4:30 and said he would be at our house by 5 pm. He arrived at 4:50, replaced the hot water heater, showed my husband how it worked, checked to make sure everything was working correctly and offered to clean out our faucets. The price he charged was much more reasonable than the first plumber we called and better than one of the big retail stores. He bought the tank, installed it, and disposed of the old one for that price. We will definitely use him again if we have another plumbing problem. FYI - he quoted us a price to replace our old water softener that was almost 1/3 the price we had been quoted by a large franchise. When we finally need a new water softener this company will be our first call.

Jarod Criddle of Cowboy Plumbing is one of the best contractors I have ever hired. That is saying a lot since I was the general contractor while building one home and have completely remodeled another. Even though we were a new client, Jarod came to our house on a weekend when told our hot water heater was leaking in our basement and there was no shut off valve. The only way we could stop the flood was to turn off the water to the entire house. Jarod was there in the matter of a couple of hours and stopped the flood. He returned during the week to replace the hot water heater which was in the worst possible location in the basement and haul off the old one and an additional old one the previous plumber had just left. Jarod then discovered a leak in the copper pipe. He fixed it as best he could and returned the next day to make sure it was sealed. He had completely fixed it on the first day, but he wanted to make sure. He did not even charge us to repair the leak even though it meant he made a third trip to our home. We have a plumber for life and we would recommend you call Jarod also.

We had our old kitchen counter top and back splash replaced by Keystone Granite. Removal of plumbing and reconnecting the plumbing was not part of Keystone's work and they recommended Jarod Griddle, DBA Cowboy Plumbing Services. We contacted Jarod about two weeks before the needed work. He gave an estimate of $175 for removal and $250 for reconnecting the plumbing including all necessary new parts. The new sink had a different configuration. Jarod requested we confirm the removal date a day before the work. He arrived timely in the morning to complete the work before the other work. He returned after all other work was completed. Jarod is very friendly, knowledgeable, leaves a neat workplace, and planned the work to meet our needed schedule.

It went very well. He responded right away. He gave me my options and then when I said to go with new water heater he started immediately. He hauled away the old one also. My previous experience with plumbing companies has not been as good. Most others said we can get there in a couple of days. When your water heater is out you don't usually have a couple days to wait.
