Description of Work: Loved working with this company. I had them move several walls to create a designated laundry room, remove and replace overhead lighting, relocate several doors as well as tile and paint the kitchen and new laundry area. In the course of the job, there was some additional electric work/repairs that needed to be taken care of as a safety issue which refigured the original estimate. Professional contractors and workers. Had one issue with a painter not showing up/leaving early but it was dealt with promptly and resolved. I would absolutely hire them again and recommend their services. I shopped around and got several estimates and I am very pleased I chose Reliant!

Description of Work: I paid for what I thought was a design and consultation what I received after 4 weeks was a very detailed price quote. This was an Angies List promotion that I could have received price quotes free of charge.

Description of Work: My experience with Mr. Standush was purely preliminary, meaning I contacted him, he returned my call and fielded my questions. What I needed was note really in his scope (mine was more of a handyman's job), but Mr. Standush spent lots of time on the phone listening to my job and advising me on several options. He shared one of his subcontractor's name with me even though he knew he wasn't going to get my job. His writing/texts/phone calls were clear and professional. I would definitely use his company should a larger job of remodel need to be done. Thanks, Mr. Standush!

Description of Work: I had to call and text him about 6 different times trying to get my estimate back and it took over 3 weeks to get it done. It was a huge hasle when trying to collect bids and I feared how it would have been if I had actually chosen him to peform the work. He was nice in person but not punctual when it came the bid.

Description of Work: Dustin did a complete remodel to our kitchen and her master bath. When I say complete I mean removing all old cabinetwork and counters and taking down walls and flooring. The picture you see on the first page of his reviews is our kitchen. Dustin does not advertise this but he has an eye for decorating as well. He helped me design not only the cabinetwork placement but the backsplash above my gas range. We have since used him for repairs to the exterior of our home which includes replacing fascia boards that were damaged. He was so thorough that he found other places that we were unaware of damage and repaired those items as well.

Description of Work: In a nutshell, we bought current home in July and while it looked pretty good, it wasn't entirely "ours." Great bones but it lacked our own touches. I looked on Angie's List and came up with Stanush Constracting. From the the very beginning, Dustin was responsive to all my calls, and I made quite a few to him before I decided to go with his company since I was also checking out other companies. To name a few, we had 12 interior doors and two exterior doors replaced, installed, and painted. We picked out the hardware and Dustin had it installed. He worked with us when we told him the previous owner had left tile and bamboo flooring from unfinished projects. We had bamboo flooring removed in main hallway bathroom and replaced it with tile. The main hallway bathroom is just beautiful because he recommended where we could get the tile. His tile person did a great job all around! He also recommended where we could get our bathtub and we followed his advice. The master bathroom and master closet had old floor tile removed and replaced and the shower stall was completed retiled. The previous owners had a French door in the hall bathroom which I didn't like so they replaced it with a wall and small bathroom window. The outside was finished in stucco and colored to match the existing brick. In the Florida room, bamboo flooring was removed and new tile installed; he also created a new step that worked better for me than what was originally there. On Dustin's recommendation, we had a wrought iron railing installed between the family room and Florida room and he recommended the style/color. When I first saw it, it took my breath away; it is beautiful! We had crown molding installed and painted in two bedrooms and kitchen. He has a wonderful painter, by he way. Beatutiful job painting all the doors, shoe molding, crown molding and refinishing some of the walls with Monterrey finish (master bedroom and both bathrooms). Beautiful work! He had bamboo flooring installed in all three bedrooms. They were on time, they cleaned up after themselves, and we had no problems letting his workmen in he house while we were at work. There's more work that he did but this will give you all a good idea of his company. I'm already planning/saving for the next project.

Description of Work: They remodeled my second bathroom. They redid the floor with marble, put in a marble counter-top vanity, refinished tub & put in new fixtures in the shower & a new faucet.

Description of Work: Other than the kitchen cabinets and counters, everything else in the kitchen was replaced. We had walls retextured and painted and ceramic backsplash put in. We had a new tile floor laid, a new framed entrance to the pantry area, new pantry doors and a new electrical outlet door custom made. The ceiling was repainted and a new light fixture hung. New sink faucets were installed.

Description of Work: Dustin and his guys came out friday to demo my old existing fence. Arrived on time Saturday and Sunday to install a beautiful treated cedar privacy fence.

Description of Work: Dustin Stanush did a great job building on our residential outdoor project. He was very flexible with my schedule and easy to work with. Dustin stayed within my budget and was very reliable. The job was completed on time and looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend Stanush Contracting and will be using them in the future.

Description of Work: Stanush Contracting converted my Son's formal dining room into a study. He replaced the archway entrance with a set of French doors; painted the areas he had done the construction work in and hauled off all the trash and cleaned up the construction area. Stanush Contracting removed my privacy fence posts and fencing boards. He hauled away the trash and left the yard as clean as it was before he began the work. He installed new fence posts in cement and installed 6" boards. He also replaced my neighbor's privacy fence posts and boards. You will not be disappointed." "Honda" Heath (San Antonio, Tx)

Description of Work: Dustin and his team did an outstanding job completely remodeling one of our rental units. They converted a bedroom to more living space and completely gutted the entire place and made it look like new again. We we agreed on a contract, they got right in and did not waste any time at all and got the job finished on time and on budget. They were very polite and easy to work with. We are so glad we found Stanush Contracting, because if we need a complete remodel or just a small project done they have the team to make it happen!! We will definitely be referring them to our friends and family and looking forward to using them on our next project!
