Constructovate did a PHENOMENAL job!!! I asked them to extend my pre-existing concrete patio slab to span the width of my home. They offered a very reasonable quote, and were true to their word when they promised to have it done that same week (I’ve had poor experiences in the past with contractors meeting their own suspense dates). I’m BEYOND impressed with their work and have already recommended them to a colleague of mine. I can’t recommend them enough. AWESOME group of contractors.

Dustin at Constructovate provided a fair quote for the repair and replacement of facia boards on our house. His crew finished the job in one day, and their workmanship and attention to detail was excellent. They took care of everything including getting the exterior paint which matched the existing paint perfectly. The site was clean when they left.

They did a phenomenal job on my tub to shower conversion. Very polite and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. I was so pleased with the work that I'm having them do some other work as well.

We recently used Constructovate to remodel our home and I cannot say enough positive things about our experience working with them. From the planning to the final walkthrough everything was done in a professional and courteous manner. The crew was very professional, good with timelines, and detail-oriented. The result is beautiful! We highly recommend them and will use Constructovate again for future projects. The connection was the best, they always let us know about any updates or upcoming tasks. All is beautifully completed. The cedar pickets are especially nice. Major improvement to the back yard.

Dustin was professional and courteous. He gave me many ideas on how to update this house. His estimate was very detailed. I did not use his services because I decided to sell the house "as is." However, I have used this company in the past and would highly recommend them.

Perfect!! From planning to execution the entire process was a breeze. the quality of work was outstanding. Every time we have guest, everyone wants to know who did our house. I have recommended Dustin to friends and coworkers and I always get praised for the referral. Their creative ideas and construction experience sets them apart from the rest of the guys.

Dustin provided a very detailed quote. He was by far the best price, @ $34k. He was very responsive to my calls and emails when it came to questions and he even came out with Lloyd to personally to meet with me regarding the job and spent time to again answer all the questions I had. I actually chose another company based on a couple reasons: 1) they have a licensed carpenter that builds the cabinets-they are not manufactured elsewhere, 2) their folks are licensed and insured not just with the company but individually, and 3) the company is insured, bonded and do background checks on their employees - Reliant stated they are not bonded and do not do background checks. These were the three driving factors of my decision. I would ask Dustin to quote in the future.

It went great. Good communication before and all the way through the project. Work was good quality, started on time, and was completed on time and as promised.

This was my first time to use Reliant Remodeling for a project, and I was satisfied overall with the results. It took a bit of back-and-forth communication to get an estimate from Dustin and to arrange a starting date, but the after the work started, it was finished right on time. The work site was left clean at the end, and a few minor glitches were fixed soon afterwards within a day of my reporting them. I was especially impressed with the spreadsheet that Reliant uses for estimates and the amount of detail it contains about what is to be done. The spreadsheet also breaks down costs for each individual step. That helped me easily decide before the work started to eliminate one step of the project that would have cost an additional $700 or so. It was a new experience for me to work with a contractor who asks the client to purchase some of the building supplies out-of-pocket from recommended suppliers such as the two main building supply national chains. (In this case, I chose and paid for the tile, grout, and plumbing fixtures at the stores. There were advantages and disadvantages to that approach: I liked the flexibility of shopping for and buying the tile myself, in terms of both the selection and price (even though it did take me several days and lots of driving to do it, given that this involved first browsing at, and then returning to make purchases from, several different stores around the city in order to get everything that was needed). On the other hand, getting the plumbing supplies by myself was a huge pain! I know very little about plumbing materials, and the employees at the big-box stores were absolutely NO help at all with my ‘shopping list’. As a result, I ended up spending considerably more on the shower fixture bits than was really necessary. This was a small task by remodeling standards but it was a tough one, and Reliant did a very professional job. I would definitely recommend them and would consider them for future projects.

I love my new kitchen!. I will say I never met the owner of Reliant Renovations. I worked exclusively with Sergio Rodriguez. Sergio and his crew showed up (mostly on time) every day from start to finish. They did exactly what I wanted, except when they had a better idea which they would share with me. I usually accepted their advice. Sergio had his cabinet maker construct custom cabinets. The cabinets are so strong, they will probably outlast the house. I was so happy that I recommended Sergio to a friend when she needed a new buffet built. She is tremendously happy with it.

Very professional and quoted a reasonable price. Timing unfortunately did not work out. Would have them come out again.

The project went very well and turned out very nice. Sergio and his team were very thorough and exhibited very nice craftsmanship. Any issues that were encountered were addressed immediately and we’ll.

The remodel from beginning to end went off extremely well. The guys are punctual. Reliant renovations I would hire again. They were honest and dedicated to getting the job done. Prices were reasonable.

Dustin was very easy to work with. He provided me an estimate within a day. When I want to make changes he updated the estimate twice within the day. His estimate was competitive, detailed, and very easy to understand. The work on the bathroom began about a week after we agreed to a contract. Our project manager Carlos and his helper Juan were amazing to work with. They showed up consistently at 9 am every morning and worked diligently until 6 every night. They were respectful of our home, communicated with me constantly and did fantastic work. Carlos went above and beyond to make sure every last detail was taken care of and completed. Dustin also seeked out vendors for us that would give us competitive prices on countertops and cabinets. Our bathroom remodel was done in 3 weeks and we love it. The process was smooth, efficient and timely. I would highly recommend Reliant Renovations.

OK, this is going to be an "unusual" five star review! We we were considering doing a Kitchen Remodel and that's how I found Reliant/Dustin on Angie's List. Dustin came to our house right on time and we discussed original "scope of work". After doing measurements he gave me some very "worthy" suggestions on my questions. He said it would be about a week and he would email me an estimate.. He was early ... actually only took about 5 days. What he sent me is the MOST PROFESSIONAL & DETAILED ESTIMATE/BID that I have ever received. This is not the first time I have done projects like this so I was IMPRESSED! Naturally I had some questions when I received the Estimate so we discussed by phone. He was very thorough on his responses. We started to look at the various options online & in stores for the materials (cabinets, counter tops, tile, etc). As it turned out we had to to some major changes in the scope of work. As a result, we agreed that it wasn't a "good fit" on this project. It wasn't his fault ... "My bad, Not Dustin's"! BOTTOM LINE, I WILL DEFINITELY USE DUSTIN ON ANY FUTURE PROJECTS ... HE'S A REAL PRO!!! THANKS DUSTIN!!!

Dustin came out to discuss the project. I knew what I wanted done for the most part and Dustin was very helpful in helping me choose wall color and he made good suggestions for window dressing. Jorge was the lead on the project and a total of 6 people worked on the full project. Everyone was punctual and professional. They listened to and responded to my questions or concerns promptly. Their motto is that the job isn't finished until the customer is satisfied and that is exactly what happened. I would definitely use Reliant Renovations in the future.

I initially hired Reliant because of their experience with bathroom and kitchen remodeling, and because Dustin (owner) gave me a much more detailed bid than the other companies I interviewed. It itemized the individual pieces of the project for materials, labor, and purchase allowances so I could tailor the job to my budget and know what I was paying for. Because I have an older house, there was a certain amount of problem solving required as the job progressed, and this was accomplished with good solutions and just one minimal extra charge to replace some existing drywall with a water-resistant product. No other extra charges were added and payments were consistent with the initial proposal. The foreman assigned to my job (Jorge) was great to work with and provided a consistent crew of just a few workers to accomplish everything. Having worked with two other contractors in the past, I think that good communication and some understanding and flexibility on the part of the homeowner are always helpful for a successful job. Communication with Dustin and Jorge was frequent and efficient. I am a pretty detail-oriented person, and they worked willingly to attend to everything to my satisfaction before we declared the project finished. In my opinion, there were a few things in patching and painting that could have been refined earlier on in the process, but all was taken care of in the end. I will be hiring them again for some additional work.

Plans and recommendations made by Reliant for the kitchen space turned out beautifully. They custom built cabinets to better fit the space and lighten the room. They kept the the area clean and were professional. My renter was pleased with the staff and how quickly they transformed the kitchen. Start to finish, problems with plumbing and electrical were identified and quickly repaired. Finished on time and we couldn't be happier.

Work was very well done. Tile and glass work is beautiful and mirror is securely installed. Shower is now open and bright instead of feeling like I'm showering in a small closet.

We used Reliant Renovations to remodel our kitchen (all new cabinetry, granite counter tops, and new lighting) and replace a pedestal sink with a vanity in our downstairs half-bath. From start to finish, it was a great experience working with the owner, Justin. He was a consummate professional; responsive, courteous, patient (our first big project requiring a general contractor), methodical, and thorough. We were honestly a little worried about doing a project like this, but Justin and his site foreman Esteban were--simply put--amazing. The work was priced right, top quality, and done in a timely manner. Justin was also very quick to respond to questions, and to correct the very few small errors that occurred. We have more work to do on our house in the coming years, and if he's still around, he has definitely earned our repeat business.

Awesome finished product. I don't have pictures, but I can take some if need be. They do custom vanities, and the style and quality was the best. We were given about 6 different stains, but no doubt, if none of them were what we were looking for, Dustin would have accommodated. We went with granite tops and back splash. He also took our existing mirror and framed. It all came out fantastic. Finally, he added a set of double doors, which served to separate our bedroom from the vanity and adjoining closet area. You will not be disappointed in the work, both service and materials. The price came in under others also, so everything worked out better than expected. Kudos again to Dustin and his crew.

Dustin and his crew exceeded our expectations. Dustin was extremely thorough during the bidding process and his bid sheets were much more detailed than any others we encountered. Each aspect of the job listed their price for labor plus the names of recommended material vendors and retailers to enhance our choices - both with selection and price. Dustin was prompt in returning our calls and his crew showed up when promised. They took extreme care to cover our floors to minimize dust and debris, and they dusted our bedroom during the demo process. They worked hard to ensure our remodeling job was done with excellence and within a tight timeframe. After they were paid in full, they continued to respond when we had questions or concerns. All in all, they exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.
