Brian is a life saver!!! He came highly recommended by a close church friend. He heard my circumstance, and was able to squeeze me in to meet my needs and my schedule. He did an amazing job and is a joy to work with. I highly recommend him and his company for any and all your roofing needs.

We are beyond pleased with Encore Roofs. Our roof began leaking when it was pouring down rain, as a big storm hit, and Brian came to our house immediately, right when my husband called him. He got right up on our roof and performed a temporary fix to get us through the week and then came back to patch it. We are grateful and thankful that he did this for us. When he returned to fix the roof, he was an extremely hard worker. He didn't take any breaks and continually worked on our roof. When finished, he offered to let us keep the extra roof tiles he did not use, and even moved them to the cement so they wouldn't damage our grass. He was professional and friendly. I called Encore Roofs for a estimate to repair some damaged shingles, roof vents and pipe vents. I left Brian a message and he called back in a reasonable time, he was able to come to check out the roof that same day and put us on his schedule to fix the issues. He was professional, quality work and fairly priced. I highly recommend Encore Roofs for roof repairs.

I was extremely pleased with Brian's work. He was clear about the problem, the cost and the amount of time needed for the repair. He then gave me an on the spot assessment of the state of my roof and several recommendations of what I could do in the next couple of years. These felt honest and genuine. Brian is very competent, and does quality work with quality materials. He stands by his work and products. He was punctual, even in terrible weather, and he worked long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. He also proved he can work in adverse conditions, we had two very strong windstorms when he worked on our roof. Our roof looks great, and this was a great experience.

Due to an ice dam, I had some damage done inside my home when water ran down inside. Brian inspected my roof. He explained what had happened and told me my options on repair of my roof. He brought out sample shingles and we discussed the options. The repairs were done promptly and my roof looks great. Brian was very friendly and professional. The work was marvelous, work by himself, and he was a perfectionist and everything went beautifully. He has to remove the dish antenna to re-roof, and when he reset the dish antenna our services was not interrupted. Our roof looks perfect that our neighbors stands outside to look and admire our roof. One or them had an estimate and I believe he got the job for them as well. Quality of the work was right on and the price was just what was estimated and quoted. We were pleased that the guarantee was for the house and not for us the owner.

Brian at Encore Roofs does an OUTSTANDING job. I was selling a house this winter and I needed to have some roof work done after the sale inspection. Unfortunately, it had snowed out of season this February and I couldn't get anyone to help me, until I found Brian. I used a pressure washer with hot water and melted the snow around the trouble spots, and then Brian came out, on a day's notice and in the freezing weather, and climbed on my mostly snow-covered roof to repair it. Not only did he fix the items flagged in the inspection, but he also painted the flashings and vents to all match, so they would look nice for the home sale. He did a fantastic job and didn't charge me extra for the short notice. I was able to close on the house sale only because of Brian. I whole-heartedly recommend him for any roofing job!

We had Brian out to reseal our leaking gutter corners. He did a fantastic job and kindly explained what he did as well as texted pictures to my husband to make sure it was what we wanted. I highly recommend Encore Roofs!

Brian did an excellent job replacing all roof vents on the home and even helped out with a couple other minor concerns. Furthermore, he sent photos of the work (both before and after pictures) and was very communicative throughout the entire process of scheduling the work, ordering the parts, and completing the work. Would definitely use Brian and Encore Roofs again!

Brian had determined the best gutter guards for my system and provided a cost estimate for them on a previous visit to my home in 2017. After I contacted him in 2018, he ordered the parts and installed them quickly and without incident. He took numerous photos during the process so I could see everything on my phone as the work was being done. During this visit, Brian also removed all the pine needles, leaves, and other debris from the roof. The gutter guards have worked very well and I am delighted with the work. I will continue to use Brian's services every year since he does such a great job and is a very honest contractor.

Brian quickly removed all the debris from my roof, then applied a thick band of caulking around my skylight. He removed all the debris from my deck, stairs, and patio after he finished on the roof. I continue to be very pleased with Brian's work and highly recommend him. He is a very honest contractor and has excellent communication skills.

Brian removed all the debris that had accumulated on my roof and thoroughly cleaned out the rain gutters and downspouts. He took numerous photos during the process so I could see his progress on my phone. During this visit, Brian also pressure washed my deck and stairs. After he finished the job, he provided a suggestion for gutter guards to prevent the gutters from filling up with leaves and pine needles and provided a rough cost estimate. I was very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism, but also his honesty and excellent communication skills. I highly recommend Encore Roofs.

Brian managed to take apart the collapsed carport in only a few hours by himself and removed the material the next day. Encore Roofs was fast, professional, and did great work and I will absolutely be working with them again if I ever need any more projects done.
