Encore Roofs was awesome! They responded to our request for an estimate next day and came when they told us they would be there. Brian is very professional, polite and answered all our questions. He helped us with our material choice and sent our estimate quickly. We did not even bother getting another quote as we were confident he was our guy. Gave us a time frame that he would be there to install our roof and keep in contact with us all the way. We are delighted with our beautiful new roof.

Encore Roofs was very helpful and patient in helping me select the right color for my metal roof. Very respectful of our property and took their time to do a good job. I highly recommend them.

The crew was very clean cut, well mannered, professional, efficient, and the price was very competitive. There was no loud music, no profanity, and no smoking or drinking while on the job. Brian is excellent in all of these categories: timeliness, communication while I'm unable to be at my property, and attention to detail. He even recommended some other fixes to be done that I knew had to be done, and was able to fit that into his schedule while working on the main problem. Brian from Encore Pro repaired a section of my roof that was leaking. That was a problem area where leaves accumulated in a valley. He explained how he was going to repair it and placed the new ice shield/flashing and tied it in with the existing counter flashing against the brick in the valley. He took detailed pictures that showed the repairs so you can see exactly what was done. He arrived quickly and completed the repairs in a short period of time. His work is high quality.

These guys are fast and polite. They even went above and beyond and helped make my patio roof I did stop leaking! Highly recommend!
