Brian with Encore Pro was friendly, professional, and quickly helped us with a roof leak. He was kind to help us in bad weather, too. Our family will be reaching out to him again, if needed and will recommend his services to others.

Everything went extremely well. Brian contacted me right after I reached out to him. He was very polite and professional. I didn't know whether the gutters needed to be repaired or replaced. I had gotten an earlier quote for "replacement" at a cost of $1800+. So, I was relieved to know that the gutters only needed cleaning and minor repairs. I saved over $1500, so I am estatic. I am a senior citizen, and oftentimes, we do not get "the truth." I appreciate Brian telling me the truth, and I highly highly recommend him. In fact, later this year, I do plan to purchase steel gutter guards from him.

Brian with Encore Pro completed a roof gutter cleaning and screen installation project on my home. He did a good efficient job, sharing step by step photos of his work and left everything clean. Brian and his crew did an amazing job trimming all of the overgrown trees and removing a couple that died last winter. They were prompt, courteous and meticulous about getting everything just the way we wanted and removed all debri. We would not hesitate to use such an honest company in the future, and would recommend them to anyone needing their services.

I don't even know how I was so lucky to find Brian, but I'm glad I did. I had a few repairs to the roof and knew I needed my gutters cleaned and Brian came right out and did it. He was so communicative and clear about how much the service would cost. He helpfully spotted other issues and things I could do preemptively to keep my gutters clean (installing filters) and explained what he could do and priced it out for me. It went great. Brian completed the job the same day. Put in a ridge vent on roof from end to end. Installed 16 eave vents and replaced the exhaust gasket. Brian was in time professional and the roof looks great.
