Encore Roofs

My garage was long overdue for a new roof! I put it off for almost two years but this spring I was bound and determined to get it done. Went to Angie's List, looked at the companies and reviews, and asked bids from three companies. Brian at Encore Roofs won the bid. He took time during the estimate visit to answer my noob questions and the various product options. He also offered to install a ridge vent for a very modest additional fee, and explained the benefits of having one. I had already been trying to decide how to best vent that space because it's muderously hot in there in the summertime. He is very professional, even down to his work clothes, yet friendly and patient. He's the kind of guy you've never met but you'd swear you know him from "somewhere" (in a good way, of course). He was also the most reasonably priced: right about what I thought it should cost for a two car garage with a simple roof. And his warranty was a couple years longer than the other bidders, as well. In less than a week after I had put out for bids, the roof was completed, just in time for a new spate of rain showers. I was amazed at how efficiently and meticulously Brian works. The roof was never left exposed to the elements during the process, and he completely cleaned up afterwards. You can tell he takes immense pride in a job well done, and it shows in the high quality of the finished product. So far, the roof has not leaked, and I doubt it ever will. I would MOST DEFINITELY recommend Encore Roofs for your roofing job.

Excellent from start to finish. Brian arrived on time for the estimate, prepared it quickly with ample information on product and installation. He is a very affable young man with excellent experience from the harsh environment of the Midwest. He and Mr. Sanchez arrived on time at the very decent hour of 10am being concious of noise. The installation was extremely clean as they sweep the shingles away from the edge of the roof then transport it to the edge where the trailer is and deposit it. All debris that did fall on the ground was picked up. Spotless. In all, my wife and I reccommend them for their honesty, workmanship and fair price.

Outstanding on all counts. Brian was not only the most responsive, but coached me through what should be done - AND what didn't need to be done. Brian Kinnarman is the kind of contractor we wish all contractors would be. He kept me involved and explained what he was doing at every point. I know more about roofs than I have ever in my life. I would hire him again in a New York Minute.

Brian did great work on our roof and he gave us many option and help us choose the most appropriate materials. He notice some problems with our roof and did a good job fixing them. He did a very professional job with a finishing touches and the result is we have a very beautiful roof. He followed up by coming out and making sure that there was no problem. He assured us that he would fix any problems that we had with the roofing. We feel that we have the best outcome possible.

Brian had done some work for us previously , and we hired him back to clean our gutters. He completed the job in about one hour, and noted that the installers who had replaced our gutters last year had done a substandard job. They had replaced the entire gutter after having lied to us about needing to replace the whole thing. They installed 4" instead of 5" gutters and did not make sure that they were tilted to drain properly. Brian was able to solve the immediate problem for no extra charge. We will definitely hire him again.

I called and was able to have Brian come out within 2 days. Brian showed as promised, and was such a pleasant and professional man. He even took his shoes off when he had to walk through our house! After speaking with my husband, and surveying the damage, Brian replaced the board for NO charge! He also took pictures of the condition of our roof to show areas of concern. We had a nice conversation with him, and had told him that we were planning to sell our house within the next few years. It was amazing to find an entrepreneur so willing to help out and we will definitely be using Encore for our future roofing needs. It went very well. Brian fixed all my problems on my roof as well as installed a really good looking roof. He has a great attention to detail and has strong roofing experience. I thought my gutters were leaking but it turned out that my roof was the problem. He can do it all.

It was an excellent service. There was follow up on scheduling and reminders of when he would come out. He was on time with the right equipment to do the job and ready to go. Professional appearance courteous, considerate of the flowers I had around the house. We had to negotiate for the additional linear feet of gutters and the height and he came up with a very fair market price for doing the job.

It was excellent. They were very knowlegdeable. They saw the things in my roof which I wasn't even aware and they fixed it. Had they not fixed it, it would cause more damage. Very professional.
