Description of Work: We had all windows our windows cleaned inside and out. Very professional wioth great people skills. My initital contact with Encore's owner, Brian, was both cordial and professional. He readily answered all my questions which indicated to me that he had good knowledge of the task and all related issues. I truly appreciated that Brian gave me a call to let me know that he was running a bit late on the day of the job. He indicated he would arrive shortly and came at that time. After showing me the correct screen for my type of gutters and explaining his cleaning process, Brian went right to work. The job was done in a timely fashion and after completion there was no sign of a mess or debris on my property from the job. It was a job well done! Also, I was very thankful to Brian that while he was doing the job he took photos of my roof for me to see since I had concerns regarding the roof. After Brian put away his equipment he took the time to review, explain, and answer additional questions regarding my gutter system. I consider Brian to be trustworthy, courteous, and highly capable and would hire him again for any of his services. I will definitely recommend Brian's services to family and friends, as well.
