They closed the entry points and set the traps, got our money and did not come back to get the traps or do the cleaning and disinfection. Has been more than a month. "Do not sign a contract with this company. If you sell or rent your house and have to cancel, they will charge a $200 fee for cancellation of each contracted service. I was facing a $400 fee, then was allowed to cancel one contract "if I finished the 4 services left this season" of my second contract. I finished the season in November, and now they are showing up at my house in March to treat...because the end of the "annual contract" is May. They are still trying to charge me a $400 cancellation fee, because "if I cancel the second service, I will be charged both service cancellation fees" even though I completed the "deal" they claimed to give me in August, saying I had 4 more monthly services that ended in November."

"Jeff came by when he said he would (on time). Very professional. Inspected around the house & found several places around that needed sealing. Set traps in attic & outside the home. Returned 3 days later. No raccoon in attic traps, but one in cage outside. Removed animal. Sealed home, returned 3 days later & removed another raccoon from trap outside! Today, I found a dead armadillo in my driveway. Called Jeff. He removed the dead armadillo @ no charge. I was very impressed with his response time as well as his response. Extremely professional & Jeff knows what he is doing! I highly recommend his services if you need any critter removal."
