They got out here faster than we anticipated. He was able to isolate and troubleshoot the issue immediately. He was honest and upfront. They stand behind the quality of their work and we have not had any problems since.

They were excellent. The person who came out was very good, punctual and accurate. He did not play around, just got it done and was finished; it really was everything you would want. My suggestion to others is that it is a good choice to use Agape.

Seventeen year old drain fittings required replacement (one tub fitting badly corroded). For sure the work on the tubs required a steady hand and experience to remove very worn old drain so it wouldn't collapse into the drain pipe or damage the threading of the tub seating so replacement fitting could be properly installed. Making the job more difficult, there is no external access to the back or underside of these tubs. Total time on site was about 3 hours. Price was advised before work began and while I thought it was high and said so, we proceeded. We were very pleased with the work outcome. From first contact to conclusion of work it was handled in a professional and confident manner. We would have given overall "A" rating had we felt the cost to be more in line with actual costs of replacement parts and time on site. Ordinarily I would have done the sink work myself (access is easy and fittings were in good condition). Frankly we thought this would be couple hundred bucks at best so we did not obtain advance estimates from different vendors. Next time, short of an emergency, we will be wiser.

Jonathan and his son worked long hours to compete this house.There were some tight spaces they had to crawl through .He gave us an isthmoid on all he could se ..but a few understandable areas that had to be applied .I would recommend them as a job well done.they left the house cleaned up and created a miracle on what damage was done to this challenge they had .

It was $63 minus 10% and then I upped it by $200 to put a pan under a little water heater that was destroyed. They did exactly what they said they would do. They cleaned up after themselves each day and they were here for two days. I am very pleased with the work and my water is no longer yellow because of all the rust in the galvanized steel pipes. I now have clear water.

The plumber kept our appointment even after a mix up with another customer's appointment time. He was fast, fairly priced and did a great job. After determining our faucet was fine (and likely a victim of the city/county working on the water lines), he asked if he could take care of anything else, and we were able to take care of some other items. He did a good job and I would recommend him.

Quick response to message left. Appointment made. Arrived on time. Clean and professional. Took a look at the work to be done, created an estimate and explained the process to me. I accepted they got to work. They needed some parts. His regular supplier didn't have so he sourced them elsewhere. Job done within in a day. Left the room clean. No missed showers!

I assumed he was a Christian and his prices were very reasonable. I thought his pricing was very good compared to other people. I would absolutely use him again.

Initially a part was missing from the new unit which I obtained. Rescheduled the appointment, timely, professional installation. Definitely a bit pricey on the installation however.

Jonathan and Agape Plumbing are wonderful! We bought a house 5 months ago. We recently went into the attic and discovered a leak in the galvanized steel pipes the inspector had bragged on. Come to find out, we had leaks all over the attic and pipes disintegrating in the walls. We had to repipe the whole house! When Jonathan began to repipe the tubs in the bathroom, not only were they rusted to the point he could put his finger through one of them, he soon discovered their drain pipes were cracked as well. Did I mention we had an inspector??? One problem led to discovering more and more and more wrong with the house. We were overwhelmed with all the problems and unexpected expenses. Jonathan was very understanding of our situation. He not only gave us a VERY reasonable quote to fix the plumbing, but arranged for the tile work and necessary sheetrock repair as well. Jonathan and his son, Jordan, did excellent work. Their abilities, good advice, honesty, and kindness helped us survive this bad situation. Based on our family’s experience, we would recommend Agape Plumbing for any plumbing problem. We just keep saying "we are so glad we found Jonathan!"

He was a little pricey, but he was fast and it fixed the humming pipe problem we had on that side of the house. He seemed very honest, and I would hire him again.

Response was quick. He told us we didn't have the code violation that the home inspector noted. He could have made the repair & charged us +$300 & we wouldn't have known the difference. Appreciated their professionalism & honesty. Will call them in the future if we need any plbg work done!

Well, I went to get in the shower and what to my surprise.........no hot water! After trying everything to get the pilot light to light again, I finally gave up and went to my favorite website.....Angie's List! After talking with several plumbing companies, I chose Agape Plumbing and Jonathan!Jonathan was very knowledgeable and gave me a couple options. Unfortunately, I discovered the only option I was going to be able to go with was a new water heater. Jonathan gave me approiximate pricing over the phone and advised that he had many appointments that day, but that he would get to me even if it was in the evening. Wow! What service!!!!!Jonathan notified me when he was on his way and arrived within 10 minutes of his call. He pointed out that we also had corrosion on our water pipe and that we lacked a shut-off valve for the water pipe as well. I agreed that he should replace the pipe and add a valve too. Everything went perfect from beginning to end. I was so suprised at how quick the whole process was, and that everything looked so nice! He even went up on the roof in the dark to re-adjust the vent pipe and secured it to the new water heater (which it had never been fully secured) and even brushed some leaves off the valley area of the roof! What service! I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Agape Plumbing and with the professionalism and knowledge of Jonathan! I will definitely use Agape Plumbing again!!! I called Jonathon and he responded within five minutes. He was able to come out in about two hours from my first call. He had the problem analysed and called me to tell me the problem and the cost of repair. He did the repair very quickly.

I had purchased a new washer but Sears would not install because the faucets were extremely corroded and would not turn on. I called a Plumbing company that advertises on the TV. Their estimate was almost $500.00. My daughter-in-law put out a request to her friends for a plumber recommendation. One of her friends highly recommended Agape Plumbing. Jonathan Drescher, owner of Agape Plumbing, came out on Friday, gave an estimate and came back on Monday. He replaced the entire connections including having to cut a section of the pipes out. He also, with no additional charges, corrected the problem with my Shower faucet handle (couldn't get warm water - just hot and cold). The service call was completed in a short time and the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use this company again for any plumbing needs. I will also recommend Agape Plumbing.to my friends. This is a great find.
