After joining Angieslist I looked up several plumbers to purchase/install a tankless water heater and install several faucets. Agape was the first of 3 that I tried to call after some research. I requested a call/service through the web site and never heard anything. I then called twice and never received a return phone call. I have since found someone (A+ Castle Plumbing) who promtly returned my calls and provided excellent service.

I was very pleased with their work. I was very impressed with the people.

They were very good. He was very punctual and very kind. The work turned out really well.

Called 3x and left detailed messages with an emergency - 4 days later, still have not heard from them. Save your time and use someone else.

They are extremely effecient and professional. Very rarely do you meet people like this anymore. Extremely trust worthy and i highly recommend this company! I have used them multipule times and have never been disappointed:)

Sonia took my information over the phone gave me a time frame on the next day. They called before they arrived on time. Jonathan Dresher was very personable and professional explaining the costs depending on the service preformed. He finished the job in short order and left the job site clean. I would definitely use Agape Plumbing again.

They were really good. They had to tunnel under the yard to install some new piping, and clean some old piping.

Because of an arctic freeze that we are unaccustomed to in this area, we had a broken pipe. We found Jonathan on Angie's list and liked the reviews. He was extremely busy because of the amount of broken pipes all over our area. He put us on the list and said he would get to us as soon as possible. It was late in the evening and he showed up (exhausted I'm sure) with a great attitude, & did a good job fixing the pipe. We will certainly call on him again and will recommend him to our friends and neighbors. We are seniors and really appreciate his professionalism.

It was a little pricey, but I was satisfied with it.

These guys did an excellent job. They were punctual, professional, and the cost was fair. Definitely recommend highly. The exterior hose bib was broken and we had to shut the water off to the house until it was repaired. They showed up that morning and quickly repaired the hose bib.

He was a very good. I was comfortable having him in my home which is important to me. I was very happy with the work.

Part had to be ordered, but plumber saved me over $100 by getting manufacturer (Delta) to provide it for free!

Jonathan showed up as planned (recieved call from his office when he was enroute). Gave me his professional oppinion on another isue then went to work with the Annual Service Kit for that model in the attic. The charge was as promised which was considerably less than the company who installed the unit. (Note that the other company is on Angies list also. Every single review says they are OK but ",,,a little pricey...!") Agape is a certified technition by/for the manufactuer and as such keeps the warrenty intact while annually servicing this unit. . This is our 5th use of Agape Plumbing, a family owned and operated business. We could not be more pleased with thier service.

I called and he was here within two hours' time and he fixed it within 45 minutes. He was just very pleasant. It was just a good experience. They're very responsive. They were here when they said they would be.

Company arrived in a timely manner, for both the estimate appointment and the installation appointment. Very efficient, and professional.

Late one afternoon, the lawn service hit our outside water supply pipe breaking it and causing a major water leak. We called Jonathan with Agape Plumbing as he has helped us with plumbing problems before. Jonathan finished the job he was working on, and instead of going home, he and his son Jordan came to our house and worked into the darkness replacing this pipe. It was wet, cold, and dark---and working by flashlights, they dug the pipe out all the way down and replaced it that night. A major problem for us solved with one phone call! Most plumbers would have hit h****** price with this situation, but Jonathan was very kind to us with his pricing.

He quoted me a day and time and then entered it for a different day and time. My tenant took the day off work for nothing. However, Jonathan more than made up for it and overall did a great job. I would absolutely use him again. It was an honest mistake.

I noticed one morning that the shower did not seem to be as warm as it normally is. Then started checking and realized there was no hot water from any source in the house. I called my Home Warrantly company and they contacted Agape Plumbing. The company came out the next day and fixed the hot water heater within 30 minutes. Work was professional and quick. I would definitely call them again if I no longer have the warranty plan.

Found Agape on Angie's List and we called to schedule an appointment. They were able to come quickly and I appreciated that they were honest about providing multiple options for fixing a shower drain issue. Several weeks later, I called because our water heater was not lit, and he returned my call and answered the question promptly.

The job was great overall. My husband (an engineer) is very particular with the level of service he expects from any servicer to our home, and Agape Plumbing did an exceptional job in meeting the demands this job required. The job was half "emergency" and half upgrade. The "emergency" part of the job was due to our water heater going out. When Jonathan came to assess the water heater, he also noticed that we had a natural gas leak on the side of our home. While we were getting that repaired, Jonathan was gathering his materials and preparing to install a new water heater in place of the one we had. He did so in a couple of hours and my home was operational again. The "upgrade" phase of the job was that he added another water heater to our home. When we bought the home, we did not know that the water heater we had was insufficient and would not meet the needs of our growing family. So, upon hearing a few recommendations from Jonathan, we decided to add another water heater to our home that would be sufficient for our home. Jonathan and his son did a full installation job, including a new pan with pan line, a new T&P line, and venting. This is an extremely professional company and I am thankful for their dedication to their profession.
