"In my opinion Aquatics Solutions pool company turned out to be not entirely honest. We were in the bidding stage for our pool when things went horribly wrong. We had to upgrade our pump room equipment and asked Aquatic Solutions for a new bid, their bid was very high, it was obvious they did not back out the first pump room equipment bid. I pointed it out to Aquatic Solutions and they refused to acknowledge it so I let them know I would get other industry professionals to look at it and get a few other pool proposals. The other professionals looked at Aquatic Solutions bid and the thing I understood them to say was that they too speculated that Aquatic Solutions did not back out of the original pump room equipment. I received two proposals to bid on my pool, one was from a commercial pool builder and they came in at 60k lower and the other was not a commercial builder and their bid came it at 20K lower than Aquatic Solutions. I had never signed anything with Aquatic Solutions to act in my companies behalf or purchase things in my companies behalf. When I informed Aquatic Solutions they were no longer in the running to build my companies pool Aquatic Solutions then told me they had purchased piping for my pool and that my company owed Aquatic Solutions for the pipe and other time they said they were working on my companies behalf. At no time did my company give Aquatic Solutions any expressed or written consent to work on my companies behalf."

"I had a bad experience with this pool service company. They came out didn?t even ring the door bell to let my family know they are present they just removed the lid from one pump to the other and said it worked a little better. They charged me $162.38 just to tell me that and my pool still hasn?t been diagnosed correctly after paying. I originally stated that I may have a leak and a clog because I don?t have any pressure. When I contacted them to please come out again a tech answered and told me to start texting again so he can tell me what to check. I replied I am not the professional you are I paid to have you tell me what?s wrong. Then after telling them how unsatisfied I was with there service the manager Sherri Scott send me a lengthy email telling me how well of a job they did and that I was lucky enough that they came out to my area in Pearland because it was out of there way. They are terrible do not contact these people."
