The appointment was scheduled at 8am, and the doorbell rang at exactly 8am. The technician was very polite and knowledgable. He completed the work in a very timely manner. He explained all the charges and answered some questions about future projects. I called them today to have them come out and refinish our front doors. I'm sold on them!

They were on time, polite, honest and did a good job. My only compliant - I needed to use a service because the ceiling I needed the fan installed on was 19 feet. and I explained this to them when I made the appointment and reiterated when the appointment was confirmed, however, the technician arrived without a ladder adequate to reach the ceiling. They quickly called in another technician with the proper ladder and the work was delayed only briefly. Almost a non-issue really. When the technician was near complete he informed me that he had scratched the downrod of the fan. I had to get on the ladder and get very close to see the minor scratch. Is was irrelevant and can not be seen from the ground - it can hardly be seen up close. It was a great show of integrity for them to inform me of the minor scratch - it was much appreciated. The technicians seem to be very skilled and they charge appropriately. I would not use them for any kind of "grunt" work or a job that I could od, however, I would use them again for a job that I can't do.

They came out and were very nice. They were very helpful. They had come back and they did so graciously. Good experience overall.

Contacted Mr. Handyman via Angie's List email on 6/17. It is now 6/24 and we have not heard from them. Not what you would expect from a "A" rated company.

Mr Handyman provided a extremely competant and professional handyman. He was prompt, knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with. The service was byond my expectations. Would, and will use Mr Handyman again. Thank you.

Great job, punctual, explained what needed to be done and cost, cleaned up the mess which wasn't much. He showed us what he done and ask if we were pleased and we were. Great experience, will not hesitate to call again.

l purchased a replacement ladder for Mr Handyman to install. They arrived and inspected the ladder to insure no issues with the ladder for installation. They removed the old ladder and prepared the opening for the new ladder. This should have been a simple operation however the ladder purchased was not the advertised dimensions so some re-framing was required. Once this was done, the ladder was bolted in, and cut to length. They reinstalled the trim around the attic ladder, primed the door panel and left.

The Handyman showed up exactly on time for both the estimate and the work. He was so polite, and a real pleasure to talk/work with. The work was very professional. I was very pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

As I said it was a rental home, so I wasn't actually there but they were there on time and did the work and everything was good.

I called Alan on Tuesday and left a message. He returned my call that day. I needed the stairs replaced before I could have new air conditioner/furnaces installed in the attic. Although they were busy, Alan agreed to work me in on Friday. They arrived on time and then I found out that the original crew scheduled was still working at another location, so Alan and another helper came to do my job personally. They got right to work, covered my wood floors and began carefully removing the molding around the opening so they could put it back afterward. They removed the old heavy wooden stairs and then asked if I wanted them to remove the trim on the "door" and put it on the very plain door on the new set. I quickly agreed. The new stairs went right in. The stairs were too long and according to the instructions, they cut them to fit and reattached the "feet". They replaced the molding and then put the trim on the door. They offerred to paint the door and repaint the trim, but I did not have the right paint for the project. They cleaned everything up very neatly and took the old stairs with them. It was a great experience. The people were great- knowlegeable and friendly. I even had a $50.00 Angie's List coupon. Before they left I had them look at another project which I plan to have them do this fall. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Everything went very well until after the last day when I called them with a question. I never received a return call. It wasn't a huge problem, so I dropped it.

They hung pictures, installed curtain rods, put up a ceiling fan, and some other miscellaneous stuff. I thought their work was excellent, and would use them again.
