Description of Work: The owner said that they could clean my garage and clean the garage floor. The garage cleaning took less than two hours. The person that was to clean the garage floor had never cleaned the floor with the solution that was left for him to use. The man worked and scrubbed very had hard for two hours. It looked pretty good at the time, but within two weeks all of the old residue on the floor came back.

Description of Work: Replace a column on front of house. Knowledgeable, good work. Arrived 1 hour later than we were told. Once here had to go in search of materials and was gone 2 hours. Lack of time efficiency in that regard. Because of pay by the hour this inflated the price. Might use again if had materials already present so not charged for that use of time.

Description of Work: Found a leak in the downstairs ceiling of my house within the first 20 minutes. Very professional.

Description of Work: They charge by the hour for all jobs which can really add up. They replaced a door plus all hardware following a break-in. Then they pressure washed a driveway. It was expensive but had to be done because my usual handyman was doing another job.

Description of Work: The company is a great company. They contacted me when they said they would and got to work promptly. They did a phenomenal job, just a little sticker shock when I got the bill - but you get what you pay for. | |Only downside, they don't budge on the hourly labor rate. My guess from what I saw (company trucks) is they must have quite a bit of overhead to cover. Overall great experience. | |I would use them again.

Description of Work: Although the job lasted longer than projected and it was a bit more than the original estimate, I am quite pleased with the work done. I would and probably will go with this provider again.

Description of Work: The original handyman was very nice and did a great job but extremely slow. I job that should have took 2 hours took almost 4 1/2. I called the owner and he came out and agreed that the job should have taken 2 hours. He was awesome and refunded the last 2 1/2 hours of charges. I felt that was very fair and that is the kind of business I want servicing my home
