Description of Work: We noticed that the pan under the ac unit in the ceiling was filled with water and it was not going through the overfill pipe. A global tech came by and unclogged the pipe and charged me about 100 bucks....which I thought was very steep. They got the job done professionally at a very expensive price.

+ -1 moreGreat experience! Very informative from beginning to end. I've had other experiences where the service men come in and just say "sign here" for the bill. This was the complete opposite. I learned a lot about my a/c unit, new units, possible upcoming problems, and future changes/additions.
Description of Work: Replacement of electrical whip, capacitors, bolted down the contactor.

My a/c unit needed replacing an he opened his shop on a holiday to come out an fix the problem. Global a/c & heating went above an beyond my expectations. I would highly recomend this company to anyone out there. Mr. Perez an his men are a prime example that good people still exist in this world.
Description of Work: Mr. Perez removed old 3 ton unit and replaced it with a 3.5 ton energy star unit.

+ -1 moreFabulous, same day service very professional. Took out old unit and installed new 4 ton, showed me how everything worked. The guys were very polite and the owner of this company is truely a gentlemen.
Description of Work: The owner of the company was compassionate to peoples needs for home a/c services and understandable to the recession we are in. Worked very hard with us to get us approved. The service and eqiupment is top notch. Very professional and compassionate all way around. Some professions forget about human compassion and just look to make the quick buck. Not really caring how people will manage to pay and just do a very bad job. These are not the guys, truely gives me hope that good people still exist. Thanks guys!

Description of Work: I had my Lennox AC seerviced. the technician checked the coolant level and checked the input and output temp. He checked the mtr for proper current .He drained the coolant in the test lines back into the system. He checked the input anad output temperatures of the system as well as the discharge volume.

+ -1 moreFirst home service went well. We elected to have Global come out and work at our small business store with a 10 year old A/C system. Once again, the technician allowed me to get on the roof and watch the whole process. Similarly, the drainage system was repaired. Advised us to not do a cleaning of the inside of the unit as it was so rusted that doing so would most likely make more problems. By my own inspection, I took this as the right course of action. The point is, I felt that they did NOT simply advise doing more work just to get more money, which a lot of people do in this area of the state. They put our interests ahead of easy money in their pocket.
Description of Work: Had problem with water dripping from 3-year-old home air conditioner into house on their first job with us. Global discovered that homebuilder failed to install according to code- and left packing filter in, improper installation of primary drain and no secondary drain. Technician fixed all deficiencies, was professional, informative and forthright with explaining the situation, the fixes and preventive maintenance. Completed service call with complete inspection of A/C system, inside and out. I elected to buy and have installed a sensor switch for secondary drain--this should prevent problem of water in the house ever again.
