Their service is very good. All of their work has turned out well. They have always got the job done in a very timely and professional manner. They are very clean and clean up after themselves. If there was any dispute or discrepancy; such as a hammer and tape measure that they thought belonged to them but was mine, they just replaced it without question. They are a good outfit. We had checked them out through some friends who had some work done by them too. They also had nothing but good to say about them. They confirmed the good words we had heard through the work they did for us.

They did a good job. They work pretty fast. If you call them and get a quote they can come fast to fix the problem. They are reasonably priced.

Their service was good. They did d a great job. Char who was in charge of the project did an absolutely fantastic job. We couldn’t have asked for a better coordinator; she was great.

They were very nice people. The quality of the work is why I am giving them a B instead of A. Their prices were very reasonable and fair.

They have good quality, and they follow up. They are doing some work for us right now.

They were just amazing. Especially Gary Van Ness. He is absolutely fantastic as the field supervisor. They did everything they said they would. The were extremely detailed with the work that they did. I can't say enough about them! Well worth the price and I would recommend them in the future.

Our ceilings had 'popcorn' which Charisma removed and gave us a nice finish on the ceiling and repainted...they repaired the water soaked walls and re-finished and I repainted my bedroom ( because I wanted to do the work,not contract that out)... then they began on the guest bathroom and it took great!!After the walls and ceiling was finished (they worked around our schedules so that we wouldn't be displaced from our bedroom for too long).... they began the tile work. Their guys were prompt, worked quickly and even tolerated our idiot dogs barking at them throughout the day... The tile was laid in sections to allow us access to the rooms not in progress so we wouldn't have to deal with too much inconvenience... although, I'm sure it would have been easier for them to do it all at once.... The finished job was awesome!! Makes me wonder why I didn't tile the house sooner... They were helpful in helping me choose the type of tile and the style I wanted .....

From start to finish, they were prompt, efficient, and very professional.

They did what they said they were going to do in the time they said they would do it. They were real easy to work with.

.They do a little bit of everything. They ripped out everything and started from scratch in my kitchen. They remodeled the bathrooms and put in wood floors. They are dependable. I would recommend them.

It was great, they were wonderful. All the people they had working for them were great, nice and very professional. The construction was good.

The contractor was always very punctual and he charged what he quoted from the beginning. The quality of the work was very good.

They showed up on time, worked professionally and finished a bit ahead of schedule. They had no problem with last minute minor changes.

The job was done beautifully! The estimate was reasonable, the work was done on time, and all of my concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.
