They have been excellent in the past but these days you have to chase them down more. It is not the same company any more as they are under a new owner.

Amazingly well! Santos was a jewel to work with and very prompt. Very talented workers, polite and efficient. We will use again for our kitchen.

From the day Santos gave the estimate until the work was done everything was excellent. This is the third time we have used Charisma (roof replace, ceiling work) and their work is exceptional

I left a message on their answering machine as they were highly recommended by Angie’s list and received a phone call back 3 days later that a gentleman by the name of “Santos” was going to come and observe and take photos of the damages. They automatically stated that they don’t do roof repair or installation but would recommend another company. Santos then came by late that same day and took photos and measurements of the problematic areas and stated he would give me an estimate sometimes before the end of the week. I kept looking at my email daily for the estimate. After 3 days I called Santos, and my call was dropped. Nowhere to leave a message. The same continued the following day. On day 5, I wrote an email on their site of what was happening and whether they were still interested on fixing our home. Immediately after the message, “Santos” called and said that he would send me the estimate next week. After I informed him that I had 2 others contractors that submitted an estimate he said, “Good Luck.” I felt that was very unprofessional and this isn’t the type of company that should be highly recommended through Angie’s list or the BBB. It should be rated an “F” on all categories!!!

It was an excellent experience since calling their office, the secretary was very nice and knowledgeable since I had questions not only about repair and materials used but how to proceed since I also had to deal with the insurance company to pay for this job. They went out of their way to help me deal with the insurance company, who did not want to cover the cost, by speaking directly to them and explaining in detail the damages to my roof, and the insurance company agreed with them and expenses were approved. The job was done in a very professional matter. Santos, the person in charge of overseeing the job, was kind in answering my questions and provided in detail all repairs done. They also cleaned up after the job was done, making sure no loose debris was left. I highly recommend them for their honesty and professionalism and also for putting the customer needs first.

We had decided to just go with the quick repair and not invest in the expensive vents because of our age and fact we will not be living there much longer.

James, owner of Charisma Construction was professional and supervised every aspect of the project. He was open to suggestions and responded well to concerns. James informed us about what to expect at every step of the job. The price we felt was high.

We needed to change from bathtub to a walk-in shower in my elderly mother's house. The owner worked with us from the very beginning, providing valuable advice and even recommending an option that would provide him with less profit. The shower was professionally redone with beautiful wall tile and non-slip floor tile. I was very impressed at how the foreman, Jesse, and the whole crew worked at making sure that every detail was done to ensure the safety of my mom. Caution was taken to minimize dust and to finish as quickly as possible in order to reduce the disruption of my mom's daily routine. The shower is now a beautiful work of art. Everyone who has come by to see it has made them same comment, "I want the same for my house."

It was very easy working and getting my ideas of specifically what I wanted across to the owner. He had good contacts for getting materials and made sure they were all good quality. He was also fair in adjusting charges I questioned as I personally bought many of the décor items I wanted. The only negative was the length of time for completion. There were holidays and out of town trips by the owner during the construction process that delayed completion. However in all fairness a foreman was left in charge to get the work done in a timely manner. Some of the delays were caused by the materials being defective or not arriving on time. His regular crew was very good at their specialty trades and went above and beyond in completing unusual requests I had.

He did such a great job all my friends are gaga over his work. They also had great follow up too.

I had contacted at least 3 contractors prior to Charisma Construction. They came out, looked at the job and never came back. I found Charisma construction on Angie's List and figured I would give them a try. Once I requested a quote on their website, I was contacted 15 minutes later. They sent someone out the next day to look at the job. I received a quote 5 days later -- I requested two different quotes for the same job (each for different materials). Once we decided on the materials that we wanted, the job started quickly. We got the quote on May 21st, we were introduced to the job foreman on the 22nd, materials were delivered for the job on the 23rd and work began on the 27th. The job was completed on June 2nd and it met all of our expectations. Their response time was excellent and the job was completed in a timely manner.

Charisma seemed excited about providing me with an estimate for one of my Clients. But, they were very late to their appointment. I called looking for them because I really thought they were not going to show up. I wish they had communicated with me to tell me how late they were running instead of having me sit around waiting. Furthermore, I never received an estimate from them.

The crew at Charisma were very helpful from the beginning to the end. They prepared an estimate iin a very timely manner and the estimate was very fair. They hepled me with planning the addition and the remodel. The work was top notch and completed timely. They were always available to answer any questions I had. I would definately use them again.

Company representatives inspected the premises for project; however, failed to provide an estimate or follow up.

When I first called Charisma, their nice receptionist told me that the project manager would call me back. She did and we schedule a visit to my home the next afternoon. She and her husband both came home and walked through my home while I explained my ideas for the remodeling project. I had an amateur drawing of the areas with the measurement of each space, and gave them a copy. They were sweet and patient with my dogs who followed us all over, and they both listened attentively to everything I explained. I can't comment on anything else yet.

We did not use this company, but was not my choice to go with someone else. Charisma construction contractors were very reasonable priced and explained what should/shouldn't be done due to our budget. The gentlemen earned our trust in the short te together. I felt they would do a thorough job within our means, not trying to overcharge us for unnecessary work.

Everthing went well. James and his crew were always punctual and professional, when i had any questions James and Char were always available by phone ( which in the Valley is unheard of and that i appreciate ) to answer any questions regarding the job at hand. All in all a great job.

After several conversations and over 4 weeks I was never able to get a written bid.

They did good. I would recommend them to anybody. They did a great job. They weren’t messy.

They are a very reliable company. They have been around a long time. I would recommend them.

They did send over a person to do the graphic design work on how we wanted the remodel done but they never had a contractor come out to verify the design. I ended up hiring another local company.

There were some problems. He hired an outside crew because we had a hail storm and their regular crews were on other jobs. When they removed all of the shingles, they threw them into the yard destroying a lot of landscaping. They didn’t pick up any nails; I picked up nails for months. They damaged my gutters. They did replace and repair the gutters and he is reimbursing me for the landscaping damage. They also didn’t pick up their trash very well. I picked up the trash that they left behind. The vents on the roof, they didn’t put back they had just covered them with paper. Charisma sent guys out to fix them; but they had to come out twice to get them fixed. The whole process took months instead of the few days that it should have.
