David's Appliance technician arrived on time to check out the ice maker/water dispenser in my Whirlpool side-by-side refrigerator door. The outside push mechanism for the water and ice dispenser had broken and fallen on the floor. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and said that the hinges for the push mechanisms are plastic and frequently break. He said that there is a kit available with metal hinges to replace the plastic hinges. I authorized the repair, the part was ordered, and a week later he returned to install the part. Cost: $222.87.

David was very prompt and courteous. He explained the problem in a way I could easily understand. He had with him what he needed to fix the dishwasher. David cleaned up the dishwasher area as he worked. He was done in record time and my dishwasher runs more quietly (at least a little bit) than it did before. Very pleased, would call them again for any appliance issues.

He came on time as scheduled, isolated the problem, had the part with him and completed the job as well as provided dryer education.

This service company is one of the best! They came to my house and fixed my washer as I requested. I stated the problem over the phone and asked if they would have the LG parts on the truck to fix the issue. I was amazed they did not have to order the parts causing a back up of laundry during the Christmas season. Thank you for being the professional provider and service company that you are!

The were not able to fix the oven because the parts are no longer available. Bill was professional, punctual, friendly. Unfortunately the oven is outdated but I would definitely use the company again.

The repair was made in a timely manner and the Repairman was friendly and informative. I rated the Customer Service low because I was not made aware in advance there was going to be a trip fee included with the repair fee. The repair required no new parts and only took about 15 minutes for him to fix. I don't mind paying for the work but the trip charge was excessive. This made the value for the money very low. Get a price before using them.

The repair person came during the time he was supposed to be there. With repairs, you never know if they will be early or late. The service man was very nice and polite. He took the time to show us why we had a slow drain- we had a sock wedged in there. Rather than try to sell us an unnecessary part or fix it and leave, he offered tips on how to maintain our washer. I will not hesitate to call on them again should I ever have a problem. His honest behavior earned my trust.

Tried to schedule through Sears and they had a 10 day back log. David was able to come out w/i 2 days of my call. Showed up on time and diagnosted problem quickly.

The technician sent on my service call provided excelent information on the appliance I am having trouble with. The cost of repair was high but expected due the information given by the techician and the cost of repair is due to manufacturer of the appliance not the service provider. I will definately call David's Appliance again when needed in the future.

David was quick to my house (was even able to get there early) and quick with the repairs. He also made a recommendation for a service that he thought would also be needed soon in addition to what he was repairing. Although his company does not provide the additional service he was recommending, he did give me advice on what type of company to call and specific questions I would need to ask from that company to make sure I would get the appropriate service and fees. I appreciate the quality of the work and the free advice.
