David's Appliances is our go to contractor when we have issues with our appliances. He has fixed our oven, dishwasher and washing machine. He is very knowledgeable and honest. We highly recommend him and will never call anyone else.

Called David's Appliances due to my washer not working. Tech did not know what was wrong but said he would contact me back with information to repair my machine. He never got back with me. I have not been able to reach anyone to answer me. When he walked in the door I felt like he just wanted to collect the diagnostics fee that I paid him. Never received the diagnostics, I have reached out several times.

Not only did they fix our appliance, but they were courteous, they returned our phone calls in a reasonable time, and they showed up when they said they would. All around great service!

He worked me into his long day because I was in a crisis with my refrigerator. He got to my home around 7 pm and didn't charge me extra for keeping his word to come that day. He spent a half hour unbolting the freezer door to fix the problem. He was kind to me and very polite. I will call David's again for any applicate needs I have in the future.

I didn’t hire them, not because I wasn’t impressed, but because they person answering the phone kindly offered alternative suggestions based on the problem I described. She easily could have scheduled the technician visit, but recommended not wasting my time or money. If I have a problem in the future, I definitely would hire them.
