First time out, didn't call to let us know he was on his way. (I have 3 dogs) Forgot to give me the 10% discount HomeAdvisor advertised on the site of parts & labor. He had to come out a second time. He fixed the obvious problem. (He said it would be one of 2 things.) When the fridge stopped working again 2 weeks later, the technician promptly came out and fixed. No service call fee for the second time and managed to fix the issue without further charges. I was surprised he could fix that day without waiting for a part. Second time, he did call to let us know he was on his way. I would hire again.

Knowing we were moving in 1-1/2 weeks they ordered the part and made a note that we were not going to be here. The service man was pleasant and professional. They called before he came and let me know the charge up front. Not knowing what to expect I am very pleased with the service overall. Thank you!!

Great service company! Extremely knowledgeable service tech! Arrived on time and was able to diagnose and repair my fridge without any problems and had parts on his truck!

There was no long wait after I called. They scheduled service for the next day and showed up when they said they would. They brought the part that was needed and were in and out within the hour. Will use them again when needed.

They came out and reset my washer, only to have the same problem occur after 5 loads of laundry. Of course it was a weekend and they were not available until Monday. When I called they ordered a new morherboard. It took over a week for it to come in and I had to call to find out it had been received. The technician that installed it, was quick and efficient. Only took him 25 minutes to complete the job. Wish they had called me to keep me updated throughout the part ordering process.

I received no response from my request via HomeAdvisor, I received no response from phone message directly to company. Finally, I talked to dispatch where I got an appointment. David was very nice and on time, unfortunately he had no idea what was wrong. He was unable to provide a solution. I would recommend him for normal repairs.

This guys is awesome. He fixed my dryer and with a great price. This guy makes you feel like we have been friends forever. Highly recommended.

The technician originally thought I need several parts to fix my oven. When installing the new parts he discovered that one part wasn't need after all which saved me $120.00. This company is a company of integrity!

They got my dryer working. They were fast and knew what was wrong with my dryer.

David was on my doorstep less than an hour from the time I first called their office. He was personable and took the time explain both the repair and instructions for aftercare. He moved everything from the freezer into a cooler which was above and beyond. He quoted me a very reasonable rate and it was only a matter of minutes until we were up and running! David's Appliance is knowledgeable and trustworthy, You should call them first for any appliance repair in the future. I know I will.

The price quote over the phone (as we knew exactly what needed to be replaced in our case) was the same charge when they were done, so that was nice. They let us know when they were coming and they followed through with that. The tech was nice that came and completed the job quickly and the dishwasher works completely again. Totally happy with the job done.
