Very professional and timely

He called the next day after I put in the request on-line and came out the next day. He knew right away what was wrong with the washer and had the replacement part on hand. The whole experience took just under an hour and the price was fair. The washer works great now.

The woman on the phone was professional and honest. A repair man came out the next day. A part had to be ordered, and that came in very quickly. The tech was nice as well as efficient. I believe that I was charged a fair price. I will call them again if the need should arise.
