Overall, they were quick and efficient. I now have a working oven which just needed the soot cleaned out of the elements. They do charge a $67 fee just to come to your door and then they add a service fee and parts if needed also. They were in and out in less than an hour so they get right in and get to work. Very nice people also.

Fixed dishwasher and garbage disposal in an about an hour, for $105.00 including tax. Was on-time and helpful.

The vendor that I hired was excellent. He called, per my request, prior to coming. And, immediately diagnosed the problem...needed a defrost heater part. He didn't have one of those on his truck and had to put in an order for it. However, another serviceman in his company had that part on his truck and he returned back to my house, 2 days later, to install it. The service was excellent, the price was fair, and i would definitely recommend this company as well as using service magic if I have a problem in another area.

The guy was very friendly and knowledge and did a great job.

He has repaired several things for me. He is clean and professional looking, his van was market with his name. He gave an estimate for the work, that was what I paid. He was very courteous and knowledgeable in what he does.
