.They came and fixed the gas leaks. I thought they were very good and knowledgeable in what they were doing.

I like the way they respond immediately. They act professional. Every experience I've had has been very positive. I always call them first. They just go and do the work, I don't have to arrive at the property. They are very honest. I am just so impressed with them. A little expensive but it is completely worth it.

They do air conditioning, heating and plumbing work. They do excellent work. They will come back and fix something if it is not right. Their price is kind of high but they do quality work. They stand by their work. I prefer them and they do most of my work for me. They are very prompt and professional.

I had called on the tenth of march to line up an appointment to have them give an estimate for repair on a slab leak under my house. They said it would be no problem to come out on the twentieth sine we were leaving town for over a week and I had turned off the water to my house. On the twentieth I had ask for an appointment after nine am due to an early doctors appointment. Well I stayed home till two pm and no one showed up so I called and was told it would be Tuesday before someone would be there. So I cancelled knowing if I wasn't called about the delay I really didn,t need that kind of service. I might add that I then got on the phone and found a plumbing service forty miles closer to come out within the hour. They did an excellent job by rerouting all my cold and hot water lines overhead in pex pipe and placed in poly pipe that they insulated had the job done in three days and only one night without water. I feel I was bless by them at an excellent price.

They installed a new commode. I don't like the commode, but the service and quality was fine.

They are more expensive but I will use them again in the future.

They do the job and do not have to come back to repair anything. They are a very good company. They have also installed a water heater, plumbing and other repairs. They are our go to for repairs.

They're always excellent and friendly. They were cooperative and did whatever they could to help work things out.

I have been using the Bosworth Company for emergency service and also for everyday repairs. From the office staff to financial supervisors, to the guys that come to the house, I have never had an unpleasant experience. I dislike that I know them so well because that means I have spent a lot of time and money repairing items in my not so aged home, but they certainly have become part of our family and are always there when we need them.

I felt the job went smoothly, and the problem was solved and the price was fair.

They got there on time. They were fast neat and thorough and had my air back on the second day.

They are prompt and very customer service oriented. We have used them for a while and will continue to use them. Very friendly.

Very nice and professional! They completed the project early, and cleaned the mess that was made switching out the coil for the AC. They even made sure that they filled the freon again just to make sure that it was full and good to go! Very respectful gentleman

The whole experence was great. the company came out gave me a time line for the project and what time they would arive each day and STUCK TO IT! There were no surprises, or hastles, everything was done on time and the workers were professional and polite. I highly suggest them

My neighbor had owned a business that had been their main competitor - upon his untimely death, they bought out his business. I tried to transfer my business over to them after the buy out and I used them on a couple of calls, as there were many in a row. After sticker shock from the bills I received, I called then a couple of more times to get estimates. But their prices were simply way too high. Because my central air/heat system was older, they were the only remaining place in town who carried the type of filter that I needed. Therefore I had go into their place of business in person to buy my filters. I was not only treated indifferently, I seemed to be invisible to them. Although I walk with a cane, they would make me stand there without acknowledgement for as long as 15 minutes while looking straight at me, even though they were not dealing with any other customers. Who needs higher prices and being ignored when you're standing right before them?

They were adaquet in job performance. They were just very expensive! I learned after the fact that they are the most expensive A/C repair company in town and that I could have gotten the same repair work with another competent company for much less.

It went very well overall. I know whom to call for similar problems in the future.

The company personnel proposed to remove the A/C heating unit and place several noise reducing baffles in front of the large air returns. They also replaced the short air distribution pipes with flexible insulated ducting with several S turns between the vent and the A/C unit - thereby reducing the noise coming out of the vents. They also added an air return with ducting in the ceiling of one of the three bedrooms to enhance airflow from the back of the house. All the work was done on time, under the estimate of cost and all construction materials were cleaned up. Crew technicians were exceptionally courteous and answered any questions that we had. The baffling on the air returns, s-turns in the flexible ducting and the added air return cut the noise level so that it is now barely audible. Overall an excellent experience with a very knowledgeable crew. We told them what we perceived as the problem and they offered several solutions. We decided on a moderate mix.
