The technicians replaced the valve under the toilet and the pipe under the bathroom sink. The work took about 3 hours. The pipe under the sink lead into the drywall which necessitated removal of some of the tile to allow access to the joint in the wall.

Bosworth was prompt and very professional. Billed me as they were instructed and made the experience great. I use Bosworth all the time they are always as responsive as their schedule will allow. An the work is always done right and correct the first time. Have never had to call them out to re-fix the same problem.

This service went well. Bosworth installed the brand new central heat and air heat pump unit in December of 2009 with a 10 year warranty, so this service was under warranty. I have used them a lot over the years and what follows is my opinion of their service. They do not always get there when they say they will, but none of the others I have used do either. They are a bit expensive, but they do good work. They have been around a long time, so you can count on them to do a good job and they do stand behind their work. You can get work done for less money, but if you want the job done right the first time, Bosworth is worth the extra cost.

They are professionals. They could do anything.

They are the absolute best in the area. They are prompt and experienced, which is heart to find in Midland. I would recommend them to anyone.

Installation went fine. However, I have a Home Warranty Policy that will reimburse me. Boys worth does not deal with warranty companies. Fine, I will pay and get reimbursed. BUT, it is necessary for the Bosworth Tech to advise what needed to be fixed/replaced. The Tech agreed to do this upon the beginning of he job. UNFORTUNATELY, he was not prepared (understandable) and jut gave estimated costs. That is what I was approved to be reimbursed. Ended up being approx. $200 more and all L the warranty company needed was the Tech to call back with Revised costs. Tech assured me so politely and believably he would be happy to do whatever I needed to get the actual reimbursement. After three (3) follow-ups with Tech, because he had NOT done ANYTHING HE PROMISED. I was called by Bosworth to tell me they just didn't have time (prob. Less than 2 minutes) how do they know if they don't deal with THESE COMPANIES!!!! They spent more time telling me THEY DON'T have time to help me!!! NO PROBLEM!!!! I will be using someone else in the future. Also, will be looking into getting my R.O. Taken out and rent from someone else! MY MAIN COMPLAINT IS THAT I WAS PROMISED HELP FROM TECH TO GET MY FUL REIMBURSEMENT MULTIPLE TIMES ONLY TO HAVE SMOKE BLOWN!!!!

They told me that I had some hail damage that they wouldn't be able to do. The quote amount was about $300 for each vent repair. I didn't use them. I had to get the roof replaced and I went with a different company to do that. He told me that he wouldn't cut a hole in my roof because it would leak if he did. That was good. They came out the same day or the next morning. They returned my call quickly and came right out. Their price was the same as everyone else.

I had the sink and they took out the old sink and put in a new sink for $700. Expensive.

The company never called me back. They sent me a quote in the mail, which I thought was too high due to the amount of distance to be repaired. I attempted to contact the guy in charge of this particular service by phone but could not. get hold of him. I found another plumbing company (Ervin Plumbing) to do the repair of the sewer for less than half of the trenchless repair quote. After a month or two I received a bill in the mail for $250.00. I went by the office in Odessa on 42nd St. to talk about this in person. The guy in charge( I cannot remember his name but he is over the trenchless repair division of the Bosworth company) over heard me complaining to the front desk receptionist about my bill and that I needed to talk to someone about it. He was professional and courteous. I explained that I was under the understanding that the quote was free. He explained that there was normally a camera charge and apologized for the mis-communication . He waived the bill for the estimate.

The work was done quickly and well.

Fine, after explained emergency situation, came right out.

We have been using Bosworth for years for plumbing and electrical. They are a little higher in price than some of the other providers, but you always get quality work. All of the technicians that have come to your house have been very friendly and professional. This is the company that I call first every time.

Tech fixed problem and had several suggestions for helping the unit run more efficiently. Very professional, always on time. They have a reputation for being the best.

Their electricians were very knowledgeable and understood my home control system and made some very good recommendations that would benefit my system. I have used Bosworth for many years for plumbing, HVAC and electrical and recommend them highly for all of these services.

They did everything they said they would. Called them on Monday they came out the same day gave us an estimate. Installed our new unit the next day said they'd be over at 9am showed up @ 8:45am. They work all morning and through lunch to finish the install.

They are a good company and I will them again. The price was fare for all that they did. They were very respectful.

They were fairly well. Their punctuality and timing was kind of off. They were very professional when they came. They are a heck of a company. They just are short on employees to get the work done. Their work is real good but they are spread out a lot. If you need a consumer to get to you then they might not be the company to go with. If I can wait until their employees are available then I will stick with them. They are a wonderful company but they don't have the manpower to pick up all the flat. The cost was roughly in-between $1500 to $2000.

Very professional. Had to remove toilet because it was rocking to make sure plumbing was not cracked. Replaced toilet and repaired leak.

The Bosworth is good. On Thanksgiving we had issues with the drain. They came out, fixed it and everything was great. Our next problem occurred after all the freezes and they came out the first time but they could not go under the house because it's got a small looping and it took them two weeks for them to get back out here to fix it. Also, it took them 16 hours to replace two drain pipes. So I was close to three thousand dollars. It was a hundred and something dollars an hour. Initially they came out to unclog the toilet. They were here ten minutes and charged me a hundred something dollars, which we understand, but the issue came right back. They did a good job in fixing my toilet and I'm very grateful for that but the fact that it took them two weeks, we're a big family and we were down to one bathroom that whole two weeks. I was not happy about their lack of response. They probably thought I had one more bathroom and it was not an emergency but to me it was. They were prompt too when it came to it being an emergency. They realized its Thanksgiving and water leaking in your kitchen, that's an emergency. When they don't feel like it's an emergency they're not very quick to move. I would recommend the company because they did fine work. Just don't wait till the last moment. If you know you're starting to have an issue you better call them right then because it might be you're not going to get them on the spot because they're very busy and that's a good thing. They did do a good job.

As always, Bosworth is very professional. We had a new HVAC system put in last year. They provided a complimentary cleaning. We have used Bosworth for years, and we are always happy with their service!

They were timely and Vincent even called back to check on things, hard to come by this great of service in this area.

Work performed in timely manner but need to track actual time there. they tend to pad the time on the billing.

It outlet wall was difficult to get to but the electrician did everything well and in a timely manner. He was very courteous and cleaned up after the installation.
