The Bosworth Company

We call Bosworth in the spring and fall to check our a/c-heating unit. They're punctual,reliable and extremely professional. They price their services fairly,in my opinion. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the Odessa/Midland area.

Every six months Bosworth comes to the house and replaces all the filters on the r/o unit. They also check the water softener to make sure it is working. I use Bosworth for all my plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs. Always prompt and if is any emergency they will come out with-in a few hours.

They do what they are charged with. If they don't do it right, they will come back and fix it. They stand by their work. They are not cheap, but they are reliable and respectful and can usually come out the same day, not always, but usually. They are polite and clean cut. You don't need to be afraid of having their workers in your house.

The Bosworth Co. has always done a good job for us. They have good customer service.

We've been using The Bosworth Company for several years, now, ever since we determined that the plumber our home-builder used is incompetent. For most of the work they've done, the personnel have been knowledgeable, capable and competent. Occasionally,

Bosworth and their team have been an integral part of our recent remodel. They put in a new heater and a/c unit for us and did various types of electrical work off and on through out the project, including this last task of installing my new stove top. They are always very prompt and professional in what they do. Their prices may be a little more than some other providers, but I know the quality of the work will be worth it. I would highly recommend them for all your heating, cooling, electrical and plumbing needs. QUALITY SERVICE and professional people.

They were timely, did the job quickly and cleaned up. I was very pleased. My experience with them is that they make an appointment date and they will keep it. They're going to be there.

The Bosworth Co were quick, fast, friendly, and pretty experienced.

They came out a couple of times. They came out twice recently because of the same thing. Our house is old. The owners of the house paid for the service. The quality was good. I was very happy with them. They were really good.

They did everything that they possibly could to find the leak we have in our foundation but were unable to find the problem. They think maybe it is the flooring so we are having a floor specialist to come out now. Was very pleased with them but disappointed that they did not find the problem. But they did their job! And yes we would use them again.

We've always had great service from them. They did a fine job. They were efficient, came out and they got the job done. It was a good experience. I thought it was a little expensive.

They have been great for plumbing. They are one of the best. They are pricier than some, but they are worth it. They are A rated, I was going out of town and they made it possible to come when I needed them. I will be calling them today to check on the air-conditioner.

As always, they were great. They are higher then others but they are there during holidays and weekends and does not charge for after hour services.

I only got an estimate, but they were very nice.

Master bath's toilet stopped up. I tried to unstop it, to no avail. I called Bosworth during office hours. Despite their scheduler's initial attempt to delay my call until the next day, two of their plumbers were at my door within an hour. They promptly went to work and had the clogged toilet operating properly in 20 minutes or less. Then they politely left. They did not leave a mess. I don't know what this call cost me, because I have not been billed for it yet.

In our 1958 vintage home the bathroom sink drains run horizontally in the walls to connect with the vertical sewer vent/drains behind each toilet. These were copper due to the age and service corrosion had created a leak in one of them. They replaced the 1.5and quot; copper lines with PVC and performed a temporary patch on the drywall.

Called a few weeks ago, the person answering the phone said they would be out later that day. No one ever showed up. Have used them in the past with good results. Will call again today and see what happens.

They were professional and clean. They did what they said they would do and I was pleased with the work.

Job was scheduled to begin the morning of the 16th. Received call from Bosworth Co. that techs were responding to an emergency and would not be available until after lunch. Techs arrived and began installing inside units - two Mitsubishi Mini-Split AC/Heat systems. Got both inside units installed and set bases for outside units. Electrician showed up and began running wiring to panel. Electricians returned at 7:30 a.m. on 17th and finished running wiring to panel. Installers completed running exterior tubing, insulation and completed install. Electrician and Installers were courteous and professional and cleaned up after themselves. Total time to do install was approx. 14 hours. I am satisfied with the units I purchased - they are very quiet !

They were very professional, brought their electrician out who ran all the lines, and the system is really nice. Their price was within line of other companies' prices that we received. They remind us of the maintenance appointments, and we haven't had any trouble with the system!

They are excellent. It's a big plumbing company here. They have been in Midland forever. They are an old, old company. I called them and it took them a while to get to me, but it wasn't an emergency. He was a little tardy because they were short of hands. At least he called me back and told me that he has 3 guys and that he was short handed and could not let anybody loose. This was going to be a 2 man job. We had scheduled it for last week but he did not have anybody loose, so we set it up for this week. He showed up this morning and put it up in half a day and left and now, I will probably get charged arm and leg. They did a good job. They are not cheap. But you get to a point where you say I don't care how much this going to cost but I am going to get this done. I haven't got my bill as yet. In a perfect world you hope that they would come right out when they first said they could, but that did not happen. If it was an emergency, I would be in a bind. He knows exactly what he is doing. If push comes to shove, I would not hesitate to use this company. They have a full crew and they must be having 20-30 guys, I see them all over town. Their service is excellent. I will recommend them whole heartedly.

They were expensive but the work was good and he did what I asked.

They were very pleased. They actually had the lowest bid which amazed me. They were really good to come in but they had quite a challenge at my parent's house to come in and completely redo the air conditioning. They came and took care of things that other companies weren't willing to come in and suggest. We were shocked because we thought Bosworth would be the most expensive. They were the cheapest that mom and dad got although all of them were very close of course. They did a good job and their work was thorough. They were complete and they just did great. They did have a little accident; they forgot to order one of the major components. They did finish it but it was a little mess up because they had to wait another two weeks for the parts to come in to finish that up.

Went to Bosworth Co website and asked them to contact me. Set up an appointment for following Monday. Two plumbers came and looked at the work to be performed and said parts would have to be ordered. Said they would be back the next day around noon. No-one showed up - left voicemail to call them. Rescheduled appointment - two different plumbers showed up on next scheduled date. Installation went quickly. Plumbing was straight and didn't leak. They did not leave a statement and I have not been contacted by the Bosworth Co. yet for payment so I do not yet know what the bill will be. Despite some punctuality issues - everything went fine.

We have been very happy with them. They are very professional and they are good if you want a high quality product done right. If you want high quality work, I would recommend them. They are pricey, but they are worth it. You pay for what you get, so if you are looking for price these guys wouldn't be it. We will use them again in the future.
