I would use them again. The person I called didn't answer. They are probably a little bit expensive. They didn't really fix anything because the motor just froze up. They were really nice.

Thad and his son walked in, looked at the back of the stove for 2 seconds and said the scorch marks were nothing to worry about. That was excellent news. Then they spent the next 20 min recalibrating the temperature on the stove so now the heating times are normal. They are very pleasant people to deal with and I will certainly recommend/use them again in the future.

Thad and his son Ryan run this small service along with Thad's wife, who answers the phone and schedules. Their first appt when i called was 4 days out. Ryan came by himself, I thought to fix my dishwasher and refrigerator; however, he just diagnosed the problems....very quickly and easily. He was very polite, thoughtful of any mess and quiet spoken but confident. He then left and i received a call that afternoon with the estimate to fix everything. The estimate was clear and broken into parts and labor. I agreed to the estimate at which time they had to order the parts I needed. I received a call at the end of the next week that they had a cancellation and the parts had arrived..."Could they come?" Yes, they did and fixed everything perfectly. I was especially excited that they repaired the ice maker as I had already had a handy man look at it and replace a part, which did not increase the flow of water significantly. Ryan easily diagnosed that the handyman had not used a Kenmore part and therefore the part I had did not carry the wattage needed to pull the water into the ice maker.... The only downside to using Thad's is that if the part you need must be ordered (and I assume that they order most parts because it is difficult for a small service shop to maintain much of an inventory with so many brands and appliances), it has to be ordered and your repair can take a couple of weeks, which would not be good if your refrigerator or freezer was not working at all....mine were nuisance problems, but my appliances were still working. Also, if you have a tight schedule, getting 'worked in' for the repair after the parts come in could be a hassle. Overall very good experience.

So simple to schedule with this company. They actually show up when they say they will with a pre -arrival phone call. They are very friendly, but get the job done. They were in and out of my house the first time to diagnose the problem in 10 minutes and that was with us talking about the weather! When they came to install the new ice maker, it was about 20 minutes because they had to uninstall the old one. They made sure that I knew what to expect, like when new ice would be made, and if I had any problems, to give them a call.
