Description of Work: Having used Riddell in the past I was confident that could take care of my plumbing problem - both bathroom backing up water into the house. Problem one is that I've used Ridell twice in the recent past for this same problem and thought it was fixed. Nope. I called on a Saturday morning when this happened and asked that they come out that day. They assured me they would be here. By 7:30 no one had showed. I called Scott Riddell on Monday, after calling another plumber to take care of the problem, and left a name and number. I stated that they had done work for me several times and I wanted to speak with him. No return call - even now. One of the worst things in my book is an unreliable plumber when you have water surging into your house, so I rate Riddell the lowest possible score.

Description of Work: My Mother in law's gas was shut off and cold weather was approaching. They said they'd show up, but couldn't give me a timeframe. They did however, give me a 30 min. heads up prior to arrival. They did two isolated pressure tests: a) from meter to the house and b) from the house to all the gas pipe outlets throughout the house. They arrived at 6:45 pm and left approx. 7:45. They diagnosed and pin pointed the main problem and left me with an estimate, as requested. I really appreciated their quick responsiveness and assessment.

Description of Work: They were referred to me by a friend to do some plumbing work. They had to dig a trench from my house to the outside water source . They had to replace a line and they did a great job. They were here when they were supposed to be. They were very reliable.
