+ -1 moreThey arrived and got straight to work. Landon and his co-worker were courteous, polite and friendly. They quickly installed the kitchen faucet and ran it for a period to insure there were no leaks and it was operating correctly. They even offered to dispose of the old faucet and box the new one came in. They fixed the leaky shower in minutes with just a new washer and springs. Not being knowledgable about plumbing they could have made more of a job out of it than it really was and I wouldn't have know the better. We would use this company again and would certainly request Landon. The price was fair and the work good and quick. They were done in one hour

+ -1 moreThey responded to my request for an appointment (via Angie's List) right away. They called before heading over, were on time, courteous and cleaned up well. The "helper" seemed less experienced & appeared to need a lot of supervision, but the overall job was done well, with all questions answered. The plumber found a couple of problems with the toilet & showed me/got approval before starting repair. It's a good thing, as one part had been recalled & causing leaks for other customers! I appreciated his help. Great experience overall.

Technicians arrived when promised and competed the job, even staying well into the evening to make sure we coudl get the water turned back on. The new valves look great and I am very pleased with their work I will use them again whenever I have a plumbing need

+ 0 moreOverall everything went pretty well. It was a little frustrating to have the first inspection fail and have to have additional work done to pass. However, Riddell completed the requested work without hesitation and did not attempt to add any additional charges for the work required to pass inspection.
Description of Work: Riddell removed two standard 40 gallon tank water heaters from our attic and installed two Rinnai water heaters in our garage. This involved draining and removing the tank heaters, running gas lines from where the old heaters were to the garage to supply the new heaters and installing the proper ventilation and condensate drain lines. The installation was inspected by the city. The first inspection failed with more information and an air test requested by the inspector. (This is the reason I gave them a B for quality). Riddell returned and did all the additional work necessary to satisfy the inspector's requests. This required additional work to the gas lines. The system passed the second inspection.

+ -1 moreWe are using Riddell Plumbing almost twice a month. Last time, our hot water dispenser that connects to the faucet went bad and we have a handyman that said we have to hire a plumber. The good with them is that they always come if not the same day, the next day. They are always quick, get the work done, they have great customer service, and we have no issues with them. They come out on weekends also and they have an emergency line.
Description of Work: We are hiring Riddell Plumbing for plumbing services. Last time, our hot water dispenser that connects to the faucet went bad and they fixed it.

When they first come out they were younger individuals, and they had to call up the manufacturer to get the parts instead of saying me money by going to home depot. They kept delaying the work. We were calling them almost everyday, they just kept putting us off. I felt that they couldn't of done more for the money that I spent.
Description of Work: They replaced two flex pipes with two vents on a tankless water heater.

+ 1 moreThey come the same day as called. Then give estimates and time availability. Recently they have been as busy as everyone in town so sometimes there is a delay, but excellent in the work.
Description of Work: I had sewer leaks causing back-up into shower and bathtubs. They found the leaks and fixed them to my satisfaction. They were professional and responsive. I have used them for several years and have consistently been pleased with their work. I have had them replace water heaters, water line and leaky faucets.

Description of Work: Drain stoppage on a Sunday; water coming up underneath floor tiles in master bath. My brother-in-law recommended Riddell, so I called. Pleasant answering service that answered promptly and took my information. The service tech called back within 15 min. to discuss the problem. He arrived within 2 hours of initial call, which was what he promised, as there were several other emergency calls before mine. Turned out the main line needed to be snaked in the front. He was courteous and gave helpful hints to prevent the problem in the future. Overall, a good experience even though it was frustrating that it happened on the weekend.

They came out when they said that they would come and did what they said they would do. They came back immediately to fix a small problem that we had. So I felt that they really stood behind their work and I would use their services again. They were in line with a lot of other plumbers in terms of their pricing and in fact, they were cheaper than a couple of them.
