I was very pleased with the repair work done by Texas True. As he was doing the repair, he explained what he was seeing and as he put in the new icemaker, he explained in detail the problem with the icemaker, what to expect with this replacement, and the same for the repair on the dishwasher. I will call him for all my plant repairs in the future. I thought he was reasonable and well worth what I paid for my peace of mind. By the way, he appears to be very knowledgeable about appliances.

Rich arrived less than an hour after we made the appointment. He was able to open our malfunctioning oven-door lock and to properly seat and level our dishwasher so it would work properly. Rich promptly reached out to me after I requested a quote for dryer repair. He showed up on time a few hours later, found the problem, and quickly resolved it. I have his business card on my desk and will reach out to him again if another appliance goes out.

I had them come and replace my garbage disposal. They were fast at their service and communicative. However the garbage disposal did leak the first time around of installation so he had to come back next morning to tighten the installation so that it doesn't leak. So I gave a 4.5 star on work quality because he had to come back but thankfully he came back and repaired it 100% so that we have a functioning garbage disposal.
