Texas True Appliance resolved a leak issue with our 6 year old Kitchen Aide dishwasher. What was of note in working with them - the technicians were personable. knowledgeable and professional - the first visit was to determine the issue and the second to perform the repair. They offered guidance on repair versus replace (bigger picture lifespan for the appliance/model in question) as well as ideas on how to monitor for leaks in the future (leak detection devices). All the things we value and appreciate from service providers. Their experience is a great benefit to the consumer, especially in this age of disposable appliances. Highly recommend Texas True Appliance and we will use them again, hopefully not for the dishwasher!
