Rich was very professional and on time for both visits. He explained the problem with my oven in terms I could understand and what he needed to do to fix it. His price and turnaround time estimates were accurate, and my oven is working again like new. He also gave me helpful tips for monitoring it going forward. Ran a test on my washing machine identified 4 problems told me which ones was not a concern but the one that was of concern.
