Called to set appointment. Curtis Hopper replied quickly and resolved my issues with trees that were over grown. He gave his professional opinion on trimming trees that didn't need trimming and or that could be harmed if I had them trimmed. I appreciated all of his hard work being that he went to several different homes that we own in the area. I will be using his service in the future.

It went great as it always does with Perfect Trees. I have used Perfect Trees regularly over the past five years and always received great service at a very good price. The Owner Paul is great to work with and his crews are always very conscientious. They do a great job of trimming the trees and clean-up. This round an oak tree in my backyard needed to have the envelope raised up quite a bit so the branches would not hang so low when it rained. I outlined to Paul what I was trying to accomplish and the crew did just what I had hoped to accomplish. I got an added bonus from the work in that grass under the tree bounced back. Now I got a well-manicured tree and grass growing under it once again. They did a great job of trimming the other trees and removing the mistletoe too.

Called Paul on Monday morning and he came over at noon to give me a quote. The work was performed the next day. Excellent service. The crew did an excellent job of trimming and cleaning everything up. Very happy with the job they did.

Came to my home and quoted the job during that visit. Called them back in a few days to schedule the work. The work was performed as quoted. The team hauled disposed of all trimmings. My trees look great.

Paul is a pleasure to work with. He is also a wealth of information knowing exactly what every tree and shrub is and how it grows. He came to our home and got a game plan, we agreed on price, and was done with the job in approximately 4-5 hours. His crew was big but everybody was busy nobody lost in the shuffle and I watched. It is hard to find people that do what they say they will, when they will, and Paul is one of those people.

Paul and his team manicured trees, and trimmed over hanging limbs away from roof and exterior of home. Complete removal and disposal of debri from yard. Fantastic price and service.

I gave him enough history he should have known he wasn’t the person I was trying to reach. He never said he wasn't the right person, came and did the work, but then when I paid I realized he wasn't the same guy. He's not trustworthy - so that's why he got F's in everything.

Paul was recommended to me by my girlfriend. He trimmed the trees on her property last year and did a great job for a reasonable price. I need my trees trimmed and call him. He responded very quickly, met with me at the time we agreed upon and give me a reasonble quote. He and his crew were able to perform the work the same and and I was very happy with the results. I recommended him to my mom to her the trees on per property trimmed as well. Again, the price was reasonable and he did a great job. Paul, thanks again!

Had large crew come out - almost 10 guys and they finished in about 2.5 hours. Did a fantastic job of cleaning up and making sure that I was satisfied. Had several conversations with the foreman to ensure that my exact wishes were followed. Prompt at returning phone calls, Paul was out to give me a bid on time. Would highly recommend.

Since all negotiations were with Paul, and it was not in writing (I should not have agreed to a verbal agreement to get a discount), what Paul said would get done did not get done without Daniel wanting to charge me more money. I have a pecan tree with a branch stump that was about 1.5 feet long that Paul said they would cut properly, that did not happen. I notified Paul and he said the crew would come back but they never did. I negotiated 3 tree stump grindings with Paul but Daniel only did 2, saying the 3rd was not part of the deal with Paul. The deal was to cut the trimmings so the city would pickup but that was not done, the trimmings were very long and I had to pay Daniel another 500 just to haul the trimmings away. I thought Daniel's crew was good and they knew what they were doing and I would probably hire Daniel and Arbor Care again. Lesson learned to all readers. 1. get your contract/bid in writing 2. Avoid the middleman

Called Paul and he offered to come give an estimate the next morning. He came by within the time frame he gave me and gave me a quote. I agreed and the cutting crew came by the same day that afternoon at the time I was given. Within two hours, the 4 man crew had all work done and cleaned up. Everything looked great. (I did not get the stumps ground down). Amazingly simple process by a skilled crew.

They did a good job. They hauled off everything. My neighbors had some problems because they were climbing on the fence and there was some damage. They were hard to schedule at first. They were punctual and did not take long. They are a small company.

I have a large number of tall trees, and I've used Paul in the past to trim them. I had an extremely tall, skinny tree which was leaning on my house. The house was built around the tree and I tried to find a way to keep it, but it had reached the point that it was damaging the house and roof I called Paul and he came over the same day. We gave me a good price and the crew came out later the same day. They did an excellent job, removing the tree in close quarters with no damage to the roof or anything else. They stacked everything neatly on the curb and cleaned up my deck very well. I will use them again.

They were on time, professional and completed everything in one day. They were also easy to work with and understood concerns. Will use again.

Received a letter from the city stating that my tree limbs did not have 14' of clearance as needed. I found Perfect Trees and Paul on Angie's List. I texted him (really nice when you are at work all day and can't make personal calls), and he immediately responded and said he would go by and give me an estimate that day. A couple hours later he had an estimate with a few different options. You can appreciate the options when you are on a tight budget like myself. I set up an appointment for the next day, New Year's Eve, and Paul's crew showed up earlier than expected. These guys were very friendly and walked around the property beforehand to make sure we all were on the same page about what needed to be done. They made sure they knew where to stack the brush for the city to pick up, and when I realized there was going to be way too much brush for my alley, they graciously helped me load it into my pickup so I could haul some of it off to the dump. Otherwise, I would have had some upset neighbors with brush blocking the alley. They even offered to help me and my wife unload a front door that we went and purchased while they were working on our trees. Once they finished up, they cleaned up any remaining tree limbs and debris. All the brush was stacked neatly in my driveway/alley for pickup. The trees look wonderful and they did an excellent job. The price was very competitive based on a few other quotes I had gotten. I will no doubt be calling Paul again when I need tree work done!

Tree is gone (well, stacked in front of the house for city pickup) - Neither house or fence has any damage. Couple of serious divots in the yard, but I believe this to be normal. Responsive to initial phone call and request for quote. I watched most of the large limb removal - they're pro's. Every branch came down where the climber intended without risk to himself, his crew or my property.

I text'd Paul yesterday to tell him I went with someone else to trim the tree because of the estimate he gave me. I told him what I paid to have the branches cut back. I also reminded him that he REMOVED A TREE AND STUMP at an investment property this past March for me for less than what he was going to charge me to cut some branches. I find it appalling that he would charge a repeated customer so much. I tend to stick with my providers that give me good service and give me fair prices and unfortunately that is not what Paul gave me. He also did not do what he promised and he made me leave town late because I had to wait on him last week to give me an estimate.

Perfect Tree did some work for me last year, and it was great. I called Paul again this year and was told by him to text my phone #, address, and service request. He said he would be out the next day to have a look. 2 days passed, and he didn't come nor did he call. On the 3rd day I called him again, and he told me he was in the middle of giving a bid, and he would call me back. Same thing as before, no call, no response. VERY POOR Customer service.

My first desire in employing an Angie's List tree company was to confirm that the one I chose actually carried their own medical insurance coverage. The very last issue I wanted to deal with was to employ a company, have someone fall out of one of my trees, and to be held liable for the accident. (Note: No matter what a company claims, you need to obtain confirmation from the employee's insurance company that there is TRUTH to their claim. As subscribers, it is our duty to do so.) Perfect Trees passed that hurdle! How I wish that Paul would enlargen his company to include handymen, fence folk, plumbers, electricians, sprinkler repairmen, painters, etc. He was immediately responsive to my request for a bid. His quoted price and professionalism were strikingly impressive, in a most positive manner. Upon employment, he sent over a crew on the appointed date and their work ethic was incredible. Unfortunately, my job ended up being far larger than was first estimated, as I had neglected to request that an enormous tree in my side yard should be trimmed from my neighbor's roof. At the end of the day, I was delighted with the crew's responsiveness and overjoyed that the clean-up process was beyond reproach. Paul appeared to be willing to swallow the difference beween his estimate and the realities of the situation, but I added a significant sum to his original estimate as I realized that I was getting too good of a deal. Hopefully, he will thus adjust his anticipated billings in the future! Again hitting an obstruction in the process, a major stump removal and two saplings were found to be either/or needing my neighbors approval or coordination with the fence company I had employed. Paul could not have been more accommodating as he rescheduled himself with me several times as I anticipated the none-showing fence crew. Again. because he went far above and beyond what a business person ought to in order to satisfy a customer, (again!) my conscience had me adding to my bill. My uptake on this business is that it's owner, Paul, is incredibly honest, immediately responsive to requests, that his crews are dedicated and well-treated, and that the aim of Perfect Trees is to have happy clients. I encourage all who have tree issues to give this company a call. If you"re simply looking for a truly fair price and a great team, this company needs to be on your list.

Trees look great. I thought Paul gave me a very fair price. The work was done professionally, and everything was cleaned up very well before they left. I would hire them again.

I talked to one of them and he let me know that he could be over approximately the next day. He came by, got tree down fast, and left it looking professional. The apartment complex was also happy with their work. I would definitely recommend them to any other people looking to get those uneasy trees down timely and professionally.

What a great experience ! I called Paul on the 8/4 and he answered himself. Came by the next day and gave me a quote to remove 4 large trees that were falling over in my back yard and over my neighbors yard. Also to trim and shape my two signature trees in front yard. I thought the price was very reasonable for a lot of work. His crew came over that very day and did 98% of the job and finished the next day. Everything looked great and cleaned up all the debris.
