They were kind, professional, and communicated along the way.

They came the day the same day I called but the tree was diagnosed with oak wilt but it was not oak wilt. Paul said it was ok to keep some of the logs to burn but THAT WAS NOT A GOOD IDEA! A few weeks after leaving me with the logs, they were covered with piles of saw dust. The logs were infested with a bug we discovered as oak bore, brown with a metallic underside. I was charged $600 but left with a MESS!!! They never came back to pick up the logs so we ended up soaking them in a very potent pesticide and disposing of them ourselves. I will not use this service again.

I texted him Friday afternoon and Paul responded quickly. He was at my house the next day to give me a quote and his crew was there that same afternoon. I would use them again.

Good. The price was fair (I priced it elsewhere too), the work was done within a few days of my initial inquiry, and they did a good job on my trees and a good job on the clean-up. The only thing I would change is that when they were done they left without notifying me. There were one or two small things I would have asked them to address before taking off, but that's a pretty small consideration. Overall, a very good experience.

Excellent! Work split over two days. 15-20 minutes to take tree down. Around an hour to grind stump. Another hour to chip tree and cleanup. Stump chips left in hole (as requested)

They did a fantastic job. They worked diligently, made the trees better than I've seen them in many years. When they finished, they cleaned up well. They have definitely gone onto my preferred provided list; I will use them again and wholeheartedly recommend them.

The company's description is "no subcontracting". However the person doing the work is a subcontractor. At the end, I asked for the invoice for tax purpose. He said he no longer has the papers. I called the owner, and was promised that it will be sent to me. I followed up 3 times, got the same promises, but the invoice never came.

Paul was very fast to respond to my text. He provided a fair quote. His crew was professional. Unlike tree trimmers I've used in the past, Paul's crew supervisor walked me through the work they did on each tree and explained why they trimmed what they did. The work looks great. Highly recommended.

I had branches that needed heightened from a back alley and used the opportunity to have 5 trees (med-large) trimmed. Paul and team were quick to respond to request for quote, able to start early the next day, and checked in on my satisfaction throughout the process. Great job and would hire again!

Paul came to to give estimate on time as planned, and was able to get all the work done same day. His crew were amazing. I was only out of the house about 3 hours when the crew came and nearly finished by the time I got home. He said to trust them to make the best decision for each tree and he was exactly right. These guys were efficient, clean, and made my whole property look amazing!

Paul and his crew did a great job! He was really friendly and took the time to listen to my concerns. He and his crew really know what they're doing. After my neighbor saw our job they called Paul for their trees. He trimmed our trees last year(2017) and we've called him back again this year for some more work. I highly recommend him!

Paul and his crew did a good job in trimming and thinning out my 4 trees and some photinas. He offered the best price based on the estimates I got from a couple of tree trimming companies. His crew checked with me before they left to see if I was happy with the job and if there were any touch-ups needed anywhere. I pointed out one small area and they took care of it quickly. They cleaned everything up and hauled all of the trimmings away. I would hire them again.

It went great. I have used Perfect Trees for many years and they always have done an excellent job for me, so there was no reason to expect otherwise this go round. I contacted Paul about trimming my three trees and he came out the next day, looked over what I wanted done and gave me an estimate. As it happened his crew was able to do the work later in the day so we set a time and the crew showed up right on time. The crew was a most impressive team, six of them I believe. I reviewed the work with the supervisor Roland and then the crew swarmed all over my trees and got straight to work. They did an excellent job of trimming the trees and taking care of all the items I requested be done. While the job was going on, I remembered a small tree my neighbor had down so I pulsed him about having these guys do it. He called Paul who gave him an estimate over the phone and the deal was set. The crew took care of his tree problem too. As always, Perfect Trees responded promptly to my requirement and delivered an excellent job. Paul is great to work with and I have found him to be very trustworthy; I don't even bother to bid the work now. if you need tree work, give Perfect Trees a try.

Everything went great. Price quote came in at a great price and the were here the next day. Trees look great and they hauled away the debris. The only recommendation for the company is, the guy who showed up to provide the quote came in a sedan, not marked with the business name, he wasn’t wearing a shirt that indicated he was part of this business, and didn’t present a business card showing that he worked for this company. I was unsure, at first, that he was legit.

Their work was nothing short of excellent. I am very particular when it comes to caring for and correctly shaping my trees and landscaping, because it adds so much beauty and value to a home. I recently bought an older home with very mature trees that had been neglected and needed a lot of help to be as gorgeous as they could be. The crew was fast, excellent, and extremely knowledgeable. I love the way my home looks now with my trees shaped properly and able to grow as beautifully as they should.

It went smoothly, as always. We have used them several times and every time we are happy with the results and the cost. I highly recommend them to anyone with tree trimming, cutting down trees, and/or stump removal.

Paul responded quickly via text, came out quickly and quoted, and then when we were ready, they came out within a day and were on time. They did great, were safety and quality conscious, cleaned up when done. Would definitely hire again.

They pruned the entire tree for me so it wouln't look lopsized at a really reasonable cost. And they took care of all the cleanup as well. The tree looks beautiful! I will definitely use them again.
