Perfect Trees Tree Service

I got several bids and even though Perfect Trees were not the lowest at first, Paul appeared the most easy going and "down to earth". I told him about our situation and the need to have the trees trimmed, yet it came at a time where I also had other medical bills to worry about. He worked with me and we broke down the yards by section and urgency, and we arrived at a price I was able to afford. Thank you Paul! The next day, his brother Jimmy and a crew came out and immediately went at it. They wore harnesses (safety is first!) while climbing in the trees and made sure not to damage our property (fences and the roof were directly under these large limbs). They made sure we didn't park our cars near the falling branches and flying debris. They piled up the cuttings in my front yard as I requested and completed the job in 5 or 6 hours. They also picked up all the debris and leaf-blowed the walkways and patio (even though the leaves were there from before!). Jimmy made sure we were satisfied customers at all times and excitedly wanted to show us the progress at different intervals. My fiance had to leave for work and I was left home alone. Jimmy wanted to show me the backyard progress, and since we were in the front door, I guess it was natural to go to the backyard through the back door. This was probably the only part I wasn't comfortable with as I was a young female home alone. I didn't decline, but maybe I should have if I didn't want him walking through. Jimmy also gave us a discount if paid in cash. They're very professional and was conscious of the fact that Angie's list brought them the most customers. I recommend them!

The service was excellent from start to finish. The owner was prompt and polite. He provided a quote the same day that was thousands less than the competition. Perfect Trees dispatched a crew the following day and completed the work. The quality was outstanding and his crew was friendly. I highley recommend Perfect Trees.

I called them to do a small trimming job of my neighbor's tree which had a number of very high, dead branches. The estimator was prompt and saw that my own medium sized (25-30 foot) high tree was in pretty bad shape. They were willing to do the trimming for a very reasonable fee, but were also willing to do both jobs for $250. This included moving the tree debris to the front berm, excluded stump grinding and carting away the debris (they offered those services at extra cost). The tree crew was prompt, very efficient, and did as promised. A great job! Very pleased with them.

This company is terrific! They contacted me within hours of my initial query, and I had a quote by the next day. The price was unbelievably reasonable, and the service was fantastic. The company answered on the first call and scheduled an estimation appt the very next day. Lee arrived a few minutes early for the estimate and about 10 min early for the actual work the next day. The work was done exactly as I requested. There were 4 workers and they did the work very quickly. They were professional and polite. They picked up all the trimmings and raked up the twigs and leaves. I was very happy with the result and would highly recommend them.

They came a day early because they had a job cancellation. That was fine with us even though the funds would not be available til the following day. They had the entire tree down and stacked on the curb in about 2 hours. They did a great job cleaning up. We didn't have them hauled the wood away because our city will pick it up. The crew was fabulous and really knew what they were doing. We would definitely use this company again. Also, Paul was very good at being available by phone if we had any questions. He came by the next day and picked up the money. The project was done quickly and easily.

From the initial visit all the way through the completion of the service, Perfect Trees (and its owner Paul Hanson) were punctual, courteous and professional. What?s more, the Perfect Trees crew knew what they were doing, were quick, they cleaned up the yard and surrounding areas and were very cautious. The results were amazing. The trees look great, which I expected. What I did not expect was that, other than the trees looking great, there was no sign that they were here. The property (including my neighbors) was spotless. There were no fallen branches, twigs or leaves. I was thoroughly impressed and will absolutely use them again.

Gave me a quote the first day I called. Came out and serviced the trees the next day. Removed large limbs, removed mistletoe and generally cleaned up the trees. Hauled off all the wood and cleaned up the yard. Done in about 4 hours. We couldn't be happier with the service.

Paul came over for an estimate immediately. The job was performed the next day. It was perfect. The tree was trimmed as requested and they left the area very clean. This all happened while we were not even in the house. Paul asked to be paid only if we were happy with the job. We would certainly hire them again.

Arrived on time and work very efficiently and effectively. Left the work area cleaner then it was when the arrived on scene.

Excellent. Contacted me with an estimate and did the job quickly so I would not get a ticket from the city. Trees look good, not hacked like when city does it. Will use Perfect Trees again this spring to trim my crepe myrtles. Perfect Trees was able to work with me via phone so I did not have to be on site.

The crew did excellent work. They cut down the big tree quickly and efficiently, along with the smaller trees. Then, they trimmed the other smaller trees/bushes. They did good work. The larger limbs were cut up and left for firewood. The stump grinder did a good job as well. For an extra amount, I had them trim a couple of extra trees in addition to the original estimate. The whole job took about half a day, and they did a great job.

Paul Hansen has a great team of hard-working guys who finish the job quickly. On the first job they left lots of debris in the yard. When I complained, they did an excellent job cleaning up the second time they came. Paul and the arborist that I consulted with both said the split in the trunk could not be repaired, so I hired Perfect Trees to take down the tree. Although I have been assured that they have insurance, I'm still afraid to hire them again. I saw the person with the chainsaw using the cracked trunk to support his weight, and I really feared he would fall 20 feet to the ground with a chainsaw. The arborist had said they would need a truck to safely remove the tree, and they were probably right. The job turned out fine, but safety should come first.

I contacted them on Friday morning and my call was returned within five minutes. We set up a time to meet on the following Tuesday. They arrived early! Paul gave me an estimate on the spot and they immediately got to work. This was a huge job. I recently purchased the house and the trees were in terrible condition. I had dead trees, which needed to be removed as well as a huge Magnolia tree, which was leaning toward the roof of my house. There is a 50 ft. American elm, which was not only touching my roof, but also my neighbor's roof. The Ash tree and Pecan tree in the backyard were completely entwined with the electrical wires in my and my neighbor's yards. Their work was excellent! In five hours, they had removed three trees, had ground all the stumps, trimmed the Ash, Pecan, and Elm trees, which had not been touch in 20+ years, cleaned the yard, and hauled everything off. They were extremely professional, competent, and skilled. I would highly recommend them. It was an amazing experience.

With Hurricane Ike off the coast of Galveston, I called Perfect Trees on a Thursday afternoon at 4:30. I asked Paul if he could fit me in before Ike was due to hit Dallas on Saturday. They came out at 8:00 the next morning, quoted me a great price on the spot, and got to work. The crew chief checked in with me many times during the work to make sure I was happy with the job. They asked specific questions about which limbs I would like to have removed. They did a great job cleaning up and had me walk to inspect all trees before they left. Don't forget to ask for a 10% Angie's List discount!

I called and Perfect Trees came out to do an estimate the same day. The work was scheduled for the next morning. The work went smoothly while I was away at a meeting for 2 hours. The crew left one questionable branch to make sure I wanted that limb also removed until I returned from my meeting. The limbs were left by the street for the city to pick up at my request.

I gave them a call on Wednesday and Paul drove to my house a couple hours later and gave me an estimate (over the phone because I was at work). Next day he had his guys come out early in the morning and get the job done (before it started raining again). The whole process was very efficient and it worked out perfectly because the city of Richardson had bulk trash pick-up on Friday. They stacked up the tree trimmings on the curb as requested. All in all a very smooth process.

Paul and his crew were right on time, in fact, he answered my call at 8 P.M. the night before. Paul inspected the property, looked at my concern areas and provided some much needed advice. He included cleaning the gutters for a nominal, a very fair charge. His crew, headed by his assistant manager Nic, who stayed on the premises keeping a watchful eye, asked me if each tree was to my satisfaction. If I asked if they could do a little more here and there (I think they didn't want to over-cut and was easier for me to see the progress as they went along) there was no hesitation- Done! They did a terrific job trimming the trees from the house and those hanging over the pool. I watched as a limb would fall, Nic made sure to catch it before it ever hit the water. My pool was cleaner than it ever has been after they finished. My wife came home and was absolutely amazed at how clean and organized everything was after they left; in fact her first words were how terrific the clean up was and commented on the pool cleanliness. Very courteous, nice group to work with. My neighbor called and asked about them, watching from his window, he commented they look to be doing a good job to which I concurred. He hired them also and is a satisfied client. Next door neighbor mentioned how nice things looked and wanted their contact info. I had one tree and bush I actually overlooked , called Paul, and the next day they were out here at no additional charge. Do yourself a favor, if you talk to others to do such work, make sure you get with Paul before you make a decision. You will be pleased, I certainly was. Can't say enough good things. Excellent experience, great price. I watched the entire removal safety was number one, climber was harnessed, ground crew was quick with cleanup, the site looks great, you'd never know they were here, except the tree is gone.

I had Perfect Trees come out this year as I had for the past five years about 5 weeks ago. Paul came out with his crew and did a great job for a fair price as usual. About a week ago ONCOR (the power company) came thorough and hacked up our neighborhood. They literally ruined the hard work of shaping and pruning the guys had done over the years. My feature tree in the front looked like pac-man with a huge wedge cut out of the top. I called Paul assuming he would need to come and remove the feature tree and do his best to fix the rest. He came that day, with his crew and fixed everything. He saved my feature tree and his guys did a great job with what they had to work with. Here's the kicker...No charge. I insisted he take some money to pay his guys and for the fuel he used and I promised I would relate the story so here it is. We had a tree that was leaning and other trees that needed trimming so we called our normal tree service. The tree service that we typically used assured us the leaning tree was not a danger and scheduled us for removal of that tree and the tree trimming for about a month after the estimate was provided. On Friday night of the 4th of July weekend, two weeks before we could get on the schedule of the tree company, the leaning tree fell on our shed in the back yard. In addition to it being a holiday weekend, we were expecting about 90 guests for a party in our back yard. We discovered the fallen tree early Saturday morning. I called the original tree service and several other services, all claiming to have 24 hour emergency service. Paul from Perfect Trees was the only return call I got on Saturday. He came out, gave me an estimate for removing the fallen tree and had the tree and all debris out of the yard before the party started at 2:00. In addition, he gave me an estimate for trimming the remaining trees and did that work on Monday. To top it off, the prices were less than the estimate I had from our prior tree service. The first tree service did finally return my call on Monday. None of the other tree services even returned my call. Perfect Trees has won my business and I will definitely recommend them to others.
