Excellent. Paul came out to give me an estimate within hours of my call. He gave me a very fair price to do the work. His team came out the same day. They were very professional. I don't know that I have ever seen a team work so quickly or more efficiently. Thanks Paul, I'll be calling you the next time I am ready for more tree work.

I called for an estimate and Paul came out the next day to review what I needed. Lots of trees to shape up and get away from the power lines and off my house. One very huge tree that needed to get the weight off the top so it wouldn't fall in a storm. I hired their services for a day to address all the different issues. A crew of 4 men came out and did a fabulous job! They finished everything I needed. Very personable, respectful and professional. Cleaned up everything so you can hardly tell they were even there....except for the beautiful landscape! The trees look amazing and the place is so much more open and cheery looking. No more risk of having huge trees come down on my house in a storm. This is the second time I've used Paul and his team, and would definitely call them again the next time.

Tree stam split (about 5 feet) in the weekend so I called Paul on Saturday. I secured the tree with a strap so there was no eminent danger of damaging persons driving by or property, but Paul already came on Monday morning. We discussed saving the tree or removing. Paul gave me an excellent quote for the tree removal, stump grinding and trimming of 3 mature trees. He is a pleasure to business with. Same afternoon his crew (nice people!) came and did a fantastic job in removing the tree, trimming the other 3 trees 'in no time'. Next day the stump was ground very well, but because the HOA required a tree in the same spot, they did came back to make the hole deeper and wider so the new tree would fit perfectly. All in all very satisfied with the quality of work provided for a very reason price. Highly recommended!

Paul came out almost immediately. He was super quick to respond. My husband and I were very happy with his bid and he was so easy to work with. He was able to get his guys out same day to get the work done. Ours neighbors loved our tree work so much that they called Paul the same day we were having our trees trimmed and did work at their home immediately after ours!

I've used Perfect Trees on more than one occasion and they have always done an outstanding job. In an emergency situation, they were onsite later that day and were able to quickly remove a large fallen tree. The owner, Paul, also follows up on each job to ensure satisfaction. You also wont find a better price in DFW--give him a shot, I bet he will beat any estimate you bring him.

Very responsive and quick to come out and provide service. I messaged them for a quote on Wednesday. They came out Thursday morning to provide the quote and the trees were trimmed Friday.

I have a Red Oak in the backyard that desperately needed trimming. His crew trimmed the tree and hauled all the limbs and debris away. They did a fantastic job on the tree. I am very pleased. They also trimmed many of our front bushes/shrubs and hauled that debris away as well. Great job! Would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Paul.

I had a fruitless mulberry tree that was about 35 ft tall. I did all the work that I could do myself before hiring someone. Perfect Trees gave me a GREAT quote. $400 to remove a large limb when other companies wanted $700. The limb was in a bad place leaning towards my house and storage building. The stump was the size of a smart car. Perfect trees removed the limb for $400 and took the stump to the ground for another $100. I chose not to have it ground up for the additional $450 because like every other homeowner in Plano at the moment I have $10,000+ damage to everything else I own because of the hail. I texted the number on on his Angies List page. The next day he came out to do a quote. The next day I had another company give me a higher quote that I passed on. I texted Perfect Trees Wednesday night. He got my work done on Thursday. I've been a homeowner for all of 7 months and have learned a lot about working with companies for doing work around the home. I will say that I was very pleased with the work they provided and quick response.

I sent a message to Perfect Tree's on Sunday Morning requesting to schedule an appointment. Not expecting to hear anything back till Monday at the earliest. By Sunday afternoon Paul had contacted me and scheduled a time on Tuesday to come out an give us an estimate. Paul came out Tuesday morning as scheduled, gave us a very competitive bid and had us a scheduled to start the work later that day. Paul was very knowledgeable and easy to work with, and responsive to our questions and concerns. When his crew arrived as scheduled, they were very professional and knew exactly what to do, and completed the work much quicker than I what I was expecting.

awesome and am SOOOOO glad I did it when I did as we recently had a hail storm that did significant damage to my house and cars but the trees didn't have any significant loss thanks to Paul's crew clearing out any of those branches that would have posed a much more serious threat. I have two acres and a lot of older trees that are some of the largest in Plano and know they are now in good hands with the help of Paul and his crew. I have dealt with (regrettably) some shady chuck in a trucks and Paul and his crew are the farthest from this. I highly recommend his crew. It was a great value and job well done. I immediately received a reply to my inquiry here on Angie's List, we quickly scheduled the appointment and they even did the work ON THE DAY of the appointment. they offered a great coupon offer too. the yard was perfectly cleaned up after their work and the trees look wonderful highly recommend them!

The crew did arrive approximately 3 hours past the initial quoted time. They did provide text updates, however, of their arrival time. The crew worked efficiently tackling what I would consider a large job. The crew foreman communicated with me his recommendations for how much should be removed from each tree for both appearance and the health of the trees. Overall great work and the price quoted was several hundred dollars less than other estimates I had received.

First of all, the scheduling process was easy, and Paul Hanson arrived on time for the consultation appt. He asked exactly what I wanted done and was very easy to work with. The quote he gave me was very straightforward and reasonable. His crew was available later that day, so the work was actually completed that same day. The crew was very efficient and focused. They walked with me through all the tasks to be done and found out exactly what I wanted before they started trimming. They cleaned up all the branches and leaves. The tree pruning provider we had been using for 10 years stopped making commutes to the Dallas area. We needed a replacement, and we are very picky about our trees, especially our two red oaks. Perfect Trees was well-rated here so I called them Tuesday 12/15/15 to see about getting an estimate and quote. They happened to be in the Plano area and were on site the same day. I got a very detailed estimate of what they noticed and recommended. Perfect Trees' knowledge really impressed me and was in line with my previous service provider. Their quote was also right in the same ballpark. They ended up being able to do the work that day, so within a 24-hour period I had a complete estimate and services performed - and they did a fantastic job! I don't want to set the expectation that the a 24-hour turnaround I received is typical (business loads may vary), but my inquiries were always promptly answered and Perfect Trees delivered to their promised schedule. I also really appreciated their attention to detail. They caught a few things like my crepe myrtles rubbing into my gutters and sidewalk/road clearance issues that needed addressing. I look forward to using them again in 2 years.

Everything went great. They provide a great service at a great price. They are difficult to schedule with though. You have to be patient - I had to wait a month to get on the schedule. I was not in a hurry so it was not a problem. I would definitely use again.

The crew arrived very timely and got right to work. Biggest part of job was trimming/pruning/raising canopy of very overgrown bartlett pear tree, which looks so much better now. Next was removal of two very overgrown hedges and.two overgrown juniper bushes. They also used a stump grinder to grind away all roots and stumps of removed hedges and bushes. The crew also trimmed and shaped up a yaupon tree on front corner and trimmed back a smaller tree close to house. All trimmings went into chipper and disappeared into dust in a matter of seconds-amazing to watch that. Last but not least they pruned one dozen large and small crepe myrtle trees in back yard. The artistic eye and trimming talent of the crew really was evident in the appearance of the crepe myrtles now. They are nice healthy trees and now that they are properly pruned/trimmed, they are proud symbols of Waxahachie, the Crepe Myrtle Capital of Texas. Everyone in the crew worked safely, carefully but quickly, and showed utmost respect for our entire property. Everything went smoothly and the trees look much better, especially one overgrown Texas Live Oak, which looks wonderful now. Their prices were right in line with several other companies from whom we got estimates, however Paul's team was definitely concerned with the artistry of the job, as opposed to just making a sale,

I made three calls to tree service companies. Paul was able to meet at my house on my terms immediately, whereas the others were at least a week out. Paul answered my phone call directly and worked through the entire process directly with me: quoting, scheduling, follow up, and payment. That is a rarity and I appreciated it. The work was done just as discussed and Paul made sure I was satisfied with the work. I will be using Perfect Trees on a regular basis for my home.

I called Perfect Trees to get an estimate after receiving some other estimates that varied greatly. Paul was prompt to respond and schedule an estimate, which did come in lower than the others. But I scheduled with Perfect Trees because he was able to speak honestly about the labor involved and match it to each portion of the work. When the crew arrived with Doug, Paul showed up as well to ensure the job was done to my satisfaction which impressed me greatly. The crew was professional, thorough and great to work with. So glad I found this company and would recommend them to anyone. By far the best trimming experience I have ever had and I usually schedule yearly. Oh, and they took away all the cut branches!
