Perfect Trees Tree Service

They came out a couple days later and the estimate confirmed my fears that I could not afford it. But they were great people to deal with.

We couldn't have been happier with Perfect Trees. They were immediately responsive, incredibly aggressive on price and they did a fantastic job. If I had known having my trees trimmed would be this easy I would have done it months ago!

They did a great job. They had great prices and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was a big job. They undercut the other two best groups by a significant amount of money. They also offered me 10 percent off. One guy owns it so he has a very low overhead. He didn't screw up the bid. He gave me one bid and didn't joke around with it. I had a lot of trouble with another tree service because they wanted to give me another bid after they cut everything down because they didn't know how much it would cost to grind everything down just by looking at it. They gave me one bid that I agreed to and then they sent another email and some voicemails saying it was not the right price and somebody had messed up with the pricing. There was a lot of stuff that had to be done. When I originally called Perfect Trees it was late in the day and he was technically off-shift. He said that he was in the neighborhood and could come out right then but he wasn't wearing his uniform and shirt. I told him I didn't care because I wanted his brains and estimate, not a pretty t-shirt. I appreciated that he brought it up to tell me.

Overall it was positive experience.

Price came in lower than other estimates and work was done quickly and professionally. For this price I did not have them remove the cut up palm tree and just had them put it out to the curb for Garland trash service to pick up. I got lucky in that trash came by 15 minutes after the job was done! Great service all around and he even helped me fix a broken piece of my fence!

It went great! Perfect Trees was trimming my neighbor's trees and having several that needed trimming, I enlisted them to do the work. Having used Perfect Trees for several years, I trust their work and know they provide a fair competitive price so I did not solicit any other bids. The crew worked on my trees a good part of the day and did an excellent job. One tree that is in its last years and damaged severely by a past storm was one that got trimmed. As bare as it is, Perfect Trees made it look pretty good. Owner Paul Hanson is great to work with.

Paul was quick to respond. We hired him to perform the work while we were gone one morning and he was able to complete the job very quickly. When we returned home, the tree was gone with no damage to any of the surrounding trees, the fence or the house. He did a fantasic job cleaning any small limbs, leaves and sawdust from the yard. It was as if the tree had been magically plucked from our yard with no other evidence that they had even been there. At our request, he cut and stacked the tree very neatly at curbside for our City's weekly brush pick-up. We will definitely hire Perfect Trees again.

Paul showed up right on time to scope the work and provide a quote. He was very knowledgeable, explaining precisely what should be done. The price was very fair and he had a crew ready to start right away, so we agreed to move forward. The next thing I know, a couple of guys are making like monkeys in the cedar elms in front of the house! An hour later, the front yard was knee deep in twigs and limbs and the difference in how those elms looked was simply amazing. And so went the next few hours as the crew did an awesome job of cleaning out, up and pruning the rest of the trees. When they were done, clean-up behind themselves was so thorough that, other than the now beautiful, healthy looking trees, I wouldn't have known they had been there.

They did a seemingly good job on the transplant and they cleaned the mistletoe quite thoroughly. They were pleasant to work with. They cleaned up well afterwards. The price was quite good for the work they did.

Paul came out and looked at the trees, 2 at my house and one at my mom's. The trees were over 40 years old - 2 fruitless mulberries and a silver leaf maple. The crew of 5 guys took the two mulberries down in 4 hours and that was with lunch. What ever was usable for firewood was left for us to cut and stack and everything else was removed. We chose not to remove the stumps as this time, one because of it's proximately to the house and the other was cost. Great work.

The entire experience surpassed my expectations. The stumps were from 20+ year old Photinias that had been grown as trees so the trunks were large and not easy to remove since they were up against the house. I called Paul on 1/10 to see about getting an estimate. The weather wasn't going to be that great for the entire week so I was hoping he could do it near the end of the week since I already had a nursery coming to plant a Japanese maple. He gave me an initial explanation of what the work could entail and promised to have a guy look at it on the 11th, and if the estimate was acceptable could do the work that day. Paul delivered beyond my expectations, the estimate was very fair, and his guys did a great job grinding the stumps and leaving me an easy to move pile of shavings to spread around the yard. As a result of the above experience, I asked to have a Cherry Laurel trimmed that was large and hanging over my neighbors house. Since it wasn't time for our bulk pickup I asked them to estimate removing the limbs. Once again, they delivered and did a good job. Paul stopped by after the work to pick up the check and my wife told me he was a nice guy which mirrored my experience on the phone. I should also note that the $350 was for all of the work listed above. I will not hesitate to call Perfect Trees in the future when I'm ready to tackle the back yard.

Lee also guided me through the process---there are apparently healthy and unhealthy cuts. All the debris was taken away.

They did a wonderful job. They didn't remove the trunk, but removed only the tree. The overall job was excellent. They were very punctual, they cleaned after themselves and they took care of everything. I also asked them to remove some of the tree limbs in front of the house, apart from removing the entire tree. Their price was fair because I have used other companies that are much more expensive than what these guys were charging. Overall it was an excellent service from all angles.

Great Company! We had a very dangerous dead limb on a large tree. It was very close to the building and to where the parking lot was. He got it done! Added some other areas on the property that we needed to address. And came back to cut back another tree that was causing damage to the fence. Overall, the $700 was cutting the dangerous limb, cutting back a second tree. trimming dead limbs off of a 3rd tree and chopping down some palm trees. You cannot beat the price! And quality of work was impecible! We have since used him at other properties and are completely satisfied. I have found my new tree guy!

I had used them before and again, they did a great job & the cost was reasonable. They came out when they were supposed to, did the job, cleaned up after they finished and left. They were very curteous. I have used them in the past and would definitely use them again.

Completely awesome! We asked Paul out for an estimate and ended up having the work done immediately. Our trees were trimmed to let in more light for our lawn plus getting rid of some damage from the snow storm from earlier this year. The tree we had cut completely down was left with a small bit of compost...we'll have more grass to our lawn now. Paul's team did an excellent job. We will definitely use Perfect Trees again.

We had been cited by the City of Plano because a branch on the tree in our front yard hung down too low. I emailed Perfect Trees and received a prompt reply back from Paul Hanson. They went out in a couple of days and worked up a bid to trim up all the trees for us. The bid was fair, and in addition he honored his "Angie's List Member Discount" which helped a lot. We are away for the summer and that is a little difficult in getting work like this done. But Paul made it very easy - we gave him an OK by email to do all the trees per the bid, and they got the work done prior to the City of Plano coming out for the next inspection. Our son-in-law (an engineer, and somewhat of a perfectionist) went by to check the work before we sent the check - which was an agreement that we had with Paul. Our son-in-law said the trees looked great, debris was all hauled away, per our agreement also. He said we should "keep the name of these people", and that is quite a compliment coming from him! So that being said - we are completely happy in our dealings with Perfect Trees and would highly recommend them.

Paul is very professional, and came to give an estimate within a day of me phoning him. His subsequent completion of the job was within a few days after that. FANTASTIC JOB!! I highly highly recommend!!

My large Red Oak died. I was given an estimate of $2000.by another tree company to cut it down and grind the strump. Paul's people did it in an aftrernoon and provided firewood.Hew ccharged $1100
